"Delta, why do you think there are so many differences between Changees?" Aria asked while picking a shirt from a nearby rack and holding it against themself idly.
"The Changees sometimes have similarities and sometimes are so different, it's impossible to say they're remotely similar. Several other artificial intelligences theorized that our universe didn't collide with just one, but many."
"Although everyone says everything during that time is simply blank, we don't know how long it took for everything to become as it is now. If the collisions happened right after each reformation, then that could suggest that no two species or Changees are exactly the same."
"Some others concluded that the Fantastical Creatures come from universes further away from our own which is why we are all so different while super-powered humans were changed by the energy of nearby universes similar to our own."
"Though, calling them universes is a bit... inaccurate. In order to be changed, you need a level of compatability that some people just don't have, so the other 'universes' are most likely dimensions where things and events occurred differently, from slightly different, to totally different."
"Which is why magical creatures and magic can exist despite our dimension having none before?" Aria looked at Delta who walked over with a purple sweater and held it up.
"Some people think so. With my computing power and the others, we can't even simulate a moment of the blank period without encountering errors. The amount of energy isn't just countless dimensions at once, it was every point in time, in every dimension, colliding all at once."
"Although Earth's size only grew three times, what we considered the 'observable universe' has increased by a factor so high we can't calculate even a tenth of the number."
"So although we have more space, it's also a lot bigger too? But no one goes to space anymore, at least, not that I've heard in the past ten years." Aria said, turning their head to the mirror.
"Humans generally don't, and Fantastical Creatures who don't have any issues in space do from time to time. The left over excited dark energy can still transform humans, so they're practically stuck on Earth. What a blow to their ambitions."
If Delta didn't say it in a completely flat tone, Aria would have thought they were being sarcastic. What Delta said next made Aria freeze though.
"Although humans can't go up, most Creatures with a need for magic rich energy spend some time up there. Dragons, unicorns, angels, spirits, and others. Since artificial intelligences don't have a need for it, we don't go up often though. Since you process and absorb energy, you should try to go up sometime."
"That's a lot to take in." Aria turned to the entrance and watched a group of teens walk in, wearing a uniform with a conspicuous symbol on their shoulder.
"All climate issues were resolved at the Convergence though, so humans aren't in such a hurry anymore." Aria nodded and turned away while recalling many people finding this news as the only good thing that the Convergence brought.
"Nice dress, are you cosplaying as a maid?" A voice came from behind Aria, and they turned and saw a pretty girl, who looked like the popular type, looking at her with a smile.

"Thanks for the compliment and no." Aria didn't want to interact with them at all. Although her words weren't overly rude, her eyes weren't curious but looked more like she had found a good toy.
"But look at how beautiful you are, I'm sure whoever would want a fake doll like you would feel happy." Aria didn't feel anything, because they guessed that's why this girl and her group approached.
"Oh." Aria wasn't interested in arguing, and this group who attended the school for Heroes, or humans with abilities who always felt better than everyone else.
"Well, at least a barbie like you knows your place." The girl's smug voice was nine points pleased and one point provoking, but Aria didn't respond and followed Delta to the cashier.
Halfway to the cashier's register, Aria felt a force hit their outstretched leg and fell to the ground, amidst the laughter of the students. Aria sat up stiffly and looked at them silently.
"The floor's slippery you know? What if you fall and hurt yourself? Oh, you can't, right?" The girl laughed again and Aria felt an uncomfortable feeling in their core.
They weren't a human being, yet the unjustness and indignation they felt made them angry. Their pupils appeared, but they didn't vanish this time.
They were made from magical circles, but unlike the circles in their body, they were far more perfect and mysterious. In a split second, their perception vanished, then a moment later, Aria raised a hand and a crackling ball of lightning materialized above their palm.
"I can't feel a fall, but you'll feel this." Aria said slowly and the ball shot at the girl, the energy inside contained so well it was unreal, but just before it hit the girl, another beam of energy collided with it.
The two energies vanished with a low hum and Aria felt Delta's hand on their own outstretched one, helping them up. Looking at Delta's other hand, a sleek gun sat in their palm.
"If you hit her with that, she'd be reduced to ash you know?" Aria looked at Delta with disbelief. When they gained the knowledge of the skill in that moment, they lowered it to the minimum level yet, the girl with abilities wouldn't have survived it?
"Don't feel too torn up, I don't blame you. Using her air cannon to knock you off balance for no reason is ridiculous." Delta glanced at the girl and then without warning, shot her in the chest.
The sight of the girl convulsing on the ground amidst the hapless students made Aria's anger fade a bit. The gun turned into a mist of sparkling metal that turned into a thick bracelet on Delta's wrist.
"It's not fatal, at most, she'll feel like she was struck by a taser and she'll be fine in a few minutes, no scarring either." Delta said while placing a few items on the counter while calmly explaining what happened.
