An Yan’s attitude was particularly enthusiastic: "If there’s anything you need me to do, just say so, senior."

Cheng Yi lowered his voice and said, "I told them that after meeting you, that little hamster liked you very much, so I left it in your care."

An Yan thought about it carefully, but there was nothing wrong with that. After all, he was the hamster, so he should take care of himself: "So, what else do I need to do now?"

Cheng Yi sighed somewhat helplessly, "Although my mother reluctantly believed me, she asked me to bring the little hamster home as soon as possible, so ……"

Mrs. Cheng’s original words were, "Even if Yan Yan likes Yan Yan, you can’t just leave him in the care of someone else! Besides, I’ve been waiting for him to come home all week. I’ve bought several boxes of toys and snacks only for you two to come back, leaving the most important one behind. You really let me down! "

Cheng Yi & Cheng Yang: "……" So in mom’s eyes, they were not as important as that hamster?

Cheng Yi felt bewildered for a while. His mother urged him several times before he took the initiative to contact An Yan.

Of course, although Cheng Yi looked helpless on the surface, he was delighted.

He wanted to take the little one back into his arms in hamster form. He wanted to pamper and tease him a bit.

Although Cheng Yi didn’t finish his sentence, An Yan understood his meaning smoothly, "So do I have to turn into hamster form this weekend?"

Cheng Yi replied, "It won’t take long. You just need to show your face in front of my mother and let her give you a hug."

An Yan thought about it for a moment. This was not too difficult for him, plus it was Cheng Yi’s request, so of course he would not refuse. "Okay, then when do I go over?"

“It’s better to come over tonight. My mother is still talking about you, afraid that you won’t eat, play, or sleep well in someone else’s house. " Cheng Yi deliberately accentuated "someone else’s house", teasing the little one a little.

An Yan did not hear the deeper meaning of these words, and only nodded, "Then I’ll talk to mum first and come to you later."

Cheng Yi said, "It’s better for me to directly come over. It might not be too safe."

An Yan thought it did seem like that was the case. There would indeed be a big hidden danger if he walked out in his human form and then turned into a hamster when he got to Cheng Yi’s house.

As long as someone investigated carefully, the matter was easy to cover with these clues.

An Yan nodded obediently, "Okay, then I’ll wait for Senior at home."

An Yan and his mother chatted idly in the living room for a while before the doorbell rang.

Although he had decided to come over on the spur of the moment, Cheng Yi didn’t come empty-handed. He was carrying several gifts in his hand, some for An Yan and more for An Mu.

An Mu’s attitude towards Cheng Yi had subtly changed, so she didn’t bother to be polite with him and accepted all the gifts with a smile.

After a few brief pleasantries, An Yan made an excuse and took Cheng Yi to his room.

An Yan was about to change back into his hamster form after entering the room and closing the door when Cheng Yi reached out and took his wrist. "We can first chat for a while. There’s no need to rush over."

It was a rare opportunity to enter the little one’s bedroom, so he obviously didn’t want to leave in a hurry.

An Yan had spent very little time in this bedroom. He had moved to his new home just before the start of the school year, and school officially started the next day.

He hadn’t been home last weekend, so by all accounts, this was actually his second day in this room.

In addition, all the furniture in the new home had recently been bought, so there wasn’t even a trace of An Yan’s atmosphere or style in this room.

But even so, Cheng Yi’s heart couldn’t help but feel soft as soon as he thought that this was the little one’s bedroom.

His eyes moved around the large room. That table was used by the little one to do his homework, that wardrobe kept the little one’s clothes, and this bed was where the little one sleeps at night……

Cheng Yi suddenly felt his nose get hot. He hurriedly averted his eyes and collected his emotions: "Can Yan Yan pour me a glass of water?"

An Yan immediately nodded and went over to get a cup of warm water for Cheng Yi before handing it to him.

Cheng Yi took the cup and held it in his hand, but didn’t rush to drink it. He instead looked at the cup in his hand and asked, "Is this Yan Yan’s cup?"

He had carefully observed the arrangement in the little one’s room, and there was only one cup on the table.

An Yan thought that Cheng Yi was concerned about the use of the cup. He quickly explained, "This is my cup, but I haven’t used it before. It’s brand new."

Cheng Yi sighed regretfully in his heart, but smiled lightly and said, "I’m just asking. It’s okay even if you used it. "

An Yan smiled for a moment and then said, "Senior doesn’t need to send me back after I finish my task later. I can sneak back to my room by myself."

Cheng Yi wanted to keep An Yan in his bed for the night, and the regret in his heart could not help but thicken a bit more at those words. He sipped his water and said vaguely, "We’ll see then."

Cheng Yi drank this glass of water very slowly. However, no matter how slow, the glass would bottom out eventually.

He put the cup down, "Let’s go."

An Yan nodded, took off his slippers, and stood on the bed. There was a white flash of light, and the slim teenager turned into a fat little hamster.

Cheng Yi watched the little guy’s chubby body struggling to crawl out of the pile of clothes with soft eyes. He reached out to cup him in his hands, "Let’s go."

An Yan nodded and allowed Cheng Yi to tuck him into his pocket, leaving a wisp of spiritual energy in his room in case something unexpected happened.

An Yan immediately received a warm welcome when they arrived at the Cheng family home.

Cheng Lin was the first to welcome him, "Yan Yan is finally back; let mommy give you a hug."

Cheng Yang was right behind his mother, but before he could reach out, he was pushed aside by his own mother.

An Yan was very flattered by everyone’s enthusiasm, and his small hamster face hastily squeezed out a smile, causing Cheng Lin to burst into laughter.

An Yan’s original intention was to show his face in front of everyone and then follow Cheng Yi upstairs. The attitude of the Cheng family was too warm. Cheng Lin even hugged the hamster and refused to let go of it.

Luckily, his mother had gone to her room early and did not go to An Yan’s room, otherwise he might have been exposed.

It was not until nearly ten o’clock in the evening that An Yan finally left Chen Lin’s warm embrace only because Cheng Yi was afraid that the little one would get tired and firmly proposed going back to his room.

He hung out at Cheng Yi’s room for awhile, and it was already after 10 o’clock by the time he successfully returned to his room.

He simply stayed in hamster form so that he could cultivate at night since this was his room and it should be safe.

On Saturday, An Mu didn’t have to go to work, so they went out to buy some new clothes and add some new appliances to the house before having a nice lunch out at noon.

He had just returned home when he received another call from Cheng Yi. His mother was so worried that the little hamster hadn’t come down for lunch and she wanted to feed him herself.

An Yan had no choice but to go to Cheng's family house once again in his hamster form.

He had just had a big meal and couldn’t really eat anything more even if he had changed form.

Cheng Lin was worried that the little hamster, who originally wanted to eat everything he saw, had turned into a hamster that refused to eat anything, and she insisted on asking the family doctor to check his health.

In the end, it was Cheng Yi who managed to persuade his mother.

Both the hamster and the man were exhausted when they returned to the room. An Yan turned back into his human form and spoke with a bitter face, "Senior, what should we do now?"

He was exhausted after only one day. Wouldn’t he turn into a living hamster cake if he always had to do this in the future?

Cheng Yi also sighed. He thought it was fun to have the little one turn into a hamster to stay by his side, but his mother’s worry when she couldn’t see the little one for half a day was indeed a problem.

But he had a bigger problem now. The little one was standing in front of him with nothing on, so where should his eyes go?

Cheng Yi’s eyes glanced at the little one, then cleared his throat and said, "Don’t worry. I will solve this matter as soon as possible."

"How is senior going to solve it? Do you need my help?"

Cheng took another glance and said, "No need. Isn’t Yan Yan very tired? Do you want to take a nap here before you go back? "

An Yan was indeed a little tired after shopping all morning. He had also eaten too much and was now sleepy.

He yawned and nodded defenselessly, "I’m indeed a bit sleepy. But won’t it affect senior if I sleep here?"

Cheng Yi shook his head and said solemnly, "Of course not. You can go to sleep."

An Yan yawned again, "Then I’ll trouble senior."

It was not the first time he had slept here, so An Yan expertly climbed into Cheng Yi’s bed, then very naturally rolled up the blanket and quickly closed his eyes.

Cheng Yi watched the whole process from the sidelines, his heart both soft and restless.

Cheng Yi’s mind uncontrollably conjured up a hundred images of sauce and stuffing, but in the end, his reasoning stubbornly overcame these reveries. He had to go into the bathroom alone, lost in thought.

An Yan woke up after a nice nap and saw Cheng Yi sitting on the edge of the bed with a book in his hand, quietly reading.

The image was so quiet that it was impossible to tell that he had done something in the bathroom earlier.

"Yan Yan is awake?" Cheng Yi closed the book on noticing the movement from the bed. He turned his head to look over, his soft gaze gently falling on An Yan.

An Yan rubbed his eyes and nodded, "What time is it now?"

"It’s already half past three." Cheng Yi said as he glanced at his light brain.

An Yan's eyes widened slightly and he jumped out of bed, "I can't believe I slept for so long." I have to hurry back."

Cheng Yi’s gaze flickered uncontrollably around An Yan’s body as he said, "Well, take your time in going back and don’t be in too much of a hurry."

An Yan said "mmm" before turning back into a hamster and jumping out of the window.

On Sunday, An Yan ran to the Cheng house again, and Cheng Lin carried him during dinner. He had emptied his stomach in advance this time, so he could eat everything just like before, and Cheng Lin was much more relieved.

After eating, Cheng Lin took out the toys she had prepared for the little hamster and played with him for a while. It was after eight o’clock that Cheng Yi said, "I’m going back to college tomorrow, so I want to rest early tonight. I’ll take Yan Yan upstairs first."

Cheng Lin put a small fluffy ball into An Yan’s arms and said, "Then you can go up first. Do you still plan to take Yan Yan with you tomorrow? "

Cheng Yi nodded and reached out to pick An Yan up while his mother smiled and waved her hand at him, "Good night, Yan Yan, have sweet dreams."

An Yan looked back at Cheng Lin, wiggled his little bottom, and suddenly jumped back into her arms, "Squeak, squeak, squeak." Bye, Auntie. I’ll miss you.

He had previously discussed with Cheng Yi and they decided they'd tell his mother that the little hamster had rejoined his mother’s arms and left with her. That way, he won't need to go back and forth like this in the future.

Although this reason sounded slightly farfetched, Cheng Lin would believe it as long as Cheng Yi was firm.

So this must be the last time I get to spend time with Cheng Yi’s family in hamster form, right?

An Yan hadn’t felt bad when they discussed it before, but he now felt unexpectedly sad when it was time to part.

Cheng Lin didn’t know what was on An Yan’s mind. She just smiled and rubbed An Yan’s little head: "What’s wrong with Yan Yan? Do you want to leave your brother and sleep with your mother tonight?"

An Yan hurriedly shook his head, but he couldn’t help but rub his head against her palm before reluctantly jumping back into Cheng Yi’s palm.
