“Hey, aren’t those the elite soldiers from the Arnold family, the Iron Tusks? They are, aren’t they? I recognise the Dim Steel armour they’re wearing. That’s a specialty of the Andromeda zone and their standard equipment. All of them are veteran soldiers bathed in blood in the war against the Alliance, who were forcibly removed from active duty and placed into this private army. Generally speaking, a full unit of the Iron Tusks has 2 times the combat ability of a unit from the regular army, but…what the hell am I seeing? Three full units, thirty-three people! All wiped out in….8.6 seconds!!!
“The target’s data has been calculated. He’s strong enough to tear steel apart with his bare hands. Although it’s not alloy steel that’s especially tough, his strength and explosive power are still estimated to be several times higher than our beast-level fighters. The peak instantaneous speed he displayed just now has also exceeded 900 meters per second! How can his explosiveness be so astonishing? What kind of muscle structure does he have?” (These people mistook Sheyan’s ‘Hornrage’ speed as his normal speed.)
“Scanning result shows that the target is not equipped with any standard type defensive equipment. Or perhaps, our scanning devices aren’t advanced enough to detect the kind of defensive equipment he’s wearing. We also can’t detect any energy weapons or firearms in his hands. If he’s using any weapons, they’re most probably steel knuckles or gloves.”
“Such a powerful physique has completely surpassed any modified soldiers or half-machine cyborgs we know of. Perhaps only the strongest test subjects from the Big Ben Research Institute could reach this level… We have to notify His Highness immediately!”
“No need, I’m already here.” The seemingly seamless steel wall suddenly slid open silently, revealing a dark, square passageway behind it. A row of yellow lights glowed on the hard tempered-glass floor, providing illumination for the passageway. Prince Pombaru appeared from behind the steel door that had slid open, accompanied by a woman with a cold demeanor.
In front of his trusted subordinates, Prince Pombaru had regained his wild and unrestrained nature. His hair was untidy, and he wore only a night robe and a pair of expensive-looking….flip-flops, exposing his furry legs. A lit Black Cross branded cigarette was held between his fingers. The unique smell of the cigarette caressed everyone’s nose like the soft touch of a woman’s fingers, tugging at their heartstrings and flaming their desires.
Everyone stood up and saluted. Prince Pombaru gestured for them to be at ease and sat down himself. Some of the faces present showed expressions of joy. That Prince Pombaru would appear in front of them in this disheveled appearance meant that he regarded them as his confidants. It was akin to your boss openly visiting a brothel in your presence – he would only do that because he trusts you.
With a wave of Prince Pombaru’s hand, the video was replayed. He watched on as the fierce man on the screen kill without hesitation. The prince’s indifferent attitude changed in an instant, replaced by a burning fervor in his eyes.
‘This man is definitely not a modified human. Some of the modified monsters in Big Ben Research Institute may be stronger than him, but they don’t exude the same feeling. The artificial monsters are all crazy and self-destructive, but this guy feels so full of vitality that it seems like even if his limbs were all severed, they would grow back!
“His identity is obvious. Only those relics from ancient times, the Noah Realms, can produce this kind of monster that violates the laws of nature, yet still feels so full of life! He must be a powerful warrior sent by one of the Realms. But it’s strange – what did the Arnold family do to provoke such a monster?”

After dealing with all the Iron Tusk troops blocking his way, Sheyan continued moving forward. Every step he took left a bloody footprint on the ground, making for a horrifying sight!
But his pace had never changed.
At that moment, from the distance came the wail of a siren. Close to 20 Sky Chariots rushed over and surrounded Sheyan. These Sky Chariots had a strong floating capability, with a maximum altitude of 20 meters, as well as amazing speed and thick, solid armours. They could even play the role of main tanks in ground combat.
These Sky Chariots were Mungo’s forces. This was only an act the two sides had agreed on beforehand.
Prince Pombaru’s brows slightly furrowed in front of the screen. The person next to him immediately asked, “Should we stop Mungo’s men? We now control the energy supply of the whole base. We’ve even modified the keys and passwords for the reactors of all the warships. When their power supply is cut off, the Sky Chariots will be no better than piles of scrap iron.”
But Prince Pombaru suddenly flashed a mysterious grin and said, “That won’t be necessary. If this man really is who I think he is, these Sky Chariots won’t be able to take him down. Besides…. that bastard Mungo seems to understand the current situation.”

A warning suddenly sounded.
“Intruder, you’ve violated the provisions of Article 134 of the Constitution of the Empire. Put your hands on the back of your head and kneel down facing the wall at once. We will start a countdown. If you still refuse to obey our orders by the time the countdown ends, we will open fire. You will have to bear all the consequences.”
Sheyan’s lips curled into a mocking sneer. Faced with twenty cannon muzzles that were charging up with a blue light, he suddenly tore off the black rag surrounding him.
All the soldiers gasped in surprise!
The sinister looking man in front of them was actually wearing a brand-new Brigadier General military uniform with half a golden star on his shoulders. The dignified military uniform of a General of the Empire, coupled with the killing spree he had just performed, gave him an intimidating aura!
Seniority and rank were of the utmost importance in any army. Incidences of insubordination we sometimes hear were really just individual cases that were far and few between. Moreover, the Imperial Army was extremely strict, and insubordination was punishable by death!
With his Brigadier General uniform on, according to the law of the Empire, it would require three Major Generals plus a Lieutenant General to deprive him of his current position. As for his death, it must be left to the military court to decide. No one else could pass down this sentence.
Sheyan had instantly made the whole place freeze by showing his military uniform. He immediately shouted, “My military service number is Z03861. If you think I’m a fake Brigadier General, feel free to verify it yourself. This unofficial army had the nerve to attack a Brigadier General in active service. According to Article 1875 of the Imperial Law, I’m allowed to retaliate in self-defence!”
Sheyan’s words caused a storm. The soldiers present immediately tried to verify his identity with the military service number he provided. After they did, their expressions became very strange. Evidently, what he said was true! And all the Arnold family guards were retired soldiers. Although they were far more elite than regular troops, Sheyan was not wrong in calling them an unofficial army.
The troops that had just arrived on the scene immediately softened their attitude. Of course, this was all just a pre-arranged act to prove his identity to the Arnold family to make them hesitant. They had to be, especially now that everything in the base was under the supervision of Prince Pombaru. They had no choice but to do things according to the laws of the Empire! They must be careful not to violate any laws, or their wrongdoings would probably be reported to the General Staff Headquarters in less than five minutes. It would become solid evidence that the local military force was disrespecting the Empire’s laws and were rebelling against the Empire!
The Sky Chariots dispersed even faster than they came, almost as if they were running away. The Arnold family contingent stared at him like they were facing a dangerous enemy. Sheyan folded his arms in front of his chest and spoke to them in an arrogant tone, “Tell the one who stole my Blood Armour to come out here right now, or I’ll… ”
“Or you’ll what?” Suddenly, a person came out from the darkness!
The man was huge. He seemed to be a bit of a masochist, because all his joints were nailed with thick stainless steel bolts. His nose was spewing white vapour, and there were two terrifying scars on his back. He may be unnaturally large, but his movements still appeared to be quite nimble, not much different from ordinary people.
Even more frightening was the thick steel chain wrapped around his right hand which was connected to a terrifying hammer. The hammer seemed to weigh at least two tons! It was dragged across the ground as he moved, making a harsh noise.
Prince Pombaru was a little shocked to see this man on the monitor.
“So this prototype was bought by the Arnold family. That’s great. We’ll get to watch a good show.”
Facing the big fellow, Sheyan raised his chin and asked coldly, “I’m a Brigadier General of the Empire. Who the hell are you? How dare you behave so arrogantly in front of me? Report your identity and rank!”
The guy was momentarily at a loss. However, in the next second, his pupils contracted, because Sheyan had moved in front of him in the blink of an eye.
Sheyan said coldly, “Looks like you have no rank. In that case, you must salute me first!”
