When his classmates all aspired to become inventors, scientists or astronauts, Xue Yingshuang wrote in his essay “My Dream”: I want to have a job with more money, less work and one close to home. I want to have a home, and also a little puppy of my own.
Over the years, no one in the class had become an inventor, scientist or astronaut, and Xue Yingshuang’s dream had not shown the slightest sign of coming true.
He still struggles to survive, still doesn’t have a home, and still doesn’t have anything that belongs to him.
The only thing that wipes off of his dreams is that he’s tired like a dog every day.
But what he didn’t expect was that an opportunity to fulfill his dream would suddenly hit him in the face.
On the day he was fired from the factory, a man with the face of “I am an overbearing president” appeared.
The two looked at each other dumbfounded. After a while, the man left, and in less than ten minutes, a black-clothed bodyguard came and asked Xue Yingshuang to come with him.
After meeting that overbearing president, who said the words obscurely, Xue Yingshuang understood.
He wants to keep him.
Xue Yingshuang didn’t understand what was going on.
Does he look good? Back then, his father was the most handsome hoodlum in the village, and his mother was a bastard who was famous for her face. He inherited this face from both of his parents. He was born with a white-skinned melon seed face, exquisite facial features, and a pair of peach blossom eyes that are particularly divine. Even if he was just wearing a thin T-shirt that was washed a little, coupled with a pair of jeans, he could be factory grass in the factory.
However, he didn’t know if it was good or bad. Although his face was good-looking, it gave people a sense of honesty. He looked like a good class monitor who had been praised by the teachers from time to time in a small town.
So he knew that his own face was not enough to make an overbearing president fall in love with him at first sight, especially since the president himself had an excessively handsome face.
Not to mention that when he met the president, he had just been beaten up, his face was red and purple, and even the skin at the corners of his mouth were broken.
He couldn’t figure it out, he really couldn’t figure it out.

Xue Yingshuang was fired because of a fight.
To be more precise, after getting off work, he ran into the workshop director touching a female worker. He stepped forward to stop him and the other party told him to mind his own business. Seeing that the girl was trembling, he pulled her behind him to protect her.
The workshop director flew into a rage out of humiliation, stretched out his hand to grab someone, and the two fought.
Xue Yingshuang gave the director a few punches, but the workshop director was taller and bigger, most of the time Xue Yingshuang could only be beaten to the ground. But even if he was beaten badly, Xue Yingshuang didn’t let his opponent touch the girl again.
In the end, the others pulled the two apart. The workshop director was a relative of the factory director and was reprimanded for a few words, while Xue Yingshuang was directly fired for violating factory discipline.
Xue Yingshuang didn’t live in the dormitory, so he had nothing to pack. After returning his work clothes, he didn’t quarrel with the factory owner, and left without looking back.
The house he rents is around the industrial park, the rent is extremely low, and the tenants are all workers. It’s still daytime, but the workers are in a three shift system. Those who haven’t gone to work, those who have just gotten off work, and those who are waiting to die. A group of people gather at the door of the rental house to smoke and play mahjong or cards.
They didn’t give way when they saw him coming. Xue Yingshuang’s face was expressionless as he bypassed them, and returned to his small single room with his head down.
There is only a wooden bed, a set of tables and chairs, and a cloth wardrobe made of plastic in the small single room.

The small table, which had been trashed and nearly disintegrated by several tenants, still had his self-examination textbook spread out. There were a lot of notes in his textbook, but the pages were neat and clean, which seemed out of place in this dilapidated and dirty environment.
Xue Yingshuang sat down and read a page, then finally couldn’t help sighing, staring at the mirror on the wall for a while.
The four sides of the mirror were broken and had missing pieces. The mirror surface was oxidized with dark spots, which could almost be said to be a blur.
Xue Yingshuang’s helpless expression was reflected in the few places where he could barely illuminate and distinguish people.
He worked in that factory for more than two years and became the team leader of that production line last year. At the most he can be regarded as a grassroots little leader in the factory.
But he knew that he was like this. The team leader goes up to the department leader, then the workshop director, deputy factory director, factory director… To be the department leader depends on his education. He has a junior high school degree and is not even qualified for promotion. A workshop director can kill him.
He also understood that even if he became a manager, it didn’t mean anything.
The factory he stayed in before is usually beautiful, but it can be said that it will fall, and it can be moved if it is moved. Who knows how many years this factory can last now.
Even if it stands still, can he work in the factory for the rest of his life?
This is why he usually goes to work for ten hours, deducts time for eating and sleeping, and spends the rest of his time studying.
He wants an undergraduate degree self-examination, wants to master a technology, and become a programmer in the future.
He used to live in a factory dormitory with twelve people in one room, and people in three shifts came and went, and he couldn’t even get a good night’s sleep. Not to mention that there are habitual thieves in the dorm, he has even had his books stolen.
Later, when he became the team leader and got a raise, he gritted his teeth and went out to rent a house in order to concentrate on his studies and get his degree earlier.
But he never expected that he would be fired in the blink of an eye.
Although he does not regret his behavior, he would still step forward again, but all this is outside of his plan.
What should he do now? Find another factory? Go for takeout delivery first? But how long can he work and how long can he deliver takeout?
Or… sell himself directly to the president?
Xue Yingshuang shook his head, not yet this step.
Although there are only a few hundred yuan left on hand, he has paid the rent for a year in advance, and this small single room can still live for the first half of the year. There is no need to worry about the rent in that period of time.
It’s the off-season of the factory, and he had to catch up with the graduation. There are more applicants and fewer recruits, and the salary is naturally much less. In the past two months, he went to deliver takeout first, paid back the monthly payment, and waited for the peak season in August and September where more workers are recruited, and then went back to work. According to his work qualifications, he should be able to become a small manager soon.
He figured out the way out, and felt a little better.
He sat up straight and started studying in high spirits.
A person cannot be successful in life without a lot of hard work. There is nothing that’s impossible for a part timer.
The next day, Xue Yingshuang went to the takeout company’s site for an interview early in the morning.
The first two companies saw that he had an injury on his face, and they sent him away without saying a word. It was not until he found a recruitment agency that he had an opportunity to interview.
The person interviewing him is the manager of the store. The interview is not difficult. Just fill in the basic information. He received his clothes and lunch box, and the manager asked him to pay a deposit of two hundred, and then sign a document, and he would be able to get the electric vehicle after signing it.
Xue Yingshuang did not pay the money immediately, but first picked up the document and flipped through it. He found that it was an electric vehicle installment purchase agreement.
He was puzzled: “Didn’t you say that the company allocated the car? Why do I have to buy it?”
The manager patiently replied, “This is the rule, and the company will give you a vehicle allowance.”
Xue Yingshuang took a closer look. The original price of the vehicle was 4,200 yuan, which was divided into 12 repayment installments, but the first installment had to be repaid 500 yuan.
“Calculate it. It’s 6,000 yuan a car, right?”
“Don’t worry about this, the company gives you 400 yuan vehicle allowance a month, after each single commission includes two yuan vehicle allowance, which means that the vehicle will be given to you for nothing, and the extra money will go directly into your pocket.”
The manager looked sincere, but Xue Yingshuang still looked at the contract hesitantly.
Seeing him hesitating, the manager directly took the contract in his hand, opened it and pointed to the signature and said, “Sign it. The people who signed it just now have started to take orders to make money. The later you sign, the less you earn. So many people have signed it, can they still cheat you?”
