"Fine, let's go," Athan said with a nod before he asked, "do organizations station their people here to recruit people who come from lower worlds?"

"Yes," Vinery nodded, "there are other worlds like Orchos Firmament under Okulus Zone. People from those worlds arrive here in Ascendecy Area of Okulus zone, so organizations of Okulus zones have their people here to recruit them."
