Chapter 215: Silver

Aside from the reincarnators, the one thing the Underworld hates the most were the transmigrators. One can even say they hate the transmigrators more.

After all, reincarnators will be reborn as new being. Transmigrators on the other hand ‘possesses’ the body of another person, accidentally or intentionally!

Not only did the transmigrators skip the Underworld Realm, they even stole the body of another person! Even those in odds with the Underworld agree with them that Transmigrators are an oddity that must not be tolerated.

As for how transmigration happens, nobody else was sure. The only thing everyone knew was that it has to do with the host body being unconscious, which happened in Thea’s case.

Wang Lin knew that he was indirectly related to what happened to Thea.

Thea was the real her before Wang Hao kidnapped her. Only after she was knocked out that the transmigration happened.

Thea clutching her head in pain and passing out after she woke up must be because the transmigrator received all of Thea’s memories in one burst.

It took the transmigrator two hours to recover from that mental trauma. And now that she woke up, she was not Thea anymore, but the transmigrator that took over her body.

Wang Hao does not share the same sentiment with others. He had no ill will on those who transmigrated. After all, it’s not their fault that it happens.

But even with that lackadaisical attitude, Wang Hao could not help but be wary of Thea. The attitude she had shown earlier must be her real personality. Wang Hao smiled wryly, realizing that the transmigrator might be a cold-blooded killer!

Wang Hao then zipped his mouth shut as he tried to look calm. What he had to do now was to observe Thea to see if she tries anything fishy. Aside from that, he still had to investigate her connection with the seal on his forehead.

But now that Thea was a different person, Wang Hao might find it harder to get what he wanted.

“Tch. Then I will just get into her good graces then.” Wang Hao thought to himself.

Bloodspear was about to talk to Thea when Thea suddenly turned pale. She gave a pleading look to Long Juo who realized what she wanted. She pointed where the bathroom was, and Thea immediately rushed to it.

They heard the locking of the bathroom door followed by sounds of retching. Everyone stared awkwardly at each other, wondering what might have happened to her.

“Hey Wang Hao! Did you put something bad in your medicine earlier?” Long Juo asked as he glared at Wang Hao with suspicion. “Since you are Fang Lin’s master, you might have done those things!”

“Of course I did no such thing!” Wang Hao’s eyes twitched as he realized what made Thea sick.

From what he saw earlier, the leader of the invaders and Thea must have been a pair of lovers. Lovers that might have ‘played’ with each other quite rigorously. The only thing off in that relationship was that Thea’s lover was b**ch-ass ugly!

The transmigrated Thea might have seen the memories of the former Thea ‘playing’ with her ugly lover. Those memories with that ugly person might be enough to make any person sick. Especially someone who was seeing those memories at first person.

Of course Wang Hao was not sure if that was right. His mind just brought that as the most likely conclusion.

Once Thea was done with her business, the door opened as she walked out, still pale-faced. She plopped down on the sofa as she let out a deep sigh.

Long Juo approached her cautiously as he asked her,

“Are you okay now?”

When she heard this, Thea’s response was to look scared as she nodded her head meekly. Her voice was weak as she muttered,

“Please don’t kill me....”

Mina approached her and patted her back. Thea let out a light squeak from this. Mina then said in a soothing voice,

“Don’t worry, everything’s all right....”

“Where is my.. hu-hu-hu-husband?” Thea asked in a quivering voice. It looked like it took her a quite a lot as she said her piece. “Is he safe?”

Everyone in the ship looked at Wang Hao, asking for an explanation. Wang Hao sighed and gave them a grim smile in reply. He waved his hands, indicating that they leave him alone with Thea. Upon seeing Wang Hao’s grave look, the others have no choice but to listen to his request.

They filed out of the room, leaving Thea with Wang Hao.

Wang Hao then used his abilities to seal all the sound waves in the room. Once he was sure that no one will be able to eavesdrop on them, he gave Thea a smile that not was a smile as he said,

“Now tell me, who are you?”

“What do you mean?” Thea’s eyes widened as she looked at Wang Hao innocently. “I am Thea, the leader of the Cloud Bandits!”

Wang Hao just sneered and replied,

“Your acting skills are really good, TRANSMIGRATOR.”

“...’

Thea’s scared expression changed into a cautious one as she regarded Wang Hao with seriousness.

“How did you know?”

“I have my ways.” Wang Hao shrugged as he asked Thea, “So who are you?”

“I am Thea.”

“So you will retain on using her name.” Wang Hao said impassively. He then quirked his eyebrows as he asked her “Then what are you going to do now?”

“Are you not going to kill me?” Thea asked cautiously. “After all, I’m a transmigrator, a freak that must be exterminated.

“Nah, I’ll pass up on that.” Wang Hao replied with disinterest. “I bear no ill-will on people like you. If you want, I can swear an oath now.”

Wang Hao then swore on oath to never divulge Thea’s identity as a transmigrator to anyone else. He will also not attempt to harm her, physically, emotionally and mentally at any moment. If he does, his soul will be exterminated into nothingness.

“Satisfied?”

Thea nodded, seemingly impressed with what Wang Hao did. Her guard visibly dropped, a clear indication that she trusts Wang Hao now.

“So what are you going to do now?” Wang Hao asked her once more.

Thea looked at Wang Hao as she said,

“Will you allow me to join your group?”

“Are you sure?” Even though Wang Hao sounded doubtful, deep in his heart he was doing a Yes! pose. His kind actions earlier combined with his oath were all made by him to make Thea trust him. After all, Wang Hao needs her because of her connection with the seal.

And the fact that she’s a transmigrator makes him want to be closer to her.

“I am sure.” Thea stated confidently.

“Ok, you’re with us now.” Thea’s eyes narrowed after Wang Hao’s quick reply. Even though she felt that it was suspicious, she had no say now since she’s already with them.

While Wang Hao was whooping silently, Thea inspected her body as she muttered,

“This body is quite... unique.”

“What do you mean?” Even with Thea’s soul changing, the reaction of his seal was still there. That means it was Thea’s body that must be provoking the seal to react.

Thea caressed her arms slowly as she said,

“She had a unique constitution that even I cannot fathom.”

“Eh?” Wang Hao re-scanned Thea once more, but he could not find anything unique on Thea. His eyes lit up as he thought to himself,

“This unique constitution must be related to my seal!” He was about to inquire Thea more about her discovery when he felt something in his spatial pocket.

Wang Hao felt massive stirrings on his spatial pocket. Such powerful energy fluctuations only means one thing.

“My disciple just broke through the Second Stage!”

In order to make his breakthrough as smooth as possible right now, Wang Hap immediately removed the time flow, adjusting Fang Lin’s time to be equivalent to the real time.

Inside the spatial pocket, he could see Fang Lin and Fang Yu letting out a bright glow as they floated in the air. Wang Hao could feel the power of Foundation Establishment and Mana Materialization from the two.

His expression suddenly changed when he felt Fang Lin’s bloodline having a massive change. This change clearly influenced the sudden power surge that Fang Lin experienced.

“What did you do to achieve such thing?” Even Wang Hao was slightly jealous of his disciple.

That envy of his changed when his third petal was now fully unlocked.

“Hahaha! Just six more!” Wang Hoa laughed happily as he felt some of his strength returning. With his power comparable to that of a Third Stage, he will have easier time protecting his disciples in the future.

While he was celebrating, he saw something happening to Thea.

Thea, who was looking at Wang Hao with an intrigued expression on her face, suddenly let out a yelp as her body let out a silver glow. This glow appeared when Wang Hao’s third seal was unlocked. This silver glow covered her whole body, making Thea appear as if she was a silver-clad deity.

To Wang Hao and Thea’s surprise, this silver glow suddenly left Thea’s body. The silver glow changed its shape as it turned into a blade that hacked down to Wang Hao!
