Aakesh made his move, and not long after, a loud sound of an explosion rang in the area.
Unfortunately for Aakesh, he failed again.
‘Was it a fluke?’ Aakesh thought of the success as he created another Apocalyptic Blast.
“BOOM!”
The next moment, a loud sound of an explosion rang in the area.
This time there was no crashing or landing sound as Aakesh successfully stabilized his foot on the ground before the grey-colored light dots could join together and throw Aakesh.
It was the second time his right foot had landed.
Even though Aakesh had succeeded twice, the distance between Aakesh and the stairs was far too big to consider that step even a success.
Aakesh was more than two trillion km away from the stairs, so Aakesh now needed to increase his speed if he ever wanted to receive.
But since Aakesh hadn’t even succeeded in stabilizing his one foot every time he took a step forward, how could Aakesh even think of taking two successful steps before the grey-colored light dots could join together.
Aakesh also understood that he could now not fail. Even though the reflection force by the ground had reverted to its original after Aakesh successfully landed his foot, the distance between him and the stairs had grown far too big to consider even jumping twice.
Aakesh then threw another Apocalyptic Blast right a meter in front of him and raised his left foot to land.
“BOOM!”
“Yes!” Aakesh excitedly muttered as his left foot landed on the ground before the grey-colored light dots could join together.
A shine passed through Aakesh’s eyes as he noticed that his agility growth rate had surpassed his imagination.
Just a few blasts earlier, he failed to land his foot without getting thrown back, but now only in five explosions, Aakesh had succeeded three times already when he had not even used ten Apocalyptic Blasts in total.
Even for Aakesh, who rarely complimented his growth rate, couldn’t help but be dumbfounded.
Aakesh wanted to see just how much his agility had grown in only these few times to succeed three out of five times.
Aakesh then thought of his status.
The next moment, a dark blue opaque screen appeared in front of Aakesh. Golden fonts then started appearing on it.
Personal Status:
Name: Aakesh,
Title: Myrioglot (Think to expand),
Race: *****,
Profession: Store-owner(Level 1)+,
Level: Level 7(initial),
Physical attributes,
Strength: 2,856,396,823 Primal Units (+1,713,539),
Agility: 2,912,465,872 Primal Units (+104,191,959),
***
Aakesh nodded as he read his status screen. The last time he had checked his status was one year earlier when he had reviewed Lily’s status after her breakthrough.
Even though he did nothing special in the last year, still his strength had grown by 1,713,539 Primal Units, which wasn’t much for someone with attributes like him, but still, it was a growth just by training Lily. In Lily’s training, he hadn’t used much of his power, so it could be said that his strength grew just by sleeping.
But since Aakesh’s purpose for checking his status was different, he refocused on the blue screen and finally found what he was looking for.
A surprised expression appeared on his face as he noticed the number of Primal units by which his agility had grown just by training a few minutes here.
Aakesh then thought of the screen disappearing, and soon, light particles started moving away from it. Not long after, nothing remained in front of him.
Since Aakesh had succeeded twice in landing his foot, his next step should be to increase the number of steps he could take in the time required for the grey-colored light dots to join together.
But Aakesh didn’t think about it since the landing still provided him with some tough challenges. And only after Aakesh could take a successful step, even without the Energy Overseer, would Aakesh think of attempting to take two steps forward.

“BOOM!”
The next moment, a loud explosion rang in the area as another of Aakesh’s full-powered Apocalyptic Blast crashed to the ground.
Aakesh raised his right foot and landed on the ground before the grey-colored light dots could join together, making it the third consecutive successful step.
Aakesh’s face was still expressionless as he got ready for his next step and a dark energy ball even greater than him in size appeared in his right hand.
One second passed, two seconds passed, three seconds passed,…, thirteen minutes passed, and just like that, seventeen minutes had passed.
In the last seventeen minutes, Aakesh had failed several times, but the number of successes was several times higher than the failure. Especially in the last eleven minutes, Aakesh hadn’t even failed once.
Every step took him six meters closer to the stair and one billionth of a second to do it. After combining the amount of time, it took for Aakesh to activate the skill and take a step forward, in a second, Aakesh covered a distance of fifty-four thousand meters.
Hence in the last eleven minutes, Aakesh hadn’t failed even once and crossed a distance of thirty-five thousand, six hundred and forty km, which sounded a lot, but in reality, it wasn’t even a drop in the bucket when compared with the length Aakesh needed to reach the stair.
Aakesh continued for an hour without stopping, and in that time, he successfully covered a distance of around two hundred thousand km.
Now that Aakesh could take a successful step even when he had deactivated the skill Energy Overseer, it was now time for Aakesh to upgrade the challenge and take two steps in the same amount of time it takes the grey-colored light dots to return.
“BOOM!”
“Crash!”
“Crash!”
“Crash!”
.
.
.
.
“Crash!”
Soon, a loud sound of an explosion rang in the area, and not long after, the sound of successive impacts after Aakesh hit the ground devoured it.
Aakesh stopped calculating the distance by which he got thrown back as it had already crossed an outrageous number, and now Aakesh only decided to focus on his successes.
Since it was a failure after consecutive successes for more than an hour, Aakesh didn’t fall to the ground and was standing while the force threw him even further from the stairs.
Time flew by.
It has been a year since Aakesh arrived in this world.
Aakesh has still not reached the stairs since it was still at an unseeable distance(Even though he is in an open area) from him.
But in the last year, his agility had grown at an unprecedented rate.
If a year earlier, even taking a single step in the amount of time it took for the grey-colored light dots to join together seemed challenging to him, Aakesh could now take four steps without even activating the Energy Overseer.
Aakesh was now practicing five consecutive steps.
It wasn’t the end as due to releasing so many Apocalyptic Blasts, Aakesh had increased the rate at which he could release them.
If previously, it took him a second to cover a distance of fifty-four thousand meters after activating the skill continuously and taking a step forward, Aakesh could now cover sixty-six thousand meters in the same amount of time. Aakesh’s release rate was still growing.
Time flew by.
It has been seven years since Aakesh arrived in this world.
After seven long years, Aakesh could now finally see the silhouette of the stair, which meant that Aakesh was now only a few hundred billion km away from it.
