Azren was driving the van. There was only Michy and him in the car, and they were heading to the beach where Michy would film the music video for his upcoming song.
Felice was not with them because she had to accompany CM for the latter's schedule in the city, so it was only Azren who would be with Michy for the filming schedule today.
They left the apartment at 5 am, and now they were on their way to the beach. Azren needed to drive for another two hours because he had been driving for an hour now.
Michy was sitting in the back seat, positioning his phone horizontally while he was playing a mobile game. It was the evil Michy in the back seat, so the car was enveloped in an uncomfortable silence since departing from the apartment.
Huh, the evil Michy. Earlier in the morning when Azren knocked on the idol's door, the idol immediately opened the door for him. But, the first thing he got from the idol was a glare. He knew that it was the evil Michy right away.
The blue-eyed idol had been so grumpy the whole morning. He kept complaining about how he couldn't sleep last night, and perhaps the lack of sleep affected his mood greatly.
Luckily, the young idol didn't ask for too much for breakfast and just told him to cook an omelet. The idol didn't complain about the taste either and just enjoyed his breakfast with his eyes half-closed. Michy indeed needed a proper rest.
Azren focused on driving the car, but suddenly he heard a loud thud coming from the back seat. He was a little surprised, and he brought his gaze to peep through the rearview mirror. He found Michy fell asleep on the back seat, and it seemed the idol unconsciously dropped his phone.
'He was playing a game just now, but he fell asleep all of a sudden until he dropped his phone?' The demon wondered in his heart.
Michy had indeed fallen asleep, and his head rested on the back of the chair helplessly. Maybe the idol was too sleepy because he couldn't get enough sleep last night.
The blonde demon intended to just let the idol sleep as he wished, but then he realized that the idol's sleeping position wasn't comfortable.
Azren had a little conflict in his heart. Did he need to help Michy to sleep more comfortably, or should he just let him be?
Azren should have let the idol sleep like that and shouldn't be bothered by it, but his heart refused to ignore Michy like that. Maybe the idol would get more cranky if he woke up with soreness all over his body, and that was why Azren decided to turn on the sign and pulled the car to the side of the road.
"Now I feel like an angel for doing something like this," Azren muttered as he unbuckled his seatbelt.
He couldn't help but scold himself for having such a weak heart that couldn't even stand to see human suffering.
Despite realizing that what he was about to do was unnecessary, he still moved to the back seat and immediately grabbed Michy's cell phone on the floor. His emerald eyes were immediately greeted by the large words 'GAME OVER' on the phone screen.
"See? His game was still on, but he fell asleep like that. Now he lost his game, and what if he blames me for it later?"
That was such an unrealistic thought, but the evil Michy tended to be unrealistic all the time. He often blamed others for his own mistakes, and Azren was not an exception.
Shaking his head in surrender, Azren shoved the phone into the idol's backpack and moved to the idol's figure. The idol was sleeping uncomfortably because the seat was still in the straight position, so he decided to adjust the seat's angle so it was in the horizontal position now.
Michy stirred a little in the process, and Azren froze. If Michy knew what he was doing right now, instead of thanking him, the idol surely would scold him because the evil Michy didn't know how to show his gratitude for real.
Azren halted his movement, and his emerald eyes focused on the idol again. His breath hitched, and his heart pounded so loudly. He was nervous, but he could heave a sigh of relief when he saw the idol go back to sleep again.
Yes, Michy finally could sleep in a more comfortable position, and Azren subconsciously smiled at the sight.
"You look like a baby when you are sleeping, but you look like a hulk when you are awake. How come you have so many sides, huh?"
Azren looked like a lunatic for talking alone all this time, but he didn't care because he was enjoying the sight of the idol sleeping.
Eh? He was enjoying the sight? What kind of crazy thought was that?
That was such a stupid thought, and the demon shook his head to expel the crazy thought from his mind. Perhaps he was too tired and ended up imagining such a thing.
Azren was about to go back to the front seat to continue their long journey, but Michy's voice stopped his movement.
It seemed that the silver-haired idol was sleeptalking, and Azren couldn't understand what the idol was muttering in his sleep. He was curious, so he decided to delay his movement while bringing his ear close to the idol's face.
"I hate blonde hair so much."
He could hear Michy's murmur now, but the whisper caused him to furrow his brows.
'Was he talking about me?' He couldn't help but question inwardly as he realized that his hair was blonde as well.
"I always said that your hair looked like a golden curtain, but you still left me in the end."
The demon frowned even more. He thought Michy was sleeptalking about him, but he had never left the idol before, right?
"I hate you for leaving me alone, but I also miss you so badly, Elias."
