Atlus woke up bewildered by his new surroundings sleeping on top of a rolled bedding. His hair color and eyes returned. Gawking around the darkness of the room he quietly got up to his feet in confusion.
Fingers push Atlus down to his feet to find Li-Hua staring at him from below. A small snort made him notice the dangling appendage now waving down below.
"Li-Hua…where am I?" He whispered.
"Calm down okay? She asked.
"For now all you need to know is you were sent on a mission that is not part of what you originally thought when you entered Hong Kong," Li-Hua said in a soft voice.
"What type of mission is this?" He questioned.
"I can't reveal yet, but it will be okay alright?" Li-Hua explained.
She felt nervous watching the expression on his face. Paige's shuffling nearly gave them a heart attack. A beeping noise had them staring at his phone.
"What? Are you both having a hard time sleeping?" He asked.
"I will explain later…" Li-Hua sighed.
DING-DONG! DING-DONG!
"What is going on in this mad house!" Li-Hua shouted.
"You need to pray at this hour or something." Paige waved.
"Does this have to do with that angel or something?" Atlus questioned.
"Atlus…how do you know?" Li-Hua inquired.
"Li-Hua, tell me the truth please," Atlus asked.
"Were in Penzance…"
"I grew up here before leaving," Atlus explained.
"You lived here? Atlus which family was yours?" Paige pondered.
"Elsher…but later we changed names and my mother left us" Atlus answered.
DING-DONG! DING-DONG
"That used to be one of the biggest family names here," Paige muttered.
Atlus ran outside as soon as the bell stopped to gawk around the dreamy blue of the moonlight reflected deep in the night. Paige jumped out to see what Atlus was doing.
"Don't do anything stupid though. My house isn't done yet…" Paige warned.
"I hope Kuo is having fun at his sleepover," Li-Hua said annoyed.
"What the hell are you planning on doing?" Saxe shouted.
The tail wiggled violently from side to side. While Atlus was confused, but only passed a miffed glance his way quickly stopping.
"This place is horrible even still it seems, but…" Atlus said.
His words trailed off to the rustling in front of them. Li-Hua took a stance moving her other hand back.
"Boy won't your mother be happy to see you back!" A voice crackled.
"Have you been watching this whole time?" Atlus yelled.
"Is that any way to speak to your family?"
The man clad in a deep navy blue robe removed his hood and revealing his eyes split colors in each eye. Atlus turned the second he revealed himself.
"I am leaving tomorrow…" Atlus stated.
"Why did you come then?" The man asked.
"My head is still fuzzy, Orion…" Atlus said.

Atlus moved his hand out igniting a cyan-blue exit to walk through and come back around to the same spot only to realize where he was. He tried again to hop inside coming out the other end looking up at the enlarged moon above him.
[I am sorry Master Atlus, but you must stay here!]
"You got to be kidding!" Atlus shouted.
His fingers and legs trembled thinking about coming back to the place he never imagined in a million years he would come back to.
"Looks like you are stuck here!" Orion laughed.
Atlus pointed his fingers at the man angered by his sudden appearance making finger guns with both hands only putting a funny face on a child of the mother who most likely still lives here.
"I am here because of her aren't I?!" Atlus panicked.
"Calm down you idiot!" Li-Hua shouted.
The two froze in place with their eyes on the sassy charcoal-haired woman. She stomped her feet as she pressed her fingers against their ear lobes.
"I don't know exactly why Briar Black brought us here!" Li-Hua scolded.
"Then you lied to me!" Atlus
"You aren't yourself anymore, Atlus…please," Li-Hua answered.
Peaking back he gawked at Saxe only smiling. Gazing down he could see his feet merely floating above the surface of the grass almost completely off the ground.
"What happened to me?" Atlus asked.
"Don't you remember what happened at all at the hotel?" Li-Hua questioned.
He nodded his head lightly. Orion pushed his hood back over his head quietly leaving when Atlus moved forward.
"Orion!" Atlus said.
"I was going to bring you back, but now I feel I have no place," Orion explained.
"Why…why are you still doing this?" Atlus inquired.
"It's just life for us now, Atlus. Take care kid…"
"I see…"
Atlus turned to go back inside the house with his head hung low. He crawled back into the blankets hurling them over his head ignoring Paige and Li-Hua coming back in.
"Atlus…maybe we should talk about this!" Li-Hua stated.
"There is nothing to talk about."
His voice was muffled by the covers turning the other way. Saxe had to poke his way through to see and breathe. Atlus knocked his elbow against Saxe pushing the air out of him.
"Fine, but later we really need to do something," Li-Hua demanded.
He refused to answer. Paige stretched before reaching back for his bed squeezing against the wall to get comfortable. The room was humid despite an airway temporarily being made above and a box fan running on the side.
"Li-Hua just go to sleep," Paige mumbled.
DING-DONG! DING-DONG!
The bells rang again through the heat of the night. The three are huddled together immediately sleeping. Atlus only wished this was the last place in the world he would be visiting where his old home still most likely stands.
A hatred that runs deep through their heart were memories of days when he was forced to take part in rituals as a son of a priest and a mother who was strict.
He wondered why he of all people did he have to go through these ordeals. He witnessed deaths and so many tears only frozen from guilt.
He thought he was finally free…
