Jiu Wei was caught off guard with the sudden change. His body was hit by the pressure and his chest suddenly felt like its squeezed by a giant.
"Ohok!" Jiu Wei fell to the floor and blood dripped out from his mouth. The man clenched his chest tight as he lifted his head, glaring at Baihu Lei who suddenly used force in his speech.
Damn this brother-in-law. So brutal!
"You...you went too far!" Jiu Wei hissed as he cursed Baihu Lei. The man struggled to stand up but in the end with sheer power, he managed to do so. Wobbling, Jiu Wei scowled at Baihu Lei. He didn’t say anything else but his sharp hazel eyes told it all.
Baihu Lei instantly regretted what he did. The man lowered his head, refusing to look at Jiu Wei out of guilty seeing how fragile the man had become. He didn’t think the once strong man became as weak as an ant.
This is more a reason why he shouldn’t let Sei marry this man.
"I know I went too far just now but to think you become this frail, " Baihu Lei scorned Jiu Wei, "You aren’t worthy of my sister!" He finished his words with a smirk on his face. He knew that this man came here to meet his sister but would he let him do so?
Heh, no!
Jiu Wei really had the urge to punch this annoying brother-in-law but then he endured. The man wiped the blood on his lips and chuckled faintly, "Sei doesn’t need your permission to marry me. As long as she’s willing, what can you do?"
The young man haughtily said, once again triggering Baihu Lei. The silver-haired man clenched his fist as he gawked at Jiu Wei. His stare was filled with bloodlust and if a mere gaze could kill someone, Jiu Wei would have died a thousand times already.
Baihu Lei snorted, "I don’t think my sister will choose someone who can’t even live with her in the same world, hah!" the man laughed and stood up, "It seems you don’t have any business left with me. I’ll leave first, "
Baihu Lei turned around about to leave as he thought he didn’t need to stay any longer when Jiu Wei suddenly dropped a bomb.
"Why do you think I can’t live here? Who told you so?" Jiu Wei walked toward Baihu Lei and his words instantly stopped the young man from leaving. He didn’t turn around but the sound of him gritting his teeth could be heard.
"Don’t bluff. How can you live here when your place is not here? You’re not from this world anymore!" Baihu Lei shouted without looking at Jiu Wei. The man then resumed his walking but once again when he has just about to touch the doorknob to exit the room, Jiu Wei spoke.
"I just spoke with God and his holiness allow me to live, " Jiu Wei said, gloating. He looked at the back view of his future brother-in-law and spoke in a loud voice, "Sei promised me she will marry me in 3 days if I can get permission to live here!"

His last words made Baihu Lei froze on the spot. The man stiffly turned his head around and looked at Jiu Wei with wide eyes. His mouth was opened so wide that a chicken egg would fit in.
"What...did you say?" Baihu Lei asked in a shaking voice. His face started to turn pale as his whole body shook. He refused to believe what this cunning fox said. His sister promised this bastard she would marry him as long as he could live here?
Impossible! Even if it’s the truth, there’s no way God would allow a foreign being lived in this world. Jiu Wei was reincarnated in another world so he didn’t belong to this world anymore, right??
Baihu Lei stared dagger at Jiu Wei waiting for the man to repeat his words. He might faint if he didn’t clarify this sooner.
Shrugging his shoulder, Jiu Wei gladly repeated what he just said. The man put on a smirk on his face as he said, "I told you your sister promised to marry me as long as I can live with her, " the former fox paused, "And I already got permission to live here, "
Jiu Wei flashed a not-so-sweet smile and delivered the final blow, "It means I can marry your sister and I will. I’m going to!"
BOOM!
Something exploded in Baihu Lei’s mind. The man staggered, his back bumped the wooden door behind him. With a trembling body, Baihu Lei raised his hand and covered his forehead. He slowly looked down while mumbling in shock, "T-this can’t be. I-it’s a lie. N-no..."
Sei!
Baihu Lei felt like he’s thrown to the deepest pit in the world. His beloved sister said she would marry this bastard who made her wait for 3000 years just because he could finally live here?
Why is she so naive??
Baihu Lei was mourning for his sister’s dumb decision when Jiu Wei suddenly approached him. The man bent his back and whispered right next to Baihu Lei’s left ear, "So...when will you let me meet my future wife, brother-in-law?"
His voice was low yet a bit seducing, like that of a devil. Jiu Wei’s voice sent a shiver down Baihu Lei’s spine. The man flinched and dodged Jiu Wei, stepped backwards for a few meters while covering his left ear.
"Don’t call me brother-in-law! You will never marry my sister!" Baihu Lei’s face turned deep red as he shouted, "You won’t meet my sister. She’s meeting her future husband!"
