"What is going on out here!" A voice cried.
Kuo merely smiled turning his head as the guardsman's blood laced his face. The man with the hole in his stomach collapsed to the floor as more men came out dressed ready to fight with spears in their hands.
They held tightly watching the angry gaze in Kuo's eyes. He stepped forward ready to assert himself in this whole escapade.
"Come at me if you truly think I am guilty of taking your precious goddess!" Kuo howled.
[Assistant Kuo, stand down!]
The voice in his almost monotone kept saying the same sentence over and over. He wanted to mute it, but couldn't figure out if that was an option yet.
They closed in on him dragging their weapons and pointing at him point-blank. Cornering him against a wall. He stuck his hands in the air.
"Stand down or we will kill you!" A man shouted.
He was dressed in red hanfu. His black hair pinned back in a ponytail carrying a snide expression on his face meeting the goddess killer himself.
The others were visibly scared of their captain in charge but depended on him for situations like this. Kuo noticed no weapons on his being pondering what his ability was.
"Jianyu! He must be trialed first before you plan to beat him to a pulp!" Madam Hu explained.
Kuo noticed that even women had male names even the little girl. It confused him about what kind of world he came into that they named their children like this.
Feng ran alongside Hu to cling to Jianyu with a huge grin on her face. He was so caught off-guard that he stop playing haughty to embrace her back.
"Guards…take him away!" Jianyu yelled.
The men shuffled to Kuo's side to crowd him as Jianyu simply walked off till he was no longer in his presence. He knew he would be meeting this guy again in whatever weird rituals they have on this plane of existence.
He said nothing more accepting what was happening to him. They took him to a room handing him white threads to wear. They practically walked in with him watching him exchange his clothing from one to another.
Kuo had been grabbed by the scruff of his neck coming out of the changing room to find Atlus on a metal gurney being pushed past him covered in a white sheet. He looked like he was sleeping another bumped into him was Li-Hua still very much in slumber herself.
"Li-Hua! Atlus!" Kuo shouted.
He was automatically stopped from touching his friends. Kuo felt completely defeated by what was happening around him to the point he couldn't think straight being restrained after he killed that man in the main hall.
"You are not allowed near them!" A guardsman scolded.
[Calm yourself assistant Kuo]
Kuo knew his case would get worse if he started to talk to himself. Instead, he sighed lightly following the sentry to a very large room. The door took about six to ten people to move alone yet they did it deftly.
The floor below their feet shifted to glass and what looked like the galaxies swirling underneath him. He could have sworn his eyesight faded a few seconds before returning to the view in front of him.
"Welcome, Kuo." A soft voice chimed.
Large feet stood before him powdered in gold sat before him. His eyes moved up to their stomach and breasts barely hidden by her long hair hanging just above her nipples. She moved her fingers over her chest trying to be modestly changing her position from just her thirty-foot disposition as a giant goddess with a terrifying aura glimmering
Leaning forward she laughed. Kuo had never felt anything like this in his living life as a human now he carried the assistant system and he wondered how he could think his way of this one.

"Who are you?" Kuo asked.
"My…my…what a little you are for taking out my demi-goddess!" She shrieked.
"Shut up already and tell me!" Kuo huffed.
He was so infuriated at this whole circus. Deep inside he felt like he would be trialed wrongly even if he doesn't recall what happened.
"I am going to ask you nicely if you killed Goddess Zhan." She smiled.
"Tell me! What is your name?" Kuo questioned.
"My name is Goddess Bao!" She snapped.
"I assume has to do with your shine if anything else." Kuo challenged.
"Only part of what makes me so powerful, but enough about me you are being tried for murder Kuo!" Bao pointed.
"I-It wasn't me!" Kuo shouted.
She pulled her hand out creating a small vortex in her palm. Clunky images pieces together almost like a very fast slide show of Kuo unraveling Goddess Zhan till only her beating heart was found in the threads of her divine hanfu.
"Do you deny this?" She grinned.
Kuo began to sweat seeing images he couldn't even remember. Did he do it he thought? She rewound and ran it several times watching the expression on his face.
[Your heart rate is going up, Kuo! Calm down!]
The alarm in his head kept going off inside his own head causing him more confusion as he tilted to the side holding his head in sudden pain.
"I don't…remember…"
"Look at you probably playing innocent like the dog you are!" Bao roared in anger.
He couldn't even look at her. Kuo couldn't even imagine the words to say to convince her because he couldn't even gain the confidence to prove to himself what he was seeing on the screen through her orb.
The door slammed behind him noticing the guardsman had left him in the room with Goddess Bao. A rising pain rose into his stomach.
"What are you going to do to me?" Kuo questioned.
"We have your friends who will separately go on trial." She explained.
"Atlus is dead though!" Kuo argued.
"This realm he will have control over his body again dear Kuo."
Her words ate at him the more she spoke. What could she possibly do to a dead person he thought to himself. He was terrorized by many vivid scenarios in his mind.
