Chapter 3: Day3: The unexpected

Simon entered the classroom, suddenly everyone paused, and all eyes were on him, of course, that must have felt uncomfortable but knowing Simon he doesn't care.

" A pleasant morning to you young man you must be the new student I'm expecting, I am Dr. Headstick your History teacher for this term I hope you feel comfortable at this school so far and please consider this new home. Please could u introduce yourself to the class"

" Ah, well Hi, I'm Simon and I am a new student here ahhh I don't expect much from this school, to be honest, I'm just here to learn, maybe you guys might ask common questions like what are your goals in life and what u want to achieve yea all that boring stuff, well let's see yes I do have goals but it's a secret and if I tell you all it will not be a secret anymore ahh let's see what do I want to achieve well you see that's also a secret. So yea I hope I didn't take up too much of your time  with my boring introduction, still hope you learned something from it tsk"

" Simon you are quite a serious student aren't you seem smart please take a seat, and I hope you all treat him well thank you now back to our lesson, now we will look at the history of royalty "

Simon Pov

"psst sit here genius you don't want to sit at the back you'll give off bad impressions on your first day, don't you?" whispers a girl with a weird-looking backpack. She obviously seems like the nerd in the class which in my perspective is a good thing but not great, not as I care. 

"Well I suppose you are  right but I don't care if I give off bad or good impressions that are definitely none of my business" 

I sat beside her like an ordinary student trying to blend in with a bunch of delusional kids who were brainwashed by this ugly ass thing they call society. pfft blending in will take a lot of guts which means I'll have to suck up to their foolishness most times in other to not cause attention to myself. "The thing is they say things are better said than done" and I see where this falls into play but I am a man of my word and I must get what I want regardless of what I have to do. Which will suck but not entirely. I hate to say this but in order to survive here I will need a friend a smart one indeed and this weird seems like she fills the spot. Well, I will just take things slowly.

"Does anyone have any idea what they think the royal life is about?? don't be afraid to speak your mind this is open conservation well all listen and learn from each other here"

" Well you see sir Headstick I believe the royal life is one of the simplest and richest life there is, people in royalty has little to no things to do, they have money to do whatever they like they don't have to worry about being broke is not being able to get whatever they want they have their own personal space " stated a girl with a sassy appearance 

" Well Hallie thank you, but you are not  totally right  correct but good attempt, lets see uhm Simon would u like to try ?"

Simon's Pov 

Well, I was never expecting this, my first class is about royalty, and how convenient it's that karma is trying to blow my cover which will not happen, Well this was an unexpected day I guess I know will have to prepare myself for the unexpected.

"Uhh Simon right, well I must say I am astonished by your response you're a funny guy, would you like to join me for lunch? if you don't mind at all" 

Well would you look at that the nerd  with the weird backpack asked me out for lunch seems like my job would be easy she will be my so-called friend in no time aha

" I mean it doesn't seem like I have any other choice so I will take your offer on it ok let's go"

well I guess this was an unexpected they that turn out to be pretty rewarding
