My name is Stefan Walter, Formerly born in America but moved to Germany in 1902, and have stayed ever since. You could say my.life back then was near poverty status but me and my wife were surviving and we're happy until we met someone in the year 1906 where they offered us to be in the society to help revitalize and be a part of the growing German empire in the future, to which the couple accepted as they received free education and nuances to establish a spy network in underground black markets within Germany. We have also met Erika, the Saintess herself. She was like our own daughter who just turned 10 and so mature for her age. She showed us her vision of a future different from the vision of our Kaiser.

Which put our trusts onto her and our lives as our daughter also promised to help her as she joined the Duchess established Youth schools.

My wife Greta would be basically the leader of this department that teaches young children and my daughter is included in teaching 4 languages.

German, Polish, English, French. Later on, Erika promised to expand this to 8-12 languages as she wanted the future children of Germany to be the most multilingual nation in the entire world 

Furthermore, the Youth school will also have exercises such as more aggressive kid games and participation in sports such as Rugby, football, and many other heavy sport activities that enhance body strength, stamina, and endurance.

The youth school would also include all classes of children and will be treated fair and equally and balancing social equality and teaching the children slowly but surely to be trained in close quarters combat, use of guns, and practicing on how to survive in forests as camping and hiking will be one of the main activities for this school.

Erika stressed that these schools would be strictly private and parents or the orphan alike had to both agree that they voluntarily joined this school.

For Stefan, He has been ordered to establish RISA (Reichs Internal Security Agency) under the society that handles internal and international affairs of the German Empire and it's jobs is to root out traitors, terrorists, law breakers and partisans. and do counter insurgency and sometimes or even often plan rebellions and uprisings. 

Stefan was also ordered to cooperate with a person named Karl Ditz who was ordered to form a Secret Police named the Gestapo as their task and objectives is to investigate cases of treason, espionage, sabotage and criminal attacks on German Soil.

They also have the Authority if given, to arrest any person without a warrant if the government orders it.

Publicly, this law was passed in 1909 and tweaked a bit to look like they follow the Kaiser's orders and the Government. 

But in reality, Erika has made it to only the Gestapo only answers to her and loyal to her alone with an oath to swear to give absolute obedience and loyalty to Erika first before the Government.

However, the gestapo law wouldn't be above the law, it would only be given rights to exercise the law under the orders of either the Government, the Kaiser, or Erika herself.

These 5 individuals were tracked down by the society and gathered in Griesheim Airport which is under construction as Erika plans this airport to be a massive one and be in use when the great war hits.

This new branch would be called Luftwaffe to replace the name Deutsche Luftstreitkräfte since it was too long and a bit of a hassle to pronounce.

The 5 individuals would then be given waivers and promises that if they study well and learn how to fly with these new war plans that the society made, they would be given a rank within the Luftwaffe that's certified and approved by the Reichstag and will fly to the skies to meet the enemy.

At first, the 4 individuals were surprised and shocked, but overtime, they considered it and immediately signed the waivers.

The testing begins with the prototype planes as soon as the first 5 pilots begin training on how to fly first and what rules that they must follow and strict trigger discipline and learning to distinguish between friend and foe by testing how far and good their vision is 

Erika has also designed a Chair that can turn really fast using a device to test how well pilots handle Gs (Gravity) and how well they can shake out the dizziness and confusion once the chair stops spinning.

Once the tests are finished, they'll be given a mock battle where they'll try to get each other on mock battle to test their wits and skills as a new pilot of the German Luftwaffe.

The training period Erika predicted would be around a year or two at most before they're good enough to train more pilots that the German empire needs. Once they fully finish their training and become certified pilots, The Kaiser will give them an officer rank based on their scores as per Erika's suggestion. Which wasn't a bad move coming from Erika to suck up to Wilhelm from time to time.

The aim for Erika right now is to have around 3000 pilots at least before 1914. And that's asking a lot since before her time, the number of pilots didn't even reach 4 digits so she had to train quality pilots that the training regime she made and given to them.

Additionally, She also plans to build one of the best fighter planes that the Germans ever asked for.

Thankfully, Fokker joined the society back in 1907 when he was financially struggling and we helped him recover, so he is in our debt and a few weeks later, erika approached him to design a plane under his name to be the fighter plane of the newly established German Air Force called the Luftwaffe.

Initially Fokker was confused and tried to decline such an honor, but after negotiations, Fokker relented and formally established a company under his name and began to design and make the Fokker D.I version (Version 1 instead of Version 7 OTL) 

The first batch of planes as Fokker said will be ready in 1912, where they'll be delivered freshly made Fokker D.I planes numbering around 50 of them, with 20 to be used as training planes for now.

Erika has ordered more military factories to be built in south of Munich and along Hamburg as well to lessen the time for the military equipment and arsenals to be built.

Lastly, Fokkers would be tasked to also build Seaplanes, and a Bomber for the luftwaffe. Although the fighter planes were a priority first before testing out new bombers that could change the tide of battle once the war starts.

For now, Erika's plans are all in place as All her focus now is her pet project that she has started personally, and will be completed in 1920 at best as she can as she personally hired over 300 Architects and Engineers combined to oversee this massive project.

And with the backing of most of the nobles, the act was disguised as a canal project which was passed relatively easily. But in reality it was a massive project largely funded by Erika herself to start at Berlin, then slowly spreading out the massive bunker system throughout Germany as she even estimated that this bunker system complete with a ventilation system and upgrades throughout the years ahead would never be completed until 1950.

Which Erika would pay yearly for now and will continue to pay until it's either finished, or it's mostly constructed and ready to be used like the wolf's lair from the movie Downfall but more secured and defensible.

For now, Erika has all of her plans laid out for her as she will attend the Prussian War Academy Next year as she is gonna graduate with top honors and attend the academy with an official officer rank and a new nobility title.

Furthermore, Germany's future is looking bright with her at the helm and removing future threats and traitors of the german empire or will be years later the Reich as Erika has many plans for it, especially infamous party of the NSDAP which she will personally dispose off when it forms and swallow the remaining members to her society.

For now there's another issue she has to deal personally and hopefully with Victoria's help as Erika knew that Victoria knew she was a futanari as she was shocked as Victoria took a glance at her naked one time and saw her dick hanging out in the open, to which embarrassed Erika a bit as she is still not used to other women seeing her differently since she was a man before she got reincarnated.

"Don't talk, I already knew 3 years ago. And at first, I was shocked. But overtime, I got over it and appreciated what you are and I'll never discriminate against you for being a weird person and having an extra genital." Victoria Chuckled somberly before she said

"And don't worry, I already accepted you as my future husband or wife or whatever the term is as you and I can love each other like a proper couple would and make our parents proud! Well excluding my father, but nevertheless, I would be happy to be with you. No matter the circumstances or hardships we face. We will steadily grow our relationship and marry each other once you and I reach a proper age." Victoria said, as Erika was just shocked and blanked out for a moment as she tried to speak but failed.

Finally, after what seems minutes, she spoke in a trembled but happy tone 

"Really? Thank god for that as I didn't need to explain this…condition to you as I was born with it."

"Haha it's fine, although in worried about your size though, you're still growing and frankly, you're still young and you already becoming a stud down there" Victoria teased, as Erika blushed and covered her face out of sheer embarrassment before replying back

"At least I have a reason to wear pants all the time now. Wearing dresses makes me nervous since I could be discovered at any time. I just hope it won't be until I'm ready…" Erika muttered before Victoria asked a crucial question of the day which shocked Victoria and just giggled pervertedly inside her mind at the realization that Her and Erika won't get enough of each other once they're old enough to have sex.

"How big are you now?" Victoria said, to which Erika replied, still shocked at the question but answered anyway.

"Right now? 5.5 Inches if you want a rough estimate." She finally said after a short pause.

Victoria stopped to look at Erika before laughing joyously and just moving on to plan their next moves in the future as she was still all smiles

"What's so funny!! Tell me!!" Erika said.

"Nope! Now let's move on, the latest plan we have is like this…"

As they discuss their plans forward and the teasing forgotten, they move from being best friends, to being a couple in those short months as they learn to slowly love each other and respect each other's time.

And slowly push towards a brighter future and maybe having kids along the way. But that's a future they'll store away for now.
