Bellatrix Lestrange.

This was a rare female Death-Eater amongst Voldemort's followers, she was a high-ranking Death-Eater, as well as the most dangerous and brutal one of them all.

A few decades ago, when Voldemort had first arisen, her hands were stained with the blood of countless innocents as a mad follower; after being locked in Azkaban for years, she had become truly crazy, and her sickly desire for destruction had worsened.

Her feelings towards Voldemort were not simply that of a follower's loyalty to its leader, but a disgusting, distorted, yet twisted sense of adore.

She yearned to become Voldemort's wife.

And it was she who left the Mudborn scar on Hermione's arm, that scar was cast with magic and could not be dispelled.

This means that the young witch Hermione would have to live the rest of her life with that mark representing despair and pain.

Merlin sits by the long table of the Malfoy Manor and looks at the black-haired woman seated not so far from him.

She may not know what fate was awaiting her, but no matter, Merlin will help her remember the evil she's done.

When Fury asked Merlin if he had mixed personal feelings about this matter, Merlin answered no.

But in reality, after seeing the scar on young Hermione's arm, this was no longer just a simple mission.

This was personal.

Merlin did not have any feelings toward Hermione that went beyond that of friends, but young Hermione had given him hope in his most desperate hour in London.

She was a very important node in Merlin's life, not just one between a savior and saved, but of friends and benefactors.

How would Merlin treat those who dare to hurt his friends?

Hehe, that answer will be answered soon enough.

The Death-Eaters came quickly after receiving Bellatrix's summon. The dark mark on their arms was not just a way of identifying themselves, but it was also a means of communication; once a companion summons them, the rest will sense it and flock to the gathering location in the fastest time possible.

In just 10 minutes, hundreds of Death-Eaters have come to the Malfoy Manor.

From high-ranking to outer ring personnel, countless dark wizards were coming to this gathering location with Apparition.

It would seem that many wizards have been forced to join Voldemort's cause after the fall of the Ministry of Magic. But whether they were forced or that they joined voluntarily is unknown, yet they mattered not to Merlin.

He couldn't care less...

The rights and wrongs of these wizards will be judged by the spirits of the ancient wizards of old.

Merlin's duty was simple, and that is to send these people who have joined the dark organization to see their ancestors.

Just that.

"Everyone is almost here."

The crazy witch Bellatrix sits on the main seat of the long table while fiddling with her nails, there were wizards and witches seated on both sides of the table, and as a handsome young man with black hair and a robe sat down, the crazy witch knocked on the table, looked at Merlin, and said:

"Alright, Thicknesse, bring us over, let's kill all those muggles who dare to oppose us!"

This murderous order made the people sitting on both sides of the table let out exclamations.

Merlin places his attention on the handsome young man with black hair, he could feel a unique temperament from him that differentiated him from the lunatics around him.

And Merlin even noticed that there was a young man with white hair sitting on the left of the table, he was around the same age as Harry, and fear flashed through his eyes now and then.

"He's but a child..."

Merlin sighs, he stands up, and as the high-ranking Death-Eaters watched, Merlin moved his fingers and lightly pressed the black ring he wore on his middle finger.

He raises his head and looks at the people before him, saying:

"Before we leave, there are some things I must inform you all of."

"Then out with it!"

Bellatrix slams the table impatiently and a gloomy yet large python slithers out from the third floor.

Everyone was looking at Merlin, the latter raises his wrist and looks at the time, saying:

"We have not much time, so I'll keep it short..."

Merlin did not care for the crazy woman's disdainful stare, he waves his finger, and the wine bottles on the table were lifted as they poured wine into the glasses of every Death-Eater present on the table.

Merlin lifts the glass and says:

"Over the past few months, over the past few years, the Death-Eaters have won again and again under the leadership of the Dark Lord. Dumbledore is no more, I've never seen that old wizard, and I don't like people who play tricks; I knew that the Death-Eaters had achieved yet another great victory upon hearing the death of Dumbledore."

"We incurred judgment to the wizarding world, those Mudborns, those mediocre Muggles, and those who dared to oppose us have been taught a bloody lesson!"

"We subverted the order of the wizarding world, and we will continue to subvert the order of the muggle world, this world will become ours under the leadership of Voldemort!"

"What are you trying to say?"

Bellatrix impatiently interrupts Merlin's speech, she stares at Merlin and says rudely:

"Don't waste our time!"

"Alright, I had more things to say, but..."

Merlin lifts his head and looks at the ceiling of the Malfoy Manor, it was like he could see the sword of doom descending the dark sky outside of the manor.

A sincere smile appears on his disguised face as he raises his wine glass and says to the Death-Eaters present:

"Everyone, raise your glasses."

"The judgment is here, the bell is rung, let us cheer...for heaven is near!"

"Bam"

Merlin's figure abruptly aerosolizes into black fog and the wine glass he held in his hand falls to the ground, the sound of shattered glass resounded like a bell which made all the Death-Eaters present widen their eyes.

"Traitor!"

The fast-reacting Bellatrix and handsome young man with black hair took out their wands and prepared to cast their spells, but then, they raised their heads and looked above them.

In their senses, impending doom was fast approaching.

Horror filled Bellatrix's crazy expression, but before she could finish chanting Apparition, the bright light bursts before her.

Just as Merlin had said...

Heaven was near.

On a mountain top several thousand meters away from the Malfoy Manor, agent Garrett, the young wizards, along with the wizards of the Order of the Phoenix, were standing atop this hill as they saw the flash of light descending the sky.

It was fast, it had practically landed in the Malfoy Manor in the valley as it appeared from the clouds, then, following a bright light that illuminated the entire valley, the entire ground began to shake.

Ash, smoke, fire, everything that had occurred along with the explosion had permanently broken the silence here.

The fury of the muggles has finally descended upon these lawless Death-Eaters.

"Woah..."

Ron and Harry could see through the telescope the scene of the Malfoy Manor's destruction as it was enveloped by fire, this was their first time seeing a muggle weapon explode.

It was much stronger than all of the magic which all of the grand wizards could cast.

But Hermione was still worried.

She saw clearly that before the missile had hit its mark, it was blocked briefly by an invisible forcefield atop the Malfoy Manor, before exploding; she doubts whether or not this terrible explosion can kill all those lawless, lunatic Death-Eaters who have gathered together.

"Mr. Garrett, will this really work?"

The ones asking Hermione's question were the wizards of the Order of the Phoenix, Madam Molly instinctively covers her eyes as she asks in a low tone:

"Will it truly end it all?"

"Hehe, you may not understand the power of a tactical missile, so let me tell you a bit about it, wizards."

Agent Garrett lights a cigar, he looks at the ash and smoke rising from the valley and says softly:

"This type of ballistic missile in its final attack phase will descend from 1200 meters in the sky, it will then travel at 18 times the speed of sound. Uhh, you can think of it like 18 times faster than sound."

"Which means that it can travel 6 kilometers every second, there are less than 10 seconds needed for it to start descending and strike that pretty-looking manor."

Garrett explains:

"I heard from you that the effective range of wizards' detection spells is around 500 to 1500 meters, in other words, they'll have less than a second to react by the time they discover the missile. The tactical missile is weighed around 1 to 1.5 tonnes, and its blast is capable of leveling the entire valley."

The senior reaches out and pats Harry and Hermione's shoulders, saying with a relaxed tone:

"Kids, trust me..."

"Everyone in that manor is dead if they didn't get out before the explosion occurs! The most miserable way...like, without a complete corpse."

"What about Merlin?"

Hermione looks at the burning valley with worry, Garrett's expression becomes serious as he says:

"Merlin requested to undergo that mission himself, I know him, he's not the rash type of person; he did what he did because he was fully certain that he would survive the blast."

"Do not fret, we will meet him in a moment."

Agent Garrett's assumption was correct, the tactical missile had perfectly accomplished its duty.

The entire valley where the Malfoy Manor had resided had been leveled to the ground, the hundreds of Death-Eaters gathered there most likely died without a complete corpse.

But he still underestimated the wizards' abilities.

The magic defense structure set around the Malfoy Manor bought them some insignificant time. In fact, not everyone had died in the terrifying explosion.

In the burning wreckage, Merlin reappears with a bad complexion.

Though his black fog can negate most fire damage, the explosive blast from the missile was not simply just fire, the terrifying shockwave nearly buried Merlin amongst the rubble.

He looks back, the once majestic Malfoy Manor was no more, and in its place was a terrifyingly large crater.

In that crater were some faint life signatures.

Merlin aerosolizes and rushes into the heated crater, moments later, he brings several out-of-shape people out of it.

Most of the high-ranking Death-Eaters have perished, even that terrifying large python was lying at the bottom of the crater in a distorted manner.

But Merlin did not find the corpse of the handsome black-haired man, he only found the remains of a shattered necklace with magic residue.

It was a magic scent Merlin was familiar with.

"Heh..."

Merlin smiles and throws the necklace aside.

"Bringing a door key wherever you go, sunning one."

"But no matter..."

Merlin walks beside a few people who were barely alive, he looks at them and discovers a young man around the same age as Harry, he seemed to be shielded from the blast by the two people around him, but he's still half-dead either way.

Merlin shakes his head and ignores him.

They were not his target, and if they were lucky enough to have lived, then live they shall.

The last person alive amongst these people was the crazy witch Bellatrix.

She was in a miserable state, her hair had been scorched and her body was in pieces, she was dying.

"Can't let you die like this, I still need something from your head...a tiny little secret."

Merlin reaches into his pocket and takes something out, it was a black glove.

The glove had 5 irregular stones embedded behind it in a special way, the faint glow it emitted in the dark gave it a strange look.

"I call this thing 'The Dementor's Kiss', it is my most successful alchemy product ever since I began learning magic. Oh, it's more of an incomplete prototype, but no worries, I have enough time to make improvements."

Merlin puts on the glove, the magic glove enchanted with the Dementors' magic seemed to affect him, as the unbearable emotions began to resurface in his heart as he put it on.

He extends his hand and touches the dying witch with his gloved finger, the metal attack belonging to the Dementors made the near-dead witch widen her eyes.

"Miss Bellatrix, Hermione sends you her regards."

Merlin chokes her neck and raises her from the ground, he then takes out a healing agent and roughly irritates it into her mouth.

He drags the miserable witch behind him as he treads the valley of death and destruction, in his second sight, he could see the howling souls of the dead quickly dissipating in the flames; seeing this, Merlin chuckles lightly.

He says softly:

"See, the once invincible Death-Eaters are no more, but the muggles' revenge is far from over!"

"Next..."

"Will be your noble master...Voldemort."
