Chapter 343 - She wanted to spend money on her Big Sister. She had lots of money! (1)

“Hahaha…… you blush so easily. Have you always been like this?” Tong Xuelu couldn't help but busted out laughing finally.

Wen Rugui looked at her pretty smile and almost lost control of his heart.

Blushing, he shook his head, “No, I only blush when it comes to you.”

When it came to other women, never mind that he wouldn’t blush, he couldn’t even remember their looks.

As soon as he had said that, Tong Xuelu stopped her laugh abruptly. She looked at him with her limpid almond eyes.

Wu, who said he was a dummy? And who said he didn’t know how to sweet talk?

This was the sweetest talk she had ever heard in her two lives combined.

Tong Xuelu glanced over at the door and, seeing that it was quiet outside, a wicked look crossed her face.

She wanted to a bad girl……

Tong Xuelu stood up, leaned into Wen Rugui, and said in a low voice, “Say, is there anything that you want to do to me right now?”

When she got close to him, Wen Rugui could smell the fragrance from her. It was barely a hint of it but it made him desire for more.

He felt that his heart was pounding so fast that it could leap out of his throat. His throat rolled a little and he said, “Yes.”

Oh mi!

Tong Xuelu’s eyes lit up. She picked up a strand of her hair and brushed it over his chin. “Well then. What would you like to do?”

Wen Rugui’s chin tingled. He felt that her hair didn’t just tickle his chin; it also tickled his heart.

When he talked again, his voice was a little hoarse. “Can, can you…… send me a photo of yours?”

Tong Xuelu, “……”

The atmosphere was silenced for a few seconds.

Tong Xuelu look at him, dazed. That’s it? That’s it?

He doesn’t want to do anything naughty with an opportunity like this?

Seeing how she was dazed by his request, Wen Rugui was worried. “It’s alright if you would rather not do that.”

The romantic atmosphere was all gone. Tong Xuelu sat back in her own chair. “Why do you want a photo of mine all of a sudden?”

Wen Rugui’s eyelids quivered a little. “Both Zhou Yan and Huang Qimin have photos of their lovers.”

He sounded aggrieved, much like a child complaining to their parents how their classmates had all gotten new schoolbags except for them when they got home from school.

Tong Xuelu’s heart softened. She wanted so badly to rub him on his head. “Okay. Let’s go and have one taken today.”

Now that he was her boyfriend, she wanted him to have face in front of his friends.

Anything that others have, he must have as well!

Wen Rugui looked at her tenderly. “Okay.”

Even though they were boyfriend and girlfriend, the two still should not spend too much time alone in the room. As such, Tong Xuelu suggested for them to go back downstairs.

Naturally, Wen Rugui did not object to that.

Low and behold, the two noticed the odd looks on Old Mr. Wen and Uncle Zong when they went back downstairs.

The two seemed to have a difficult time making eye contact with them. When that happened inadvertently, there seemed to be an odd and complicated look in them.

It was somewhere between sympathy and guilt. All in all, it was very complicated.

When they looked at Wen Rugui, however, they looked as though they were looking at some despicable criminal.

Uncle Zong had intended to make a good meal personally for Tong Xuelu but, owing to what he had discovered, his hands were shaking too much. He had no choice but to get a couple meat dishes from the canteen nearby.

Old Mr. Wen was very different from his passionate self earlier. He barely spoke to Tong Xuelu.

Both Tong Xuelu and Wen Rugui were baffled.

After walking out of the military compound.

Tong Xuelu asked from the backseat of the bicycle. “Rugui, do you think your grandpa and Uncle Zong were unhappy about me?”

It was fine earlier. What happened?

Tong Xuelu could not figure it out.

Neither could Wen Rugui. He comforted her. “No, grandpa really likes you.”

He sensed that Old Mr. Wen was mainly angry at him. He just didn’t want to unleash himself when Tong Xuelu was there.

The two talked about it for a while but had to drop the subject as it had gotten them nowhere.
