4. Talent(2)
“Where are we going?”
“You’ll find out when we get there.”
As the heavy car pulled out of the underground parking lot, the waiting security team caught up. They were now moving almost as one body with Jin-woo. Yoo-na was at a loss because Jin-woo was driving himself, and she was left sitting in a large seat alone. She tried to do something, but he just made her relax silently.
Jin-woo smiled and skillfully drove the car to a certain building. It was owned by the Future Strategy Office and staffed by its team of designers who would dress Yoo-na up beautifully. When they entered the lobby, the staff were there to greet them.
Robert Kim, a world-renowned designer, approached politely. Having already mastered a major fashion show, he was the representative designer of Korea.
“She’s going to an observation class. Please dress her up.”
“Yes! We have everything ready. We will show you the hidden side of Miss Kim Yoo-na.”
Robert Kim looked at Yoo-na with passionate eyes, who gulped in fear and stepped back. As Robert Kim beckoned her, the designers surrounded Yoo-na and marched her inside the building.
Jin-woo sat in the luxurious waiting room and waited. After a while, Robert Kim and Yoo-na entered the waiting room. She had changed so much beyond recognition.
“It was designed to be flashy but not overdone, attractive but not vulgar, and luxurious but not extravagant. Let’s start with the earrings. In France…”
Robert Kim briefed them both one by one on each change. She had changed so much that he wondered if it was Yoo-na whom he saw earlier. She usually didn’t even bother with makeup, but it gave her a completely different look when she did. She wasn’t inferior compared to Choi Hee-yeon in the slight, and if anything, her mature charm was much more overwhelming.
Especially when it came to her figure.
It was a pity that she wasn’t in a dress because it was an observation class, but it was still a drastic transformation. Of course, the price was no joke. It was noticeable because he ordered a very famous brand on purpose. But being obvious was the key. In that respect, Robert Kim had faithfully accomplished his mission.
“That’s great. Thank you for your hard work.”
“Thank you.”
Yoo-na moved her body awkwardly, looking at her reflection in the mirror. Only then did she smile as Jin-woo playfully raised his thumb. The head of the Future Strategy Office was waiting politely with his hands clasped together. He was a middle-aged man who had a strong sense of intelligence.
“We have contacted the school and made arrangements so that there will be no disruption to the plan.”
“I’m sure you’ll take care of it. Thank you for your hard work.”
“You’re flattering me.”
The head of the Future Strategy Office grinned. Jin-woo shared a similar smile. Only Yoo-na didn’t understand what was going on. There wasn’t much time.
Jin-woo immediately headed toward elementary school with Yoo-na. It was a school located next to the neighborhood where she lived. Maybe that was why the bullying had been more severe.
Their car received a lot of attention from the surrounding passersby. It couldn’t be helped. Security vehicles escorted it back and forth, and several motorcycles were ahead of them to clear the way. When they arrived in front of the school, eight bodyguards followed behind Jin-woo’s car.
Of course, there was also a helicopter overhead.
‘Well done.’
Everyone escorted them earnestly with very serious expressions, probably because Jin-woo asked them to set the mood. Yoo-na looked embarrassed, however. After all, it was a huge waste of human resources. Who was going to show this crazy level of waste for an observation class?
But it was possible because it was Lee Jin-woo.
– All clear! The route has been secure!
– Entry! Entry!
Some personnel was pre-arranged on the school’s roof, and there was even a container headquarters on one side of the playground. Parents who parked their cars in the playground were staring blankly at the scene of Jin-woo’s car coming in.
The motorcycle led the way, raising dust. After that, the escort vehicles followed, and Jin-woo’s massive car appeared. The bodyguards were strictly vigilant and didn’t allow anyone to approach. At that moment, Yoo-na’s younger brother was on the way to the gym and stopped to watch the formidable sight.
Whop-whop-whop-whop!
The helicopter started hovering in the air and then flew lower. A rope fell from the helicopter, and fully armed security forces quickly rappelled down around Jin-woo’s car.
Yoo-na covered her face with shame at that sight. Jin-woo also thought he was doing too much, but anyway, it was fine. He wanted to imprint it clearly if possible. What kind of existence was the child you bullied?
For Lee Jin-woo, it was better to go too far than lack in the slightest.
“Wow!”
“What is it?”
“That’s cool!”
The students’ reaction was, of course, explosive. The principal and teachers who came to meet them were also fascinated and left unable to move. It would be strange not to be mesmerized by such an enormous scale of action.
“…Young master.”
“Is this a little too much?”
“It’s not only a little! The thought of fixing this already gives me a headache.”
“Think about that tomorrow and have fun today.”
Sometimes, acting as the original Lee Jin-woo wouldn’t be a bad thing. Jin-woo got out first and opened the car door for her. Yoo-na climbed out of the car as if she were getting off the red carpet. Jin-woo and his bodyguards escorted Yoo-na to the place where the parents were gathered.
Of course, the parents and homeroom teachers were startled. Jin-woo approached the homeroom teacher.
“Lee-, Lee Jin-woo…?”
“How do you do? I’m Dong-jin’s uncle.”
When Jin-woo asked for a handshake, the homeroom teacher broke into a cold sweat at the pressure that emanated from him.
“Please take good care of Dong-jin.”
“Ah, ah! Yes, o-of course.”
“Please do.”
“Ah, I understand!”
Jin-woo smiled slightly and let go of their hand. Yoo-na also greeted the homeroom teacher. That person was the homeroom teacher who secretly discriminated against her young brother. Yoo-na seriously thought about transferring her brother to another school because the teacher didn’t even listen to her when she asked about the bullying.
“It’s been a while.”
“Ah, yes, tha-that’s right.”

Yoo-na looked at her homeroom teacher, bowed her head, and joined the other parents. Among them, some parents quietly told their children not to play with Dong-jin. It broke Yoo-na’s heart when her brother has kicked out alone when playing at their houses. They were leading the game until just now, but now they hadn’t said a word.
Lee Jin-woo claimed to be his uncle. Who could ignore it, even if he weren’t his nephew? It was obvious what the outcome would be to ignore it.
“Wow!”
“Who is it?”
“Dong-jin’s older sister?”
Yoo-na was so beautiful that the children looked at her in amazement. Jin-woo glanced over at the place where the children were gathered. Dong-jin was among them. Jin-woo waved his hand slightly, and Dong-jin smiled in return and waved loudly.
“Big bro!”
“Yes, your big bro is here.”
They were in the fifth grade. The children rather knew more about Lee Jin-woo than someone younger might, and in an instant, Dong-jin became the subject of attention. The title of the observation class was Pleasant Physical Activities with Parents. It was a participatory learning class rather than purely observation.
Jin-woo didn’t enter the gym and watched Yoo-na and Dong-jin from the container headquarters. It was because there was no way that the class would go well if he went in. Yoo-na didn’t let the participatory learning pass at all.
She continued to take first place as she smashed the competition overwhelmingly. The bodyguards, who watched her, shook their heads.
“Miss Kim Yoo-na is also amazing.”
“What…I guess she had a lot on her plate.”
“Even so, with such power…”
Both Yoo-na and Jin-woo went too far.
After about an hour of class, it was lunchtime. A large truck arrived just in time for lunch, and a restaurant was set up in the gym in no time. Even a star chef who frequently appeared on the TV appeared to dishes.
“It is provided by Dong-jin’s older sister! Please eat as much as you like!”
The star chef didn’t forget to say so.
“Everyone should say thank you to Dong-jin!”
“Thanks!”
“Thank you, Dong-jin!”
Dong-jin looked embarrassed when his classmates said so while looking at him. The food must be incredibly delicious as even the parents were eating excitedly. Through the monitor, Yoo-na and her brother could be seen smiling happily.
The parents who kicked Dong-jin out couldn’t just enjoy the meal, however. They coughed a few times under Yoo-na’s gaze, as did the homeroom teacher. The children who led the bullying probably were suffering from some mental burdens as well.
Revenge always led to another, but it was over if you made them unable to reach for more. The bodyguard next to Jin-woo smiled.
“It seems like I got a real good job.”
“Call me if you have any family issues. Even if I can’t go myself, I will take good care of it.”

“Haha, I see. I will always be loyal to the young master, so please take good care of me!”
“Yeah, I’m going home with the first security team, so for the rest, escort Yoo-na and Dong-jin well. Then, buy some presents for Dong-jin on the way home.”
“Yes, sir!”
Jin-woo went home with the first security team in another car. Lunch was the most convenient when taken at home.
‘It’s been a fruitful day.’
It felt like he was working after a long time.
Jin-woo entered his home. Today’s training was finished, so he thought he could relax. But that thought only lasted a moment.
He saw someone sitting on the sofa. Jin-woo hardened in place the moment he noticed him.
“Um, it’s been a while.”
Lee Min-woo was sitting on the sofa, drinking his tea. It was almost dazzling to see his flowing elegance.
‘Why is Lee Min-woo here?’
Come to think of it. He remembered Yoo-na saying she had something to report. He thought it was just a regular report, but Jin-woo didn’t expect it to be about Lee Min-woo’s visit.
“I heard something big happened in the Choi family.”
“What…”
“That’s great. I never thought the Sword Master would do that.”
Lee Min-woo’s admiration was sincere, but Jin-woo could only wonder why he visited him in person.
“What’s going on?”
“I want to talk slowly, but I have work to do. I’m here to deliver this to you.”
Lee Min-woo held out a document. There was such a terrible name inscribed there: Military Manpower Administration!
‘Ugh! I want to throw up.’
Just hearing that name made his body tremble. The documents were a notice of physical examination for conscription and a notice of verification of a competent person. Still, those who weren’t competent had to undergo a physical examination and head to the army. Although it was a little more comfortable than in the previous world, the army was still more or less the same.
Daesun University had the world’s most precise device for identifying competent people, so national institutions were even asking for cooperation. It was fortunate that he didn’t have to go to the army because he was such a competent person.
“The Chairman has high expectations. It must be great because the Sword Master guaranteed it himself.”
“Um.”
“That’s why it seems like you want to show it off in front of everyone.”
“Huh?”
He didn’t need Chairman Lee Hee-jin’s interest. Even now, he was already happy since there was enough money for him to rot away. What Jin-woo wanted was for Lee Min-woo to become the successor, while he would live peacefully on his small profits without any issues.
Yet, something unusual was happening.
