Leelee looked into the deep hallway of the tower as she heard footsteps echoing towards her location. Her legs started to shake, scared it would be some large mice approaching her to eat her alive.
Just the thought of an large mice attacking her was enough to make her step back towards the portal behind her in a haste.
"No way! No way no way, no way!! If this is an huge mice I'm leaving this tower! Forget meeting Beatrice!" (Leelee)
"You have to be kidding me? Is a mice enough to scare you away from saving the world?" (Elemental)
"Y-YES!" (Leelee)
"WHAT?" (Elemental)
The footsteps gotten closer as elemental eventually exposed who it was approaching them since he acted like an torch.
"YOU MUST BE THE ONE CONTROLLING THE MICE!" (Leelee)
"…..?" (???)
"If I eliminate you then the mice are all gone! That has to be it! Because it's impossible for so many mice to be cramped up in such a small place." (Leelee)
"Wait a minute Leelee, I think we're jumping to conclusions here-" (Elemental)
"TAKE THIS!" (Leelee)
Leelee charged forward as she held her weapon with two hands, and thrusting into the figure in front of her.
"…So, this is the power that allowed you to defeat the reaper? I'm intrigued." (???)
Leelee's weapon was caught between the fingers of the mysterious man, shocking both her and elemental.
"No way… he stopped a champion?" (Leelee)
"Oh? A champion is it? Well I couldn't have known from how it's covered in all these flames." (???)
The mysterious man would nullify the flames around Elemental, causing them to vanish.
"Impossible… how are you so strong?" (Leelee)
Leelee stepped back in the darkness as she tripped to the ground.
"Who are you?"
The mysterious figures expression was still hidden, however his appearance was slightly shown from the flames of Elemental a moment ago.
"I can tell you that, but first may you get up from the ground? That's not an appropriate spot to rest for an lady." (???)
He extended his hand out to Leelee.
"Oh… okay!" (Leelee)
Leelee was taken back by his words but still done it. She extended her hand forward in the darkness until she could find his hand, and once she did, she could feel the mysterious man pull her up from the ground.
"Th-Thank you. My name is Leelee Vansbo, I am the princess of Feerota kingdom! Truly I mean it! Thank you dearly for your help." (Leelee)
"It's no problem… princess Leelee." (???)
The mysterious man turned around and walked down the dark hallway.
"Wait, are you leaving?" (Leelee)
Leelee could hear his footsteps get further away, causing the princess to chase after him.
"Hold on! I didn't get your name!" (Leelee)
She charged after him in the darkness while holding elemental in front of her.
"Flame element!"
Flames sparked around the blade again which given her clear view of her surroundings.
"Whew… thank goodness there isn't anymore mice around here- Oof!" (Leelee)
Leelee crashed right into something, causing her to fall backwards.
"I should watch where I'm going- huh?" (Leelee)
She looked up as elemental given off light from its flames, allowing her to see the clear view of the mysterious man.
"…O-Oh my…" (Leelee)
Her expression changed into a flustered one. Her cheeks became pink, and her eyebrows risen higher than normal.
"I-I didn't expect you to… look like this, exactly." (Leelee)
The mysterious man had long blonde hair and wore an leather adventurer robe, with pouches around his waist, hooked to a belt. He carried a long staff with him as the end of it had a large purple crystal at the head. Not to mention he had a dark green cape behind him, and leather gloves and boots. His facial features looked quite feminine.
"Are you alright?" (???)
He asked Leelee whilst casting a spell.
"Clairvoyance magic: Light Orb." (???)
A magical floating orb hovered in front of them acting as a source of light.
"No need to waste your magic with that champion of yours, I can guide us to where you need to be so you can carry on with your adventure." (???)
"B-Before we do all of that, you must first need to tell me… who are you?" (Leelee)
The man chuckled to himself as he closed his eyes.
"Why does my name exactly matter? I can assure you that we won't be crossing paths again any time soon, so knowing my name would have no meaning." (???)
Leelee stood up and cleared her throat as she masked her flustered expression.
"I must know the name of you because I have authority to do so!" (Leelee)
What an silly excuse…
"Authority? Hahahaha! There's no authority here except to the one who controls the Chrono tower, lady Leelee." (???)
"Well… I guess so… fine then!" (Leelee)
Leelee walked pass the man, approaching down the hallway with her eyes closed.
"You're right, not like knowing your name would change anything. Hmph…" (Leelee)
The princess shown her sassy side from not getting the cute man's name, only to step into a trap.
"U-Um wait! I haven't told you that walking deeper into the hallway will be dozens of traps awaiting you!" (???)
Leelee was surprised at first, until she had a vision of the future, causing her to evade the arrows that shot her way out the walls.
"…Seeaa!" (Leelee)
She took elemental and slashed the walls next to her which sealed away the traps with her earth element, causing the stone to mold over them.

"Such silly tricks won't work on the princess. I am strong, and braver than ever!" (Leelee)
"Oh wow, impressive…" (???)
The man chuckled as he approached Leelee from behind, walking in her footsteps.
"Hm? You wish to follow me?" (Leelee)
Leelee turned around to face the man, raising her brow.
"Well… yes… I'm exactly not good at spotting traps, it's why I've been here for almost a week figuring out how to get pass this floor." (???)
"WAIT REALLY? AN ENTIRE WEEK??!" (Leelee)
The man sighed to himself.
"Yes, it's been rough on me without food or water." (???)
"The bigger question is how did this guy manage to pass the reaper without help? Do you think he's as strong as you?" (Elemental)
"I don't think so…" (Leelee)
"What was that? Who are you talking to?" (???)
"Oh it's no one, just elemental my champion." (Leelee)
Leelee turned back around and proceeded forward.
"If you wish to follow me for your safety, then you must at least give me your name you know?" (Leelee)
The man chuckled nervously.
"Ahhh I guess I have no choice do I?" (???)
"Nope you don't, so tell me right now." (Leelee)
He sighed to himself before taking a deep breath.
"Very well… my name is-"
He was suddenly stopped mid-sentence, feeling the entire floor shake at some approaching entity.
"Woaahhh! What's with the earthquake?" (Leelee)
Leelee kept her balance as she stood back a few feet into the mysterious man.
"What's going on?" (Leelee)
"NYOOOOAAAR!!!"
Some creature down the dark hallway shouted loudly which caused Leelee and the man to cover their ears.
"It's a… Minotaur!" (???)
"A WHATTT?" (Leelee)
Leelee asked again as she was unable to hear him through the loud roaring.
"A MINOTAUR!" (???)
"Oh crap!" (Leelee)
She heard him this time, causing her to grip elemental with her hands, preparing to fight.
"I can handle him!" (Leelee)
"I don't think so Leelee…" (Elemental)
"Huh? What do you mean elemental?" (Leelee)
"You're running out of mana… you won't have enough of it to even damage through its skin. You've been using me for hours nonstop without taking a break. You're bound to run out of mana sooner or later!" (Elemental)
Leelee widened her eyes.
"I should have enough mana to at least damage it!" (Leelee)
"I'm sorry but… there's nothing I can do." (Elemental)
Leelee frowned as she sheathed elemental into his scabbard.
"Then don't worry, I'll handle this with my own power." (Leelee)
"NYOOOAARGGHH!!!" (Minotaur)
The large creature ran down the hallway now as it held a large club inside its hands, preparing to swing at Leelee.
"I'm not afraid of you… bring it on!!!" (Leelee)
The Minotaur swung its club, having enough raw power to send Leelee into the wall… but however-
"What the…?" (Leelee)
The Minotaur was unable to move as it was stopped in its tracks.
"What's going on here?" (Leelee)
Leelee turned around to see the mysterious man holding up his staff, stopping the Minotaur from some odd spell.
"You're in our way, begone."
His staff glowed in a powerful black and white light.
"Duality magic!"
The Minotaur suddenly slammed its club into its face, doing the opposite of what it was going to do.
"Huh??" (Leelee)
Leelee watched in amazement, seeing the Minotaur attack itself as it fell to its side, unconscious.
"Duality… magic? But wait… I heard of that magic before…" (Leelee)
Leelee slowly turned to face towards the mysterious man.
"That's the magic that the great witch of legend had used… so could you be-?" (Leelee)
