Abra peeked out from behind it's Master and stared at the humans blocking their way.

It then turned to it's Master and spoke,

<Master, it would be foolish to engage with these humans in battle. I suggest, we should TELEPORT away from them and resume the search.>

Rose had already spent a lot of time in searching for Adrian. After being fruitlessly directed around by the Abra, her patience had run thin.

As she glared at the soldiers, she remembered that the people of the Camp had harmed Adrian before & soon her gaze became full of fury.

Bloodlust oozed out of her little frame as the Abra backed away slightly from her.

The Arachne, though, was a simple creature.

It gave a lot of importance to the little human, since it had the scent of the man.

And now, as soon as the Arachne sensed the little human's bloodlust, it realized that the ones tormenting her man were them.

[KIIIIIEEE!!]

The Arachne screamed in anger, before it grabbed the nearest soldier and bit his head off!

Under the terrified gaze of the soldiers, the Arachne began her slaughter show, as it hunted them one by one.

Unable to stay still, the Prince quickly distanced himself away and screamed.

[Kendrick! You stay here and fight this monster. I-I will take half of these soldiers with myself!]

The soldiers looked hopefully towards their general, as nobody wanted to face an enraged monster like that.

Kendrick wanted to curse the Prince loudly, but held back due to the circumstance.

He didn't want to lower the morale any further and decided to agree for now.

[Alright... Zoey & Luke. Take your soldiers and follow the Prince. Matias and Paco will stay with me, along with their soldiers to confront this monster.]

The soldiers under Zoey and Luke  rejoiced, as they knew that being with the Prince would be a lot better than dying at the hands of the monster.

The soldiers chosen to stay and battle were cursing their luck and praying for the monster to leave them alive.

Soon, almost half of the soldiers left with the Prince, while Kendrick and the rest decided to go on the offensive.

[It's no use waiting everyone. Charge!]

Some courageous soldiers ran out of the formation and surrounded the Arachne.

The Arachne looked at the surrounding humans and smirked amusedly.

[Humans play?...I see.]

Two soldiers behind the Arachne attacked it from two different directions, while a single soldier tried to distract the Arachne.

[AaahhH!!]

[Ehhhh?!]

Unfortunately. the soldiers found out a bit too late.

Just when they thought they had impaled the Arachne, it would suddenly move some distance away.

Before they could react though, their bodies had been pierced by the deadly legs of the Arachne.

[Kuuhh..forg..]

Before the soldier could say anything more, it's neck had been crushed and it's body thrown away.

The soldier's willpower and morale collapsed immediately & soon, some of they started to run away.

Kendrick was astonished and wanted to command them immediately, but the other soldiers started to run away too and soon, only Kendrick was left standing in front of the Arachne.

He turned to look back at the intimidating figure and did the most reasonable action.

He bowed down flat on the ground and surrendered to the Arachne.

The Arachne was already very satisfied and her bloodlust had calmed down.

It looked back at the little human for suggestion.

Rose contemplated for a second, before she jumped down and stomped on Kendrick's head, before she spoke,

[Take me to my Brother! Or Die!]

Kendrick had no idea that a being even more dangerous than the Arachne was in front of him.

It was an angry brocon sister.

Adrian and the Clefairy had already hunted all the lone soldiers and were now using a different strategy.

<Clefairy's Master is the greatest any day~ He punches the Idiot soldiers away~ Clefairy and Master level up fast~ Our duo beats everyone's ass~>

The Clefairy was busy singing the praises of their team while using the move SING.

The nearby soldiers had all collapsed and Adrian was busy using POUND and knocking the daylights away from the soldiers.

Of course, he had already stuffed his ears so well that he couldn't hear anything.

As more and more soldiers kept coming, they all fell victim to the Clefairy's SING and collapsed immediately.

The Clefairy jumped down from the roof and approached Adrian and spoke,

<Master, singing is too boring! Clefairy wants to POUND the soldiers around! Please~>

Looking at the pleading look on the Clefairy's face and considering how much his ears were hurting, Adrian decided to agree to the suggestion and took out the makeshift earbuds.

[Hohh... We have already dealt with a lot of them. Soon, you will be level 15, Clefairy.]

The Clefairy jumped happily and spoke,

<Yes, Master! Clefairy is growing fast!>

Adrian nodded in agreement and decided to change the area to hunt a few more soldiers.

And that was when, Adrian encountered the Prince and the accompanying soldiers.

The Clefairy looked at them puzzeledly and spoke,

<Master? Why do they look like that?>

Adrian shook his head in confusion. The soldiers were not really charging at him or anything.

It was like they were running for their lives or something.

(...whatever.. since they delivered themselves to me, then it's no use thinking... TIME TO FIGHT!!...)

The human and Pokemon duo raised their spirits, as the incoming army approached near them.
