“Are you ready?”, Phenex asked the silver-haired beauty in his embrace quietly.
His arms wrapped around her waist, while his lips brushed over her cheek and down her neck, Rhaella's wonderful scent being drawn into himself with every breath he took.
Her arms placed around his neck, her hands wandering softly through his hair and over his back, as she answered almost breathlessly: “I am.”
Leaning back, Phenex saw the rosy tint on her cheeks, a soft smile dancing on her inviting lips, while her purple eyes shined in love and anticipation.
Smiling his characteristically slight smile, Phenex gave a few last words of advice: “Just remember that it isn't about telling her what she cannot do, but leading her towards what you want her to do. Don't try and tame her, guide her. You are strong, Rhaella. She will follow you, don't doubt yourself.”
Cradling her cheek with one hand, his thumb brushing over her soft skin, Phenex stole one last kiss from the former Queen's lips, as he stepped back.
Nodding at her in assurance, he watched as Rhaella turned around, her long legs and juicy behind firmly hugged by the white leather pants. Her slim waist bare and on full display, while her chest, shoulders, and arms were also wrapped in white leather. Her white hair done up in a tight bun.
Phenex looked on as the white Queen approached the white dragon, whispering soft compliments and encouragements, while brushing over the flawless scales on Jade's jaw and neck.
Jade seemingly understanding what Rhaella wanted her to do, lowered one of its wings and leaned down its shoulder, letting her bonded rider climb on top of her and seat herself at the base of her neck.
“Sōvegon.”, Rhaella voiced out quietly, Jade's sensitive ears easily catching the Valyrian command for flying, as she rose up and spread her wings the next moment.
With a mighty push of her hindlegs and a strong beat of her wings, the young dragon took to the air with the former Targaryen Queen, a loud and joyful screech echoing through the area.
Turning back to the eager, blue-scaled dragon beside him and registering the low screeches, Phenex answered: "Alright, girl. Let's follow along and make sure they're ok."
Only moments later a second dragon and its rider rose to the skies above Volantis, as Sapphire chased after her sister.
…
It was a few days later when disturbing news reached Phenex' ears. It seemed that the church of the Seven in Westeros had quietly amassed supporters amongst nobles from all over the realm, with most of them being situated in the Reach, the Riverlands, the Vale, and the Stormlands.
From the intel the temple spies and his own sight provided him, he knew that they planned to use deceptive tactics to unleash a massacre on the temples in Kingslanding and Casterly Rock, while hunting down any of his believers they could find.
It was essentially a declaration for a Holy War.
Phenex had speculated that something like this might happen, but had hoped that the High Septon and other officials would realise that such a thing was basically suicidal. It seemed though that they were not convinced of his might and thought they could get away with their plans by acting quickly and hiddenly.
They were wrong of course, as nothing could escape his sight, if he did not wish for it. The only thing that he had to decide on now, was how to deal with them. A dark look appeared in his blazing eyes, as he stood on the terrace of his solar and gazed at Volantis in its nightly beauty.

He didn't particularly enjoy reaping life, but he would do it regardless, as they deserved no mercy. It was by their planned actions that they had already sentenced themselves to death.
Still, Phenex didn't plan to act tonight, as he first needed to inform the governing body of the Blessed Cities, Bright Sun, of his decision, along with his High Priests and Priestesses to quell any possible repercussions.
And just as Phenex thought about calming his agitated mind with a nightly flight over Essos in his phoenix form, he sensed someone moving towards his study and past Atas, the male leader of his personal guard, who guarded him for the night.
Turning around Phenex faced the doorway to the terrace, as he waited for his late visitor to approach him.
It was moments later that the young Arianne appeared before his eyes. The dim candlelight from his study flickering over her caramel skin and giving her ebony hair a beautiful sheen, as she gazed at him with want and a hint of shyness.
“Arianne, what can I do for you this late?”, Phenex asked quietly in the dark of the night, his gaze a half-lidded stare.
His question though was one he didn't need an answer to, as he felt the desire, nervousness, and budding affection just radiating from the young girl.
…
A year and a half she had now spent in Volantis, sitting in at important and less important meetings that Phenex held with the Bright Sun council and other officials.
Often times he would even ask for her opinion in front of all those powerful men and women, actively helping her in building up her experience and confidence as a future ruler.
And yet, Arianne couldn't help but long for a different kind of attention. Phenex' presence alone igniting the desire for a deeper and more intimate connection.
She didn't want him to be her teacher, Arianne wanted him to be the man who ravished her with passion. Almost desperate for a change, she had even talked with her uncle's paramour Ellaria about this, as she was one of Phenex' lovers.
“You want him to notice you as a woman and take you as his lover?”, Ellaria had asked, before continuing, “Well, Phenex knows that already, I can promise you that much. But how many women do you think, want the exact same thing? You will have to be bold in your pursuit, if you truly want him, Arianne."
The young Dornish Princess had realized that Ellaria was right and so she gathered her courage and decided to act on her desire.
Standing a short distance away from Phenex, his silhouette framed by the dark of the night. Blazing eyes gazing at her through a curtain of black locks, he asked: "Arianne, what can I do for you this late?"
Arianne felt her heart nearly leap out of her chest, as she bit on her lower lip and her fingers deftly untied the belt holding her robe in place. A blush crept onto her cheeks, as the fabric parted slightly, revealing smooth caramel skin.
Her breasts still hidden by the dark blue silk, before she wordlessly pushed the thin material off her shoulders, the robe flowing from her enchanting curves, as it pooled around her feet.
And so Arianne stood before Phenex, her breasts bare, as only a small dark-blue, near-transparent piece of fabric hid her cleanly shaven, slightly damp slit. A small golden chain wrapped around her waist being all that held this miniature curtain in place.
