Kyto flew back to the carriage without the help of gravity magic and made his appearance known in the bright blue sky. He looked overhead and could see everyone down below who were closing-in on the waterfall.
"Looks like we're close, huh?"
Kyto said whilst flying in the sky, however this made everyone else on their mounts look up at him, surprised to see him back so fast, though they noticed him with an small fairy sitting on his shoulder.
"Kyto's back, and he has the envelope! But what's that… fairy doing with him? Isn't that the one who stole the envelope?"
Elizabeth questioned the scene before her.
"Yes I suppose it is, but maybe it had a reason for it. Let's wait before we make assumptions."
Fhiron said as he looked at the two figures in the sky. The Cyrodel eventually made a landing on top of the carriage, handing the envelope over to Elizabeth.
"I made it just in time."
Kyto said with a smile, now the fairy hopping off his shoulder and crossing its arms.
"Greetings travelers! My name is Pippy! You may call me Pippy Pan, I am a great and most powerful fairy there is to exist! Stick next to me and you'll be safe, I can guarantee you that!"
He tilted his head up before clearing his throat in the process.
"I-I am also… I am… also… apologizing… for… stealing."
He would open his eyes before glancing over to the side, not making eye contact.
"I was just curious. Once I heard you guys talking about Royal stuff and Vrunemir kingdom, I couldn't help but get involved and read the envelope for myself."
The fairy would flutter it's wings before returning back on Kyto's shoulder.
"Have you heard of what the King of Vrunemir is like? He is an ruthless and savage man… I heard long ago he has started an human trafficking organization underneath his own kingdom. It's really scary, and the fairies don't trust him."
Grimhild turned her head and lurked on their conversation.
"Wow that's really scary… how can a man have that much power if that's the case? Wouldn't the gods stop it though? If anything they're the most fairest out of any race in Yggdrasil."
Elizabeth responded to the fairy, asking a genuine question.
"No that's impossible, I doubt any god can stop King Vrunemir from doing anything. You know he's an survivor, and winner of an Ouroboros duel right?"
Kyto and Elizabeth's eyebrows lifted.
"…Is that so…?"
Kyto said in an curious tone.
"Yes, it is the truth. King Vrunemir's wish on winning the Ouroboros duel was to obtain infinite knowledge and understand the ways of the world and how things operate. He is truly a fearsome man for anyone to face, and even the gods themselves do not have the amount of knowledge that he has."
Grimhild turned back around after facing their conversation.
"…What Pippy says is true, King Vrunemir is a very ruthless and savage man."
Kyto quickly eyed the golden mage, taking a few steps forward on the carriage and shouting at her.
"If that's the case Grimhild then why didn't you tell us? Were you really gonna allow us to travel into Vrunemir Kingdom and risk our lives?!"
Kyto gripped onto the wagon balcony in front of him, angered by the golden mage decision.
"Kyto, have you learned nothing? This whole time we've been risking our lives, and been in many life or death situations, so why are you surprised? Are you saying you're not prepared to face death again when we enter Vrunemir Kingdom?"
Grimhild said, her voice seeming to change pitch into a much deeper, and stern tone.
"I-I…"
Kyto looked down from her words, taking them to heart. He realized what she said was true and couldn't fight against them, no matter how hard he tried.
"I suppose you're right Grimhild, I'm sorry…"
They all now stopped in their tracks while they appeared in front of a large waterfall that was connected to a floating island in the sky from above.
"Woah… up close this waterfall seems… very stiff?
Elizabeth was the first to leap out the carriage and make her way over to the waterfall in front of her, now Grimhild following behind her. The rest just looked at the floating islands in the sky, taking in the beautiful scenery.
"Hey, I'm not crazy after all, this waterfall looks stiff as ice! But from far away it looked like it was moving though…"

Grimhild looked at the Rozenheart with emotionless eyes.
"It's just an optical illusion from the Sun in the sky, but that's just an assumption from me. Anyways this waterfall is the entrance into the Skylands."
Jean was now walking up to Grimhild standing by her side.
"It does look like ice… is it some sort of portal?"
Jean slowly extended his arm to touch the stiff waterfall, however it was slapped down from the gold mages staff.
"No! You mustn't touch it. Anyone who touches the waterfall will be reduced to nothingness and casted in the roots of the Yggdrasil Tree."
Jean winced his eye before rubbing the back of his hand in slight pain.
"Ow- wait what? The Roots of the Yggdrasil tree…? What do you mean by that?"
Jean questioned Grimhild with an bewildered expression on his face.
"…Yes, you've heard me correctly. The fairies are extraordinarily powerful in terms of magic and understanding mana force. Mana force is where spells and mana lies for every living thing, be it god or witch. It was created to be a universal concept throughout the entirety of Yggdrasil and is the most important concept. The fairies can manipulate mana force, disrupt it, or even banish it into Yggdrasil roots, the place it was created from."
Jean backed off a few more steps away from the waterfall, holding up his hands.
"U-Uhhh— Ahahaha, do your thing Grimhild! You learn something new everyday…"
Pippy flew overhead and stood on top of Grimhild's Mage-hat.
"Fumu. You are very smart, Grimhild person! You know more than even the fairy teachers in school! But I can teach you more. Be my disciple."
Elizabeth cluelessly looked up at Pippy before suddenly gaining a large blush—
"SO CUTEEE~~!"
"Eh—"
Pippy was all the sudden gripped in two sturdy hands and pulled in for a hug. His face was rubbing against Elizabeth's cheek without consent, feeling himself being manhandled.
"H-Hey let me go! Unhand me you wench!"
"I didn't get to see you up close from how tiny you were, but now that I can, I see how adorable you are~! Uuuu. Let me keep you!"
"No! You cannot keep me! I'm only here temporarily! Temporarily!!!"
Grimhild would smile, now holding out her staff, tapping the end of it against the stagnated waterfall.
"Even the gods cannot bypass a fairies spell. It doesn't matter if you even fly up to the skylands, space will just distort itself and create infinite distance between you and the sky, making it impossible to reach one of the skyland's island. Fairies are truly wonderful aren't they…?"
The ancient letters inside of Grimhild staff started to glow in green, and the stagnated waterfall now slowly started to crumble and shake back and forth in the process.
"Long ago a great fairy had given me this staff. It allows me to unlock any door to any realm. It is called Nightingale. My staff is able to amplify my spells and mana in any way I wish, unlocking any seal, and even unlocking one's potential inside themselves. I can access any realm at any given time, and much more. He was a great Fairy, and I haven't seen him in quite some time. It will be a great reunion to see him once more."
The Waterfall in front of them started to slowly rumble before cracking could be heard. It was breaking apart slowly until it eventually crumbled at the bottom, forming a large portal, or more of an "hidden" doorway to the Skylands.
"I'm not surprised you know fairies at this point Grimhild, and it's even more impressive that you received a weapon from one."
Jean was taken back by Grimhild's knowledge and vast amount of spells and weaponry. She was something he strived to be.
"One day we will be alike, and equal! I assure you of it!"
Jean said in confidence.
For Pippy, he was still being rubbed against Elizabeth's cheek until he finally broke free out of a miracle, running straight into the portal.
"I'm outta here!"
"Wait Pippy, come back! Pippy!"
Elizabeth chased after him into the portal, causing Grimhild to squint her eyes, emotionless as ever.
"…Annoying."
The witch soon walked inside the portal, turning her head to warn the three outside.
"It closes in a minute, and won't open back up until an entire year, better hurry inside."
Kyto Fhiron and Jean quickly made their way inside in a panic, their bodies being transported through an spiraling vortex, making their way up into the Skylands.
