Chapter 47: Blood War Part 1

The 4 leaders immediately commanded their hunters to prepare as the Blood Hunters were coming near. at the moment the 4 leaders gave their commands, all the hunters quickly move to ready themselves for the incoming fight.

While all the Hunters were readying themselves, they finally noticed something weird about the Phantom Hunters. Every single one of them was wearing multiple wooden bracelets, but they were not confused about why they were wearing a bracelet. what confused them was why they were wearing several of them.

Not just that, they noticed that all of the bracelets had some different engraving on them, what puzzle them more was even their weapon had something on them. They do not know if this was their tradition, but this is the first time they were seeing something like this.

All the Arrows noticed that a lot of the hunters were looking at them with puzzlement, or at their equipment to be precise. They know why they were confused because usually only women wear something like a bracelet, occasionally some men would wear one but it was very rare for it to happen. And now that they were seeing multiple hunters wearing not just one but multiple of them, they couldn’t help themselves but be curious.

The Arrows ignore the curious stare and as time went on, the stare lessen until none of them was curious anymore.

The alliance hunters form a square formation divided into four different groups, The Phantom Hunters, The Axe Hunters, The Tree Hunters, and The Stone Hunters. In front of every group was their leader, holding the weapon that they were most proficient in.

All of them were waiting, waiting for the Blood Hunters to arrive. The faces of the hunters were all tense, and the high morale they had at the start diminished significantly when they heard the numbers of their enemy almost doubled of their forces.

They thought that they had an advantage when it comes to numbers, but they were completely wrong. However, they didn’t let this setback deter their determination. All of the Hunters in different tribes believe in their leaders, as long as their leaders said that there was still a chance to win this war, they would believe them without question.

After waiting intensely for a few minutes, The Blood Hunters finally showed up. Leading them were the 4 infamous leaders of the Blood Tribe.

The first one was the Bald Man named Ug who was known to be the most ruthless and merciless of the 4, everyone know that his weapon was a spear, but his real weapon was his fist.

The second was the Long Limbs Man named Katar who was known to enjoy torturing his defeated enemy, he used 2 stone blades for a fast attack and movement.

The third one was The Big Belly Man named Pug who was known to cannibalize all his enemies, the weapon he used was a big stone ax to hack his enemy in two.

And The last one was the Deformed Face Woman named Sika who was known to r*pe all the men she captured and killed them if she was not satisfied or done with them, the weapon of her choice was a whip made from some kind of monster innards.

All the Blood Hunters including the 4 leaders were laughing when they saw the alliance army, they didn’t even consider them as the enemy that could beat them.

“HAHAHAHA! SO THE INFORMATION IS TRUE!” Katar yelled so his voice could reach his enemy. “I DIDN’T BELIEVE IT AT FIRST BUT NOW… HAHAHA!

“WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT?!” Rag asked while frowning. “WHAT INFORMATION!”

“I GUESS IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU KNOW BECAUSE ALL OF YOU WILL DIE HERE! SO I GUESS I WILL TELL YOU!” Katar mockingly said. “ARE YOU NOT WONDERING WHY ONE MEMBER OF YOUR ALLIANCE DID NOT MAKE IT?! HAHAHAHA! THAT IS RIGHT! THE SHADOW TRIBE BETRAYED ALL OF YOU! THAT IS ALSO WHY WE KNOW THAT ALL OF YOU WILL WAIT FOR US!”

“What is the point of telling them that information?” Ug asked Katar with contempt. “

“The point? Because I want them to feel more depressed knowing they are going to die betrayed by one of their own.”  Katar replied with a wide smile on his face. “Seeing their hopeless faces while they are dying will be so much fun than just killing them normally.

“Stop talking and let us start,” Pug excitedly said. His mouth started watering when he imagined eating all of this enemy. “I cannot wait to taste their meat.”

“That is right, I also want to taste those men.” Said sika while licking her deformed lips. “Remember to leave all the good-looking men to me.”

The 4 Leaders of the Blood Hunters started talking to themselves, telling each other what they want and what they going to do to their enemies as if they already won the battle. While the enemy leaders were talking to each other, Berus walked closer to Vir.

“That Bald Man is the one that lead the attack last time,” Berus said while pointing his finger at Ug. “Maybe he knows where Gunnar is.”

Vir stared at the Bald Man with killing intent.

“I want the Bald Man,” Vir said to the other leaders.

“If we are choosing targets, then I want the Pig,” Bear said. He wanted to fight Pug because his weapon was also a big ax, he wanted to test how good this Leader of the Blood Hunter using an ax.

“I do not want to fight a woman, so I guess I fight the Long Limbs Man,” Rag stated his target.

Cora ignored the men and didn’t say anything; her focus was on their current situation. She was not confident about killing one of the enemy leaders in a short time. Thus, she was thinking of anything that she could do. But, before she could think of something, she heard a war cry.

The Blood Hunters screamed to boost their morale even more, after that all of them charged at their enemy with intense killing intent. The 4 leaders stay back and didn’t immediately join the fight because they wanted to exhaust their enemy before fighting them.

The Alliance didn’t back down from the intense screaming of the Blood Hunters. instead, they also scream back and charge with vigor. Different from the Blood Hunters, the 4 Leaders of the alliance led the charge, they didn’t have the leisure to wait like their counterparts as their forces lose when it came in numbers. They needed to fight early on to compensate for their disadvantage.

The moment the 2 forces collided, blood instantly splurged out, and the start of the battle became instantly intense. In this chaotic war where every single second someone was dying, there were 4 people who were standing out like a sore thumb.

These 4 were the Leaders of the Alliance, they were killing all the people in front of them effortlessly. At the beginning of the battle, the 4 Leaders didn’t stop their charge even the moment the two forces clashed with each other.

These 4 people had their attention on the Blood Tribe Leaders, all the enemy that block their way was killed without mercy. They only had one goal in mind, to kill all the Blood Tribe Leaders as soon as possible. However, The Blood Hunters didn’t stop coming at them even though a lot of them clearly died the moment they put themselves in the way of these 4.

The Blood Hunters were given an order to tire the Leaders of the alliance as much as possible. Yet, as time went on, the Blood Hunters hesitated to stop the 4 Leaders. Although they were scared of their own Leaders, the enemy Leaders were just as frightening as much as them, or maybe even more.

Because one of the Leaders of the alliance was like a mad man, in just a few minutes his killed already reached 2 digits. Even the other alliance Leaders and the 4 Blood Tribe Leaders noticed this madness, as this person kill the Blood Hunters as if he was a beast starved for years and finally saw prey to eat.

The Mad Man that they were focusing their attention on was no other than Vir. The hatred he had hidden deep inside his heart for Blood Tribe was now fully out and could be noticed by anyone, they now know that Vir had a grudge with the Blood Tribe.

The killing method he used to kill his enemies was so brutalizing that even the 4 infamous Leaders of the Blood Tribe felt the chill in their back, especially Ug. Because while Vir was killing his enemies, his eyes never left Ug as his mind had one thing in it, to find out where Gunnar was.

Ug already noticed the intense killing Intent of the Mad Man towards him, he didn’t know why but he was sure that this man had something against him.

“It looks like we are going to join the fight sooner than we thought,” Katar said with a smile.

“That is for the better, I am getting bored anyways.” Pug excitedly said. He was getting bored of waiting

“Do not kill that Mad Man, I want to taste him,” said Sika while licking his lips. She especially liked an aggressive man.

“Hmp… are you an idiot?” Ug said to Sika with a mocking tone. “if you want to fight that Mad Man without the intention to kill then be my guess, let us see what will happen.”

While the 4 Blood Tribe Leaders were talking and mocking each other, the 4 Alliance Leaders finally passed through the enemy line. At the moment they passed through, the 8 Leaders instantly glared at each other without saying anything. In the next moment, all of them rushed at each other at the same time.
