The Seventh Day Without Divorce — Doomed To Die Without Descendants (2)

The next day of The Brave Man’s Challenge was recorded on site. Yesterday’s career experience was separate, but today, the guests were gathered together to record the episode. Each person represented a different occupation, so they had different advantages in the game, and the final “survivor” was the winner.

Today’s game was played outdoors, so there were many spectators watching outside the venue. There were some passing by and those who chose to stay and watch the action, and there were also fans who especially came to watch.

Yan Jun’s fans were the most numerous and active, holding support signs in their hands. There were a few female staff members of the station carrying cameras, snapping away at Yan Jun’s direction.

Liang Yan was so envious. Yan Jun was already used to this kind of environment and smiled when he saw Liang Yan’s envious expression next to him.

During the recording, everyone’s position was so  detailed. Liu Hongliang, as the main MC and captain, stood in the middle. Liang Yan and Qin Yueshi were the only female guests, so they stood on each side of Liu Hongliang while Yan Jun, the most popular, was arranged to stand next to Liang Yan.

Originally, the crew wanted to place Yan Jun beside Qin Yueshi’s side as it would have more screen time than Liang Yan’s side. A handsome single man standing beside a beautiful single woman would be very eye-catching. In the final editing stages, the crew would edit pink bubbles that would stir a wave in the show, and it would become a hot topic.

But Yan Jun and his agent refused, knowing that the variety team would take advantage of the chance to speculate a cp between Yan Jun and Qin Yueshi which would be bad to an idol like Yan Jun who relied on his fans for his livelihood. They decided to place Yan Jun beside Liang Yan.

Liang Yan didn’t have fans and she was married, there would be no danger of being in a CP. It gave him a sense of security. In the final match, Yan Jun simply chose Liang Yan instead of Qin Yueshi.

The game was simple: Liang Yan and Yan Jun each stood on a fitness ball, their feet weren’t allowed to move and they could only use their hands. Whoever pushed the other side wins.

Fans screamed when they saw Liang Yan and Yan Jun standing on the balls at the same time, and they all took out their mobile phones  to take photos and videos.

When the whistle blew, Liang Yan was the first to attack and Yan Jun deftly avoided it. The ball under their feet shook violently. This game had no restrictions between men and women, and with Liang Yan’s dexterity and Yan Jun’s excellent balance, they didn’t give way to each other.

The screams of the fans echoed. Both of their desire to win soared, and at one point, the battle was fever pitch. Yan Jun suddenly attacked so hard that Liang Yan’s body bent to almost ninety degrees at the waist and miraculously stood up again with her amazing flexibility.

The screams of the fans reached their highest level when she miraculously stood up.

Liang Yan immediately attacked after she stood up, leaning forward and pushed her palm against Yan Jun’s palm. The latter lost control and leaned back.

Seeing that she was about to win, Liang Yan was about to proudly stand when, suddenly, there was a “poof” under her feet.

The fitness ball leaked air. The ball lost its air and elasticity under her feet, disrupting her balance. Her arms waved in the air and she struggled twice but still her figure fell forward uncontrollably.

Liang Yan landed on the mat on the ground, but she wasn’t hurt at all. She felt like her head hit something when she fell, it was warm and elastic.

The screams of the fans outside suddenly vanished, and the atmosphere of the recording site was now eerily quiet.

Liang Yan touched her head and cautiously looked up, and what caught her eyes was Yan Jung’s two long legs spread wide as well as the frightened, shocked, dismayed and pained expression on his face.

Liang Yan thought about it. With their position, and the angle she lunged at… the thing that she hit her head on should be…

Liang Yan’s gaze swept on Yan Jun’s body, and finally landed on his bulging trousers… on his crotch.

“………………”

Liang Yan’s face was embarrassed.

This… how to end this….

Should she stand up and care about the injury?

Or to pretend that nothing happened?

In the end, it was the show’s crew who broke the awkwardness, and Liu Hongliang immediately led several other MC’s to Yan Jun’s side to take care of his injury.

The screams of the fans outside the venue immediately reached a terrifying decibel, and Liang Yan clearly heard two phrases, “Liang Yan, I’m xxxx your mother!”

Liang Yan froze and got up from the ground, turning around stiffly, not daring to look at the direction of Yan Jun’s fans outside the arena.

The recording was temporarily suspended. Liang Yan wanted to go to Yan Jun and apologize, but when the latter saw her coming, he immediately ran away, covering his crotch. Obviously, he was psychologically traumatized by the collision.

Because of this, Liang Yan became the first hot search after her amnesia happened, and also since she and Lu Lincheng announced their marriage.

“Liang Yan ended Yan Jun’s family line.”
