Chapter 1219: Martin's Intuition!
Outside the store,
The market was active as thousands of people thronged Seventeenth Street to do their shopping. From time to time, many would look at the store with envy and helplessness.
Everyone in Thorr City was afraid of the mysterious store owner, but at the same time, they wanted to enter the store as well. Unfortunately, the products were expensive, so it stopped them, or the store would have an excess of a billion customers in the store.
Suddenly, a white light flashed one meter away from the store's outside stairs, and soon after, two beings appeared.
One of them had entered the store once, while the other looked at it with questioning eyes. The people on the street felt envy when they saw the duo appear in front of the store. But none dared to directly look at them since anyone who could teleport was a being they couldn't even defeat in their dreams.
"Hmm, I can sense the powerful energy flooding the building. It's no doubt that you saw this in your dream," Martin commented while looking at the building.
Magnus, standing next to Martin, stood there looking at the ground. His expression was calm, but he was jumping for joy in his heart.
He didn't have sufficient wealth to complete the purchase of the Iridescent Bustard, but he no longer had to worry about it since Martin had promised to pay the amount. Martin was the only awake Sacred Creator who agreed to check the store and pardon Magnus for his crime of leaving the planet.
Magnus wanted to hurry inside the store, but he stayed calm since he didn't want to show any disrespect to Martin.
Martin also noticed the hurry on Magnus's side, so he stopped looking at the building. He had already become aware of his inability to stand against the energy flooding the building. It caused Martin to be curious about the store as well.
So he didn't waste much time and stepped forward. Magnus respectfully followed behind, and soon the duo was inside the store.
Martin's eyes suddenly violently expanded as he looked around. He found that he had underestimated the influence of the invisible energy. After entering, he could finally feel some of it, and it was terrifying.
Martin's intuition repeatedly warned him against trying to act against the energy. It was a shocking discovery.
The Sacred Creators from the Gorkin race weren't as strong as the Sacred Creators of other races, but he was still one. Even if an elephant was the weakest of its race, it was still more powerful than other beasts. So the sense of danger was new to him. It helped Martin's curiosity explode.
Martin then looked at the blue-skinned man. He could see that the man was special and not some ordinary figure, but Martin was also certain that the man's existence didn't even affect him slightly at all. The energy was the only source of danger.
"Just who is behind this store?" Martin muttered in a voice only he could hear.
Aakesh also noticed Magnus returning to the store with an even more powerful Gorkin, and the system also automatically informed him about the newcomer's cultivation. But since Aakesh was busy with a customer, he kept his focus on only that.

Martin wanted to talk with the blue-skinned store owner to get some idea about who was behind the store, but since there was a short line in front of the man, Martin decided against it.
Since Martin already knew about the store's products from Magnus, and Magnus also wanted to buy the Iridescent Bustard, Martin decided to go there first. He will converse with the store owner later.
Martin was clearly more knowledgeable than Magnus about the outside world and races, but he was still surprised by the sheer number of beast murals on the walls that he didn't recognize.
Magnus had already taken out the Iridescent Bustard card, so he only needed to think of the beast before activating the next summoning round. Aware of that, Magnus joined the queue at the second Beast Summoner Device.
Martin didn't join any queues and kept looking at the murals since it was a great opportunity to learn about the beast races he knew nothing about. Martin wouldn't be able to know the names of the beasts, but his knowledge about their features would still be enriched.
Martin also had no interest in summoning a beast for himself, as he would be going into another deep sleep in a year. He didn't want the beast to stay locked up at his residence while he was sleeping for a million years.
After a few minutes, Magnus got his turn for the summoning. Magnus took a deep breath, thought of the beast, and then pressed the button.
The next moment, '5' appeared on top of the screen as the square light began to rotate at a rapid speed. Five seconds passed in a flash and the rotation stopped, with a familiar beast appearing on the screen.
Not long after, a card formed out of thin air and flew into Magnus's hand. He nodded after reading the details on the card. He heaved a relieved sigh when he saw [Harmonic Resurgnece] in the characteristics section.
Magnus then turned around and left the queue. He didn't immediately join the line for the square device to complete the following steps, but instead, he went to Martin.
Magnus then respectfully handed the card to Martin. Martin didn't even look at Magnus and took the card.
Magnus had already informed Martin about the beast and why he wanted to buy it, so Martin didn't see anything different on the card other than what Magnus had told him.
Martin was also surprised by the resurrection effect of the characteristics since he himself knew how difficult and energy-draining it was to revive someone.
There was only a death limit of seven days, but it was still something. What made Martin agree to complete the sale for Magnus was that once the beast grew to the level of a Sacred Emperor or Monarch, it would be able to revive Sacred Kings and Sacred Emperors. It would be almost like an unlimited army since there was no fixed limit on how many times someone can be resurrected.
