A very strange thing was happening, for a week I had been in the sanatorium and I had not seen any doctor. After asking several patients I noticed that many people did not see anyone except the other patient. At night I was anxious even though I hadn't had any dreams since the first night, but every night I heard noises, scratches, screams, and the sound of footsteps passing in front of my door. After a week I got used to all it's noise at night. And I had managed to sleep well at night, but despite that, no dream came to haunt me. I mistakenly thought I had managed to get rid of it.

The days were alike all morning breakfast. And free time, I had decided that in the mornings I was going to go to the sanatorium library. Despite the fact that there were very few books, I still managed to escape from this place thanks to the book. In the afternoon I joined other patients and watched them play board games. And in the evening all the patients gathered in the cinema to watch films. After the movie everyone went back to their room.

After a week locked up in the sanatorium. It was night and I slept very well I felt that this was going to be a nightmare. In this nightmare was different from the first, it was totally different. I was in a strange room and I found myself unable to move above me there was a blinding light. In this dream I felt like I was lying on something cold. The only thing I had was the sensations, I could feel with my skin, my eyes could see and move. That's all I had, looking around even though it was hard to see it all. I felt like I was in an operating room. But the problem was that the place was empty there was nothing and no one except me. Otherwise the room was very clean and white. When I heard a door open, I subconsciously got a chill. Everything seemed too unreal to me. I could see what looked like an old man approaching, he was dragging a gas canister. The mask covered the lower part of his face. As he approached me, he dragged the bottle, which caused a shrill sound that was horrible to hear. When he came up to me. I could discern him better, despite his advanced age he was very handsome, especially his eyes, he was of a deep blue, and the more I looked at them the more I was captivated, in his eyes one saw a very large wisdom, and a life experience beyond imagination. However, this moment only lasted a few moments.

The old man took off his mask and smiled at me, he had a very beautiful smile and he seemed sincere, the words he spoke were like honey to my ears.

 - Young child, you woke up very early. Don't worry everything I'm going to do is for your good, you knew my child that in this place you are not the only one to hear the whispers. I will help you get better.

The man turned on the gas and put a mask on my face and the more gas I swallowed the stranger the world around me became. As if reality mixed with the dream world and at that precise moment, I began to doubt I was no longer sure that what I had experienced was indeed a dream. My head was spinning and the whispers were getting louder. My eyes were wide because above me there was a woman wearing a black dress. But what terrified me about this woman was her smile, which revealed her rotten tooth, her breath was fetid, I felt like I was in the face of death. The old man said a sentence that seemed distant to me as if he was moving away from me.

 - Let yourself be my child, everything will be fine.

His voice was still incredibly beautiful and just hearing it made me less afraid of what was about to happen. The woman whispers in my ear. She had a hoarse voice, I had the impression that she had never spoken and what she told me was incomprehensible, the language she used was strange to my ears. With every sound that came out of his mouth I felt like only that language was true and all the others were a lie. The woman got up and smiled again and turned to the old man, she looked long and the more she looked, it sank into my flesh. I felt a liquid running from where she was pushing her finger. I guessed it was blood, my blood. At this precise moment I sank again into darkness. The woman said only one thing that I understood.

 - Don't trust him, I won't always be there.

The woman seemed to know the man, but no sound came out of my mouth and before I could hope for a response. I found myself in my room. I woke up and had pain in both arms. By getting up to observe them. I noticed little white scars where the woman had stuck those fingers. I did not know how long it had passed before I could have scars. Getting out of bed to walk towards the door, that's when I saw, there was no door, turning around to look at the room, there was no window. Yet my room seemed identical. And the only thing that illuminated the darkness of the room was the light from the ceiling. I was starting to panic and want to scream and cry. I felt like a fragile child trapped in such a small place.
