You find yourself in a dark corridor. In the middle of it stands a skeletal figure, its bones held together by some unseen force. The skeleton is wearing rusted armor, and its skull is leering menacingly. Its bony fingers are clutching a sword, and its red eyes seem to glow with an inner light.

The animated undead skeleton seems to be patrolling the corridor. Though it moves with a jerky, unnatural gait, it's still a fearsome sight.

You duck behind a pillar for cover. It seems that the skeleton hasn't seen you. The room is silent except for the sound of the skeleton's breathing. It stands there, guarding the corridor, and it seems to be waiting for something.

You feel that it’s unlikely that you’ll be able to avoid a fight. Since the skeleton is patrolling this corridor, it’s better to kill it now when you’re still feeling fresh rather than later when you’re already tired.

Besides, despite their fearsome appearance, animated skeletons are low-level monsters. Even though you’re just a beginner, this shouldn’t be too hard for you.

It’s just a bunch of bones, right?
