In a vast realm, one where there was no unit of measurement devised to measure the uncalculable distances was a palace infinitely larger than even the largest of galaxies was forming from seemingly nothingness.
If one were to take a microscope and look at the process of the palace's formation, they'd see atoms being brought into existence and being shaped into what was needed to form the palace's exterior and interior alike.
Inside, where the pathways were longer than the distance between stars, in the throne room where a gorgeous throne sat, one that seemed to be the physical manifestation of perfection was formed.
Unlike any normal material, the throne glowed with dazzling lights of all colors, some that humans would perhaps never discover, but it still looked comfortable and exquisitely crafted as if a divine craftsman had worked on it for an eternity before being satisfied.
Before the throne was a being, one that could not possibly be anything else but divine. They were too perfect to describe, and even as they stood there, their very presence seemed to leech the beauty from the surroundings just by being there.
"Who knew going to sleep stressing over my job would lead to this kind of development?" The being smiled and the entire surrounding palace lost it's radiance. The only thing that seemed to have ever existed was this being's smile.
This being, aptly decided to use the name of the concept it embodied, which was perfection. Perfection turned their multicolored eyes that shone brighter than even the endless Planes of Existence to their throne and they were there on their throne.
"I don't even have to move at all. I only need to think and existence itself bends to my desires. This is awesome!" Perfection giggled and looked up at the palace which was nearly completed, the throne room's roof coming into existence.
Unlike a roof that was flat and smooth, this one seemed to be reflecting every Plane of Existence and every parallel timeline of each Plane within it. Of course, Perfection had no need for it because it knew all there was to know, but they liked the look.
"I was a human before. Normal as can be. I think I was pretty pathetic honestly." Perfection smiled fondly because even if they didn't have the best experience, the experience was theirs, wasn't it?
"Being a boy wasn't very appealing to me, which is why I'm neither female nor male right now. But that aside, going from a mortal to a being beyond even Gods is a leap. It's like getting isekaied and starting at the highest possible level with cheats that completely break the game."
"Well, technically, I am a God, but I'm beyond that due to the fact that Gods and Goddesses become Gods and Goddesses by effort, and I simply went from zero to beyond that in moments."
Gods and Goddesses were extremely powerful and could alter reality, but Perfection could alter existence. Even if it sounded similar, Reality was basically local and finite, but Existence included everything, Reality, Unreality, and even Nonexistence strangely enough.
Perfection placed a hand on their chin and pondered what they wished to do now, but because it knew everything and every possible outcome, they knew what to expect and nothing particularly interested them much.
"I guess I can seal my Omniscience? It's not very fun now that every question I had before isn't even a question anymore. I literally can't even formulate a question because every possible outcome is very clear."
Just by willing it, Perfection no longer had access to their Omniscience. Sure, they could regain it at any time, but they felt it boring without the wanting to seek answers or to find answers to their questions.
They also sealed some memories that they didn't wish to see, the future of everything as well as some things in the past. Perfection wasn't particularly worried about being caught unaware since unlike Gods who could end up being defeated and such, they were an entity that had no beginning or end.

Before Perfection had a consciousness, it still existed, and now that it has one, it still would, always and forever. Gods and beings like Perfection weren't constrained by time or space, so they existed in every possible reality and place without even trying.
"There are Immortals, beings who have overcome time. Demigods, beings who have stepped into the threshold of Godhood, Gods who are nigh omnipotent and omnipresent. And then there are Concepts like myself."
"Gods don't embody their elements or path. If a stronger God comes along with a similar path, they'd be in trouble. Unlike that, I embody Perfection, and it is a path that cannot be walked by anyone but myself."
"Time is really something though. I was just brought here, but I could literally have been said to have existed from the start." Now that Perfection had sealed some of their memories and didn't use Omniscience, it couldn't exactly recall what the 'start' was.
"The Gods have a Realm. So do Immortals while Demigods seem to be left out. Concepts each have a Realm like I do." Perfection used less than a second to explore their Realm which stretched onwards forever and smiled to themselves.
"I was a man when I was human, so maybe I should switch it up a bit this time?" Perfection didn't despise being a man, but they felt that being a woman would be much more interesting, so they willed that to happen.
If before Perfection's face was gender ambiguous, then it was now undoubtedly female. It still could not be described, but it was perfection that even Goddesses couldn't achieve.
Their chest grew larger and they felt a difference between their legs, or should it be her legs now? Perfection raised a slender hand and poked the perfectly sized blob on her chest curiously.
"It's different. But it feels pretty good." Poking herself again, Perfection smirked thinking of her days as a mortal man secretly ogling women and their assets and felt a bit bad for doing so.
She didn't think she'd feel particularly disgusted if people were to stare, but she did know she couldn't use herself as a standard since she herself was different.
"Even if I do have this Realm all to myself, it's quite boring by myself. I could create some servants... Yes, let's do that." Perfection smiled and two women appeared before her, wearing multicolored clothes with features not one bit inferior to Gods and Goddesses.
"You two look alike, so I'll name you both. You will be Flawless, and you will be Exquisite. Great names right?" Perfection looked expectantly at her two newly created servants who bowed respectfully before her.
Flawless had near translucent hair that glistened like diamonds while Exquisite had hair that refracted light like rainbows. Sure, Perfection could instantly tell them apart even without names or any visible difference, she wanted them to have names.
"We greet our Mistress." Both Flawless and Exquisite spoke in sync, which wasn't hard considering they could sense each other's thoughts if they wanted to, so let alone speaking in sync, they could even move and perform the same actions together as one.
"Hi." Perfection leaned forward and looked at her creations. Because she was a Concept, she could be said to be all powerful, and she directly gave them both strength rivaling Gods and Goddesses so they could better serve her.
