Chapter 18: Day 17: The Hidden Stuff

Simon's Pov 

My parents aren't the way they propose to be, they are fake as paper even though I strongly believe paper is more real than them not even joking. My dad the so-called king all he does is to brainwash my mom the queen consult and she is just jas stupid to listen to him and to let him control her life.  At times I don't believe I belong to such a failure of a family that does things robotically, it's just not me, and leaving was my best option.

These royal people lie to the people who they are supposed to serve with respect, they cheat them out for money and all that bullshit. I don't want to be part of this family who will use the people of the country for their own benefit and only look on one side of the country (rich side people who they can negotiate with and make money) while the other side( the poor side who are basically left to the dust and forgotten). I don't want to be part of that. They are corrupt and too corrupt to be called royal people. 

That's not the only thing, so you all feel that my brother's death was just some accident right? I don't believe they killed him and make it seem like an accident. When my brother was alive he suspected my father of some murder cause of some family stuff I remembered hearing him saying that my father killed her( i don't know who she is) and covered it up. I assumed it was someone important to us since my brother was always being active with the case without my father knowing. At times I would catch him sneaking around in our dad's office and bedroom searching files, but I never questioned him about it at that time. One time I was curious so I went into my brother's room and was reading through all the evidence he had gathered he caught me so I asked him about it more specifically who is this woman, and he said she is family.

She was abused and strangled to death. she was bipolar so people assumed or should I say they made her murder seemed as if it was a suicide. Well for my brother it wasn't for years he suspected dad and sometimes I will ask why and he would say "sometimes people aren't what you think they are" he is so right he also said in everything I do I should never trust anyone. I never understood what he meant by that in those early times of my life, but now I can say that I now understand this statement and I lived up to it in this current day and time.

My brother got so close in this case, he started to have arguments with our dad sometimes dad would say leave this alone it does not concern you, yea but he never listens regardless cause wanted to figure out the truth. And he did, but he never confronted instead he kept it secrete but dad could tell that he did because he started to approach him differently. Ethan left home that day for 2 years by the time of his return I was 14 and he had written my letter saying he wanted to meet up cause he had something to tell me so he was flying back to find land.

Upon his arrival, it was heard that they crashed and he died, he died I still couldn't believe it. I never got the chance to meet him and hear what he wanted me to say to me. But months after his funeral police investigated this crash I overheard them saying that this accident wasn't any normal accident but one that was planned, the minute I heard of that I suspected the king for reason I know he is involved and I know he is. If he is capable of killing family then he is more than capable of killing his own blood and I am next if he gets to which is impossible for I am one step ahead. They are murders and fraudsters they are evil and disgusting I hate them.
