I shook my head side to side, making Mia smile warmly.
…
The next day quickly came, and I was sore all over… mainly due to the amount of spanking I received yesterday.
Mia apologized profusely, but I forgave her as it was the most pŀėȧsurė I had ever experienced in my life.
"Oh, your magic has been undone?" I call out to Mia from inside the bathroom as I step in front of the mirror.
I saw the body of my new evolution, which I still couldn't say as anything other than a thug.
Mia, who was finishing up a project due in a few days, also had her transformation undone, so she quickly used her illusion magic.
"I have to discuss something with Tolf today as well," I call out to her, and she just replied with an,
"Mhm,"
"Are you listening?"
"Of course,"
"Then what did I say?"
"Uhhhhh… I don't know,"
"Tch… What are you doing?" I ask, storming out of the bathroom, only to see Mia masturbating to a picture of me on the computer.
"Ugh! You weirdo!" I shout before quickly changing and running back to my dorm room.
Upon arriving, I picked up my stuff and made my way to class… which wasn't exactly better as news of Amanda and me going to the Green Shield guild had spread throughout the campus.
I wouldn't exactly say I'm a celebrity, but more like the main attraction for a few days.
Well, I didn't think I was a celebrity until I got an email that said the rest of Tolf and I had to announce ourselves to the world as the youngest S-ranks to ever exist… and guess who it was sponsored by… The Green Shield guild.
"It's so stupid," I complain to the girls in front of me as we had all met up for lunch.
"Yeah, they just want more attention. But anyway, you said you had something important to talk about, right?" Ethel asked.
"Yep… It's about the very guild sponsoring the announcement,"
"Oh, did you find something about them? I never liked them in the first place," Amanda muttered while playing a video game on her phone.
"Get off your phone and focus up… because we might have to put on the masks again," I muttered, and everybody froze up.
"Pfffffft! That was the most badass but edgiest thing you've ever said," Clio cries out, slapping Celestine on her back, who was unamused.
"So, we might have actually to be part of Tolf again?" Celestine asks after stopping Clio by elbowing her in the stomach.
"Yeah. We can take a vote as I don't want to drag you into this… well, you all are kinda already dragged into it," I mutter.
"What do you mean by that?" Electra asks while stuffing her face with a salad the size of a forest.
We all stared at her for a bit.
"What? I'm on a diet," She shrugs.
"Okay… Well, the organization that targeted me and now you girls have spread throughout the entirety of the world. They are inescapable, and I feel like we should get rid of them… I also have a feeling that it will help us find out more about the system," I mutter before glancing at my status.
I left Sophia out of this as she's not part of Tolf.
We would've normally invited her to an outing like this, but it's too dangerous… she's nowhere near strong enough.
"First… Let's leak the information. That son of a bitch thought he could control me because of his extensive network… What an idiot… We all have no backgrounds now," I muttered.
Well, we did, but it was completely fake.
Mom made hid our identities, using her last name… Frost.
We were all under her surname.
"He should've checked before bluffing," I muttered with a smile.
Soon we left the restaurant and pulled out the nostalgic-looking masks we hadn't worn in a while.
"Lucy, want to trade?" Amanda asks, holding out the green snake mask.
I stared at it before grabbing it and coating it in a layer of ice, making it suit my taste of fashion.
I then handed her my goat mask, which she gleefully accepted.
We all changed our masks to our liking with our own powers before sinking into Charna's shadow, which she then sunk into the shadow of the alleyway.
…
"Did you leak it?" Charna asks Sophia.
"Hold on, the password for the information bureau here is hard to hack… It's about thirty characters longer…." Sophia muttered as she zapped the computer in front of her with electricity.
We had to bring her along as this would've been impossible without her... We'll just leave her out of the fight.
Astra was very against it, but in the end, with enough convincing… we brought her.
Sophia was never good with technology until she was forced to learn how to use them after becoming blind.
It was the perfect source of training for not only Sophia's life but also her power which is centered around electricity.
"Oh, I got in. Now just deposit it here… What was it again?"
I whispered the information into her ear, which she deposited directly into the information bureau.
The information bureau is something that I used in New York to help me escape the chase of a few things… that weren't necessarily legal… but were necessary to survive.
It basically holds all the information happening within a country or state, but the security honestly isn't that bad.
They probably thought there is no use in accessing such feeble information as the classified info is stored somewhere else… but that's where they're wrong... It isn't completely useless...
We can reverse this by basically showing them the information, and as they are connected to the government… we can create some panic within the government…
And all of this was for the protection of us…
We need to stall a bit longer until we become powerful enough to actually take down the organization that probably isn't targeting us anymore but will eventually break down the world.
"So either way, the world as we know it is going to end… right?" Charna asks.
