6 Years after Alicorn's "Birth"

September, 26, 1938

Alicorn's is being led down a hallway by Erik. Alicorn has a bright smile on her face.

"The saying "All Good Things Must Come to An End..."

Erik says something to Alicorn and her eyes gain stars as her smile brightens.

"Is true, even for this story."

Suddenly red lights start to flash as an alarm rings out.

"Level Five Security Breach." An automated voice says over the radio. "All personal, secure Alicorn in a safe place."

"Dad?" Alicorn asks in worry as the alarms ring out.

"It'll be okay." Erik says. "Everything's gonna be okay."

"Oh, how wrong he was."

A clear blue sky with little clouds. A siren jet flies through the sky and fires its missiles. The missiles strike an HO ship and after a couple of seconds it blows up. The siren jet turns towards another HO ship, but a Golden arrow pierces it and the jet blows up.

Scatting across the water, Enterprise with her rigging out, pulls the string back on her bow and another arrow appears and she lets it fly into another siren jet.

All around the island are pillars of smoke from both HO and Siren ships. Smoke fires litter the island and even from the facility as a blaring alarm is ringing out.

Enterprises radio is going ham as she sends out a few Douglas SBD Dauntless' out and they chase after some siren jets.

<<This is HO Destroyer Tulip, we've taken extensive damage, we're going sinking>>

<<There's too many sirens>>

<<What happened? Where was the early warning system?!>>

<<We've lost contact with the inside team. We're Alicorn!>>

Enterprise slides to her left as a couple lasers strike where she was and she flips around and fires an arrow at a siren jet chasing her.

<<We've gotten a report that Purifier has escape her containment.>>

<<But how? She should've been sedated!>>

<<This is HO Destroyer Osprey! The ship's dead in the water! We have the VL-ASROCs! We need im->> The radio transmission gets cut off and a loud explosion goes off in.

<<Shit! Does anyone have visual on the Osprey!>>

Enterprise makes it on land and she runs towards the facility.

<<The Osprey's been torn in half! The crew didn't make it, I hope the VL-ASROC's are okay!>>

<<Has anyone heard from Erik?! He was the last one with Alicorn!>>

<<I heard that he was taking her back to her room, but that was the last thing we heard from him>>

A massive explosion blows apart side of the mountain, causing Enterprise to stumble back and almost fall over. 'What the hell was that?' She questions in thought.

<<We've lost the armory! It's gone up in flames, many casualties.>>

<<Where's reinforcements!>>

<<We are the reinforcements!>>

Enterprise makes it to the entrance, but it's nothing but a large hole with blood covering it. Enterprise takes a step back as she looks at the hole. 'What happened here.'

Another explosion rocks the facility.

<<We need to fall back, there's to many sirens!>>

<<What about Alicorn?>>

<<Fuck her! I'm not dying for some little girl that's to childish to fight this goddamn war!>>

Enterprise grits her teeth and runs into the facility. After a little running she comes across a scientist and she stops them. "What's going on?!" She asks.

"It's Alicorn, she-" An explosion goes off next to them, and Enterprise flies into a wall.

Enterprise groans in pain as she gets up and looks towards the scientist, only to see a red stain on the ground. Enterprise curses as she stands up with a couple coughs.

Another explosion rocks the facility.

<<Is there anyone still left in the air?!>>

<<No we've lost air support.>>

<<The facility is overrun, everything's lost.>>

Enterprise runs down the hallway and she comes to a familiar hallway and her blood runs cold. The door the leads to Alicorn's observation is blown off, and a familiar scientist is sitting on the ground with his back against a wall, with blood pooling under him.

"Erik!" Enterprise calls out as she runs over to him and kneels down. Enterprise looks him over and spots a hole in his lower abdomen.

Erik slowly lifts his head up as blood guns down his chin. "It's... not... her... fault." Erik's head rolls to the side.

Enterprise puts a hand up to his neck and checks his pulse, only to feel nothing. Enterprise grits her teeth. "Fuck." She mutters as she closes his eyes.

Enterprise notices something in his hand and she grabs it. Blood covers a white folded paper. Enterprise unfolds the paper and it's the drawing the Alicorn's made years back.

Enterprise folds the paper back up and sets it in her coat and then she puts Erik's hands together on his lap. "I'm sorry." She whispers to him.

Enterprise hears a robotic voice within Alicron's room and she gets up with her bow at the ready.

"You've done well, my little successor." A psychotic voice rings throughout the room. "Oh, you'll be perfect for our plans."

Enterprise looks around the observation room. It's competently destroyed and the thick steel door that led into Alicorn's room, is ripped off its hinges.

Enterprise looks through the thick glass window, that's partially painted red and half of it's shattered and falling apart. Enterprise sees Alicorn kneeling on the ground, covered in blood and in front of her, is Purifier with a happy look on her face.

"Oh it was worth the 7 year wait." Purifier giggles. "Oh, we have an uninvited guest with us." Purifier looks to Enterprise. "Oh, Alicorn dear, it's Enterprise, why don't you say bye to her."

Alicorn slowly turns to Enterprise. Enterprise eyes slightly widen as Alicorn's glowing siren yellow eyes stare at her, with tears streaming down her face. A psychotic smiles adorns her face. "Bye, Enterprise." Her voice is more robotic now.

Enterprise swiftly raises up her bow, ready to fire, only for an explosion to rock the facility and a heavy metal beam strikes her in the head, knocking her out.

Enterprise eyes shoot open and the first thing she notices is the dark sky and stares above her and the waves below her. Enterprise gets up and she looks around, only to see water.

She then grunts in pain and rubs the back of her head.

"What do I tell Yorktown." Enterprise says to herself.

"That moment still haunts me, even to this day."

Enterprise walks into Yorktown's room and Yorktown greets Enterprise with a smile.

"The siren's are much, much smarter than anyone ever though."

Enterprise says a few things to Yorktown and she grows confused and ask Enterprise a couple things.

"I'm not even a ship-girl, I'm a siren."

Enterprise takes the bloody drawing out of her pocket and hands it to Yorktown. Yorktown stares at the drawing for a few seconds before she drops it and breaks down crying.

Enterprise walks over to Yorktown and hugs her, as Yorktown buries her face into Enterprise's chest and cries.

"I'm just a failed experiment of humanities hopes and dreams."

Enterprise rubs her sisters back as she cries into her chest, loudly.

"Maybe the world would've been better off without an Alicorn."
