So, after teaching Emner that clothes meant more than a roman toga I instructed him on how to make clothes as I had learned in my previous life. Apparently, he could conjure matter using his immense magic ability.
The outfit I had him make was a revolutionary war era military outfit. As I had instructed, he gave a little slack so I could move about. While not like other uniforms as I had him make this one green and black.
Looking at my new drip I took Emner out of his sheath, he had also made this one out of condensed magic, and spoke:
“Also talking about looks Your shape is outdated. We could get in some real tough scrapes if you can’t get through mithril.”
He seemed be insulted. Then a began to vibrate so hard I had to drop him. His matter started dissolve and change shape, then what was left was a saber. It was wider at the top of the blade then bottom and there was a fuller near the spine. The fuller was wider at the top as well. The curve was more pronounced than with the other sabers of this era. Even more than the swords of the revolutionary era. Though the saber had a shroud around the handle. The shroud looked like a skull the teeth of the skull elongated and became fingers of bone as they reached the pummel.
The skull itself was a deep bronze color and the seams of the skull plates looked to be black. When I picked him up again, he said:
“Look I’m up to date!”
I had told him about swords earlier so this change did not surprise me as I had heard the tales of the blade of Emner (that’s the name of the book!).
