Chapter 5: CHAPTER 5: MONSTER

The awakeners have started to push back the monsters which is only natural since only G-E rank monsters came out of the dungeons. Guilds have started to be formed and monopolizing items and monsters have also started.

Many hunters arrive at the location of Davy and Suzy but Davy didn't want to get into any things so he made sure to avoid them.

Davy and Suzy head towards the tower, there aren't any monsters around since they have already been killed by the hunters. Davy is annoyed that he has no way of growing stronger now unless he goes into the dungeons but system warned him that he is not ready yet.

The are many hunters around the tower, some of them notice Davy and Suzy, they walk towards them with smiles clearly showing ill intent. They push Davy aside and surround Suzy.

"Hey there beautiful, why don't you ditch the loser and come with us, we will protect unlike this one-armed freak." Says one of the hunters

"um, no thank you, I will stay with Davy." She says while sweating looking at Davy, she knows what's about to happen.

"Davy? Is that the name of this loser? haha, look here young girl, you either come with us or Davy gets beaten up." Says one of the hunters with his hand placed on Davy's hand.

Davy looks at he hunter with a cold stare.

"oh, are you angry, what are ….."

Just before the hunter could finish his sentence, the arm he had placed on Davy's head is sent flying, he kicks the hunter so hard that he passes through the walls.

The remaining hunters are all scared but they still want to fight Davy since they believe he is just one guy with one arm. Davy looks at them and activates "intimidation"

"SCRAM" says Davy in cold and heartless voice.

"um, Davy, can you please stop now, your skill is affecting me too," says Suzy with her whole body shaking.

"sorry about that, this skill is still tricky to control especially when I am angry. Lets get out of here"

As they walk away, all the hunters who saw what happened are gossiping about Davy and how scary he is. Suzy is still looking at Davy with a scared face, she has never experienced intimidation before so it shook her to her very core.

"um, Davy, why don't I go look around for a bit." Says Suzy with a nervous fake smile, with sweat dripping down her face.

Davy knew that this day would come, he looks at her and sees that she is completely scared of him, he knows she wants to run away.

"very well, do as you wish." Says Davy with a face that says you are not my problem anymore.

Davy walks away and Suzy also walks away, she is scared of him but she still loves him, tears are rolling down her cheeks and she takes one last look at Davy.

Davy does not take a single look back, he has no time to care for someone who abandoned him twice. He arrives at the tower but it seems no one can get in.

"system, why is no one able to enter the tower?"

"That's because one needs to be at least level 30 to enter or have a combat ability of 25,000"

"Are you serious, why didn't you tell me before?"

"you never asked master"

Davy walks back the way he came and sees Suzy being harassed, she looks at him and looks down. Davy stared at her for a little while but since she didn't say anything he walks away. She bites her lips and tears start flowing from her eyes, Davy has abandoned her just like how she abandoned him.

The hunters harassing her start touching her chest and butts, she is trembling in fear and thinks of Davy who has been saving her till now.

"Davy please help me, I am sorry I tried to run away from you!!!" she yells at the top of her lungs

"what the hell is this bitch yelling for, your friend is not coming, he left you behind so just play with us a little bit." Says one of the hunters.

"NO, LET ME GO, I SAID LET ME GO." Suzy struggles to get away but the hunters are of a higher level than her.

They rip off her clothes, knock her down and they start looking at her like hungry dogs, one hunter removes his pants and tries to rape her.

"Get away, I SAID GET AWAY FROM MEEEE" Suzy unknowingly activates her powers and burns the hunter's weenie and balls.

The hunter falls down and starts rolling around in pain, he looks at Suzy with a pissed off face.

"KILL HER, KILL THIS BITCH!!!!" says the hunter while holding his damaged goods.

The other hunters attack and start beating Suzy to a pulp, she can't do anything but lie there and the take the beating while holding her head, her healed wounds have opened up and blood starts flowing everywhere.

"That's what you deserve you stupid bitch, finish her off," Says the hunter who got burned.

The hunters take out their swords and they all stand surrounding her.

"Davy, you finally came, what took you so long." Says Suzy while looking at the direction Davy went.

The area around Suzy and the hunters suddenly goes dark, a red aura in a shape of a monster appears and a person starts walking towards them, that's right, it's Davy and he is pissed.

"Mon…Monsterrrrr" says one of the hunters as he runs away.

In an instant that hunter's head appears in Davy's hand, all the other hunters are shaking and pissing themselves in fear. Davy massacres them all and he shows no mercy, after its all over Davy picks up Suzy, drenched in blood as he looks at Suzy with an annoyed face.

"tsk, how very annoying.

He takes her to an abandoned building nearby and heals her, cleans her like before, and leaves her to rest. After a few hours, she wakes up and sees Davy sleeping in a corner. She walks over and covers him with a blanket, she smiles but that smile quickly fades as she knows how much trouble she causes and how he is always taking responsibility for her foolishness.

"I need to get stronger and change my weak nature, in this messed up world the weak won't survive, I need to change so won't hold back Davy anymore." She says with a serious face as she walks out of the room.

Davy opens his eyes and goes back to sleep.

"good grief." He says as he dozes off.
