"You seem disappointed Kira. Is it that you wanted me to be the sole 'bad' vampire and wished the others to be good and kind if you somehow got rid of me?" Orissa smiled teasingly at Kira who gave her a stern glare.

"Oh come on. You should be grateful I didn't go with genocide and send humanity back to what you would consider primitive times. At least that way, we would be in total control."

"But you didn't because you wouldn't like that, not because of compassion or kindness Orissa." Irene grumbled because she had a feeling Orissa was simply insane in every sense of the word.

"Don't get me started! You literally slaughter animals daily for food. If you say they aren't sentient, I'll refute with they think and feel, like humans do. Since you do it with animals, why can't we do it to you?" Orissa grinned when a man's scolding voice came from the screen.

"You're just a monster who kills! If it were up to me, do you think you'd be walking around or sitting there now? You'd be facing the punishment that fits your crimes."

"Who is this guy?" Orissa curiously asked Kira, but she didn't get an answer. When she turned back to the screen, her eyes were dangerously bright.

"Since you feel that way, I'll make sure to arrange a fitting death for you." Orissa stopped looking at him after that and ignored his terrified appearance.

"You can't kill him." The Secretary of Defense spoke for the first time and directly stood opposite of Orissa, but she gave him a sly smile and shifted to face the screen.

"I wouldn't kill him, that's giving him too much attention. I'll send someone to pay him a visit, have them discuss life~" Orissa started to speak in the same tone she used when she took a bio weapon to a city.

"Aren't you being too stubborn? If you kill us while discussing a truce, why do you think we won't retaliate? Do you think we won't fight you to the death?" The Secretary spoke in a grave voice.

"Because I can offer you, well, all of you who fear death, who's a foot in the grave an alternative. Why die in a few years when you can potentially live forever? No diseases or body aches whatsoever~" The Secretary of Defense's eyebrow lifted slightly.

"But then we'd drink blood and be the enemies of humanity right?" Seeing the Secretary didn't immediately deny her offer, she smiled widely and rose to her feet.

"Something tells me if you're desperate enough to live forever, drinking blood will be the least of your concerns. Look at you, a good example. You've contributed decades to your country, but in the end, aren't you dying still?"

"Orissa!" The hothead who had been threatened before yelled but was directly ignored. She didn't mind him as she regarded him as a small inconvenience at most.

"I'll be frank. All of you who have wealth and power, what good will it do when you're dust and bones in a millennium, and we'll still be here reading about you in the history books."

"You can join me you know? You can do whatever it is you desire with your eternity, and as long as you don't kill your own, I honestly couldn't be bothered to care." Orissa stood in front of the screen looking at all the important figures.

"You can help humans, I don't mind. Isn't it worth it? You can live forever and save those you wish to protect, right~?" Some of the viewers directly ignored her past actions when they heard her voice.

"And become like you?" Irene scoffed and stiffened when Orissa's purple eyes landed on her and lingered for a moment before flitting elsewhere. Orissa kept smiling when she saw everyone's silence around the world on the chat forums.

"You don't have to be a monster. You can use blood bags and such. You'll have all the perks and no demerits. You wouldn't have to worry about time anymore. Oh, that reminds me~"

"Does anyone have the authority to distribute blood bags to us? It's safer for humans than feeding directly even if we don't enjoy it as much." Orissa smiled when the Director of the VPA furrowed his brows.

"We use blood bags to help heal those who are injured, why you think we would give it to you monsters is beyo-" His voice fell silent when a menacing grin emerged on Orissa's face.

"Then I guess I won't reign them in anymore. You can kill your meals." Orissa gave the vampires around her a glance and smiled when their low growls of affirmation came.

"You see, since we hadn't discussed this, I was reluctant to allow them to kill, but since we won't get blood bags, they might as well since restraint isn't in our nature." Orissa smirked when everyone's faces turned dark.

"Is that a threat?" The Director of the VPA asked Orissa who put a slender finger on her chin and thought about it. If they didn't get blood bags, how would they research and develop artificial blood?

"No, it's not a threat. It's a promise." Orissa shrugged and sat down next to Clara who stiffened. The smell of fear attracted Orissa like an orchid of fruit trees and she smiled wanting to tease this human more.

"Clara~ Do you mind if I take a bite? I was so busy that I didn't get to feed." Orissa smiled gently when Clara's face turned bright red as her heart pounded like a drum.

"You wouldn't want me to go thirsty right~?" Orissa's cold yet soft fingers guided Clara's face until her eyes were looking into her own purple ones. Clara wanted to deny her, but she couldn't when she saw that breathtakingly beautiful face.

"Does it hurt?" Clara was shocked when the words left her mouth because she hadn't wanted to say it at all. Orissa leaned forward until all Clara could see was her beautiful face.

"No. It feels good if we want it to~ And you've been such a good girl that I can't bear to hurt you~ Are you afraid~?" Clara could smell Orissa's scent, not as well as a vampire could, but it was still delightful.

"Orissa! Stop!" Irene yelled when she saw Orissa moving closer to Clara. If she fed right in front of her, in front of the government officials watching, she felt that they'd lose their momentum.

"N-no." Clara swallowed nervously when Orissa's soft fingers tilted her head back slightly, but not far enough back that Orissa couldn't see her face. Orissa opened her mouth and everyone could see her fangs extending out until they were long enough to pierce deep into flesh.

"You smell wonderful Clara~ A mixture of fear and arousal blending into one mouth-watering scent~" Orissa licked her lips and kissed Clara's throat softly, feeling the tension in her body as well as the fear like a tide.

"Orissa! Stop now!" Kira also realized if Orissa fed right in front of the world after the government refused to give them blood bags, if Clara died, they would be blamed as well.

"Clara dear~ Do you want me to stop~?" Orissa's voice was low and sultry and even those across the screen could feel their faces heating up as they started to envision themselves being...

"N-no. Please don't stop." Clara felt her body trembling at Orissa's every word, and realized she wanted it. More than she'd ever wanted anything before in her life.

"If I bite you, then you're mine! I'm quite possessive you know~? Do you want to be mine?" Orissa's nails gently traced Clara's throat, making her shudder and clench her thighs.

"Yes, I want to be yours!" Clara said, not caring about embarrassment or even if the world was watching anymore. Orissa was like a drug that she had gone without for too long. She could only think of her!

"What a good girl you are~" Orissa kissed Clara's neck again, right on the jugular, her cold soft lips making Clara moan out, then Orissa opened her mouth and slowly bit down on Clara's neck.
