"Young Master!"
Greeting me cheerfully, the voice causing Gwen to slow down, I watched as the blurred world around me slowed down, and I was finally able to see clearly again.
"Char." I greeted her impassively, nodding my head at her.
Hearing this, she got the message and immediately turned cold too, as she knew that the place that we were going to didn't really hold the best memories for me, and that I was currently building up my mindset so that I wouldn't break when faced with certain, "triggers".
Now that we had met up with Char, there really wasn't anything else to do, so immediately, they started running again, as the world around me blurred once more.
...
"Young Master, we're here."
Opening my eyes, I found myself looking at a scenery that, although felt oddly familiar, was different in so many ways.
After all, I had never seen the estate from a bird's eye view.
"Why are we flying?"
"Miss Charlotte thought that a grand entrance would be best." Replied Gwen, a little bit of doubt evident in her voice.
"Char, why?" I asked, wondering the same exact thing as Gwen.
"The Master ordered it."
Well, that explained it, but still, I was a little disappointed.
I mean, you couldn't really blame Char, so the only person I could blame was myself, for being so weak.
But, with the dominoes that I had been toppling back in the capital city, well, let's just say that both my physical and political strength were increasing each and every single day.
After all, about two weeks ago, I had been able to form my first star.
That marked the start of my ascension, as this showed that all my effort cultivating the Reverse Fusion Technique was starting to bear fruit.
And this was only the beginning, as my progress would explode exponentially.
I had already calculated that I would be able to reach the second star in just a month.
But, maybe, if I was able to make use of that opportunity...
Shaking my head, as I had to get to that point first before thinking about anything that came afterwards, I turned my attention back to the estate.
Looking at it from above, with my trained eyes, I could see that really nothing had changed.
The only things that were new were the decorations for the wedding.
And also, looking through a window into my old room, I saw that it was completely barren, at least from this point of view, as it was completely empty, with nothing in it.
Yet, there was something off about it, I was sure.
Making a note in the back of my mind to check on it later, I calmly watched as Gwen put me "down", on a lump of air that had been condensed.
Then, with expert precision, she flew all of us into the banquet.
And, almost immediately, gossip started flowing into my ears.
"Who's that?" Said Noble Mob 1.
"I don't know, but that young man must be very important, to be allowed to fly into the banquet like that." Replied Noble Mob 2.
"Pfft! Nobody is more important than the hero of this generation, yet, why was she not given a flying entrance?" Butted in Noble Mob 3.
"She has to show respect to her parents, unlike this young man here." Replied Noble Mob 2 again, being the erudite of the conversation.

"So you're saying that the latest guest is somebody from the opposition? Why would the head of the house invite them then?" Asked Noble Mob 1.
"No! I know who that is! He's the oldest son that was disowned!" Someone shouted out suddenly.
Immediately, as soon as everybody heard this, they looked at me in disdain, as some hungry eyes tried to pick me apart.
But, as for me, I couldn't help but notice something.
'I'm the "oldest son"? Does that mean that there is now a younger one?'
Again, something concerning that I would have to confirm with my own eyes.
'First this wedding, now the possibility of a second son. It seems like I really did screw up the entire plot.'
Yet, in the end, I knew that there was such a thing as fate in this world.
And, with my shitty ass fate, I knew that, although all these changes had made themselves present in the storyline, all of it could somehow create this beautiful chaos, that, once refined, once a pathway had been exposed, could somehow lead to my ever destined destruction.
So, I kept my guard up, as I continued to think of ways to survive the upcoming tragedy.
"Angel: Boost my charisma and charm factors by 107." I muttered, under my breath, using all of my strength to the limit, having calculated the exact amount of these side stats that I could increase with Angel as of right now.
I knew that this action of mine would cause me to become weaker at the present moment, as I had just used all of my mana in one go, with half of my muscle mass reduced, but this would all pan out, as there was no need for me to fight. It was a wedding after all.
And, even if I had to fight, I was already used to fighting with less muscle, so it really wasn't a big problem.
Anyways, immediately after I had boosted the side stats, I started attracting attention, as the lecherous eyes of many women, and some men, ravished me from afar.
But, being used to this from my nights as a girl, I was able to completely ignore them, and instead, invited myself into the main hall of the banquet venue, a place that only the truly close "friends" of the head of the house were allowed to enter.
In here, I attracted less stares, as most of those here were already in the know, and had known that I was coming, so most of the stares were, once again, from those that coveted me, whether that be for my, now, extreme beauty, or for my intellect.
After all, there were too many fetishes in this world to count. I had to be careful.
"You're mine now!"
Suddenly, from behind me, a girl swung her arms over my shoulders and started groping me in places that no one should touch, at least not in public.
Her hands danced around my body, as they explored each and every single corner, leaving no stone unturned.
Luckily, I never really had a sex drive due to the brainwashing in my past life, and that had transferred over to this body when I crossed, so my little brother never acted up.
But, I know realized what kind of gamble it was to invest all of my mana in charisma now.
First, I couldn't use any magic or strengthening for a whole month, but that was the same amount of time as the duration of the banquet, so it should have been fine.
And second, now, there was obviously a powerful person that wanted me.
After all, Char and Gwen had been unable to act, so it was obvious that the person currently groping me was too powerful for even House Endendyk to offend.
It was my mistake really, as most of the people in the inner room of the venue were all either of rank "Duke", were connected to one, had the same status as one due to money or politics, or they were even higher than dukes.
And that was why I immediately knew who the person currently groping me was.
As, now that House Endendyk was the foremost Duke house, nobody would dare make a scene at this banquet.
All except for one person.
The Second Princess of the Kingdom, Miriella Laplace.
