The Goddess of Death and Her Empress

Lena was a child when she first met Kyrie, and could see her when she didn't want to be seen. Kyrie tried to erase that moment with her power, but failed.

With the goddess of death's attention, little Lena has grown up protected, which she might not have if the goddess had not taken an interest in her.

To Lena, Kyrie is the personification of beauty, while to most, she is the epitome of death and despair. The Others herald great changes upon the world, sometimes toppling kings, and other times, utterly destroying empires.

Now watched over by powerful beings called Others, Lena has to grow up, while Kyrie still does not understand why this child feels familiar beyond their current interactions.
