Before it could bite down entirely, Binh An decisively hit its gum with his fist and pulled out his hand, rolled to the side, luckily escaped a life and death situation without losing an arm, only a tooth that was deeply embedded in his flesh before and remain this way even after he already separated from the beast, yet it was the only way to escape from being trap between his two jaws. The beast lost a tooth, and he got an injury. Blood was pouring nonstop over his drooping arm when he realized this tooth was soaked in poison.
"This doesn’t look good!" Binh An sneered.
Sweat also began to pour out, he felt his spine turned cold, his body eventually sagged, and shaking violently. The poison did spread too quickly.
Before Binh An had the time to react, the Tiger sprang up and aimed at his skull. Binh An clenched his teeth, and without hesitation, yanked out the tooth with his good hand and stabbed it straight in the eye.
The tiger let out one of the most agonizing growls and went berserk. Binh An, because of the earlier collision with the Tiger, hit his back with a nearby tree and started gasping for air.
He had uncovered the animal's fatal weakness, its extra eyes, which were only used in emergencies, as an ultimate weapon. These eyes allow it not only to be more discerning and more sensitive to any movement, but also be able to see the spiritual energy of a mage glowing in the dark, allowing it to evade some of Binh An's critical strikes earlier.
The most powerful feature may also be the most fatal weakness. If those eyes were damaged, it would be more painful than when all the bones in the body break at once.
As he was trying so hard to hold back the pain of the flesh and to stop his bleeding, Binh An’s hand trembled violently, yet, he managed to reach into his shirt, took out a talisman, and quickly shot it straight to the Tiger’s additional eyes.
“Thwump!”
This time, he managed to wound up to three eyes at once, blood gushing out all over the beast’s face. The unimaginable pain plus the inability to wipe off the blood made the creature clumsy and desperate. It writhed its body, slamming against the surrounding trees causing them to topple over. It ripped up the ground with its paws, and its agonizing cry pierced the silence of the woodland.
Binh An struggled to drag himself to the sword sheathed deep in the soil nearby, then using it to prop himself up. His eyes at this point had started to become cloudy; the toxin gradually affected his mind, causing it to spin and ache; he had lost his control over his body as well. As he held up the sword, with all his strength had vanished, he was intimidated by the weight of it, his sweat streamed down, drenching and ruining the clothes he was wearing.
He took a deep breath and dashed over.
The beast couldn't bear surrendering, it had lost its mind and gone insane, thus, it was willing to put its own life on the line and fight to death. It no longer cared what tactics it used; it just roared thunderously and ran at him with all its might. The two defied each other like two hurricanes. Both seemed to desire to drag the other down with them.
“?!!!!”
“Swoosh!”
A strange sound came in.
Binh An's body was suddenly pulled back by a strange force, he fell backward but instead of hitting the hard ground, what he landed his back on was something very comfortable and soft.
By the time he regained his senses, the beast had been tied up by three or four giant paper men with their rubber-like elongated arms, tightening the wrap as the beast was struggling, preventing it from ever escaping.

Just like that, within just a heartbeat, the monster was completely under control. With only the help of such a mediocre and ordinary spiritual weapon, Binh An made a guess, the person behind controlling these paper men must definitely be a powerful mage in order to utilize its power to the max.
“No! Wait a minute!!!”
Binh An in the last moment suddenly discovered something. This was a very important detail and could potentially change the outcome of this creature’s fate.
However, beyond Binh An's control, before he could open his mouth and shout. "Wait! Don't kill the tiger yet!", a figure suddenly appeared with the speed of a lightning. Ordinary people certainly could not catch up with that person’s movement of unsheathe their sword from its , and mercilessly slashed down the beast’s throat.
“Swish!!!”
The word "Wait" hadn't come out of Binh An's mouth yet when the creature made the last squeal, fell down to the ground with its weight stirring up all the dust, and then laying there cold with no more movement. It officially died, fresh blood poured out from where it fell, drenching an entire land.
Binh An watched the scene only take place for a moment before it was all finished. By the time he digested the situation, he saw two strange figures appear in front of him.
One of the two was slightly taller than the other, both wearing common designed clothes in this era.
The one person who stood opposite him, even with a shorter height and a slender body frame, he emitted such a prominent aura, which drew Binh An's attention right at first glance. He was wearing a long jet-black coat, blended with the black shirt on the inside and a tiny little delicate golden ribbon around his neck. The attire was formal and solemn, yet, each feature on his face exuded the elegant icy beauty and each gesture exuded an extraordinary, indescribable temperament. Standing in one place, the beauty of the person could be considered compatible with the beauty of nature.
That's the face Binh An couldn't ever forget even if he died and came back to life a thousand times.
However, Binh An was not in the right state to admire one's beauty, he was fighting for his life; he had lost his mind, his sweat poured out like a stream and his whole body couldn't stop shaking so violently. The Nightmare Tiger's toxins were eating away his body as time went by.
Chi Kien couldn't help but throw his sword away and ran up to him, pleaded the other two.
"Brother... Third brother... he's dying! Master! Second brother! Please save him!"
One of the other two turned out to be the second young master, Chi Thanh, the half-brother of Chi Kien and Chi Khi. The second person was the master of the mansion on the high mountain and the most renowned mage of the era.
The second brother quickly sheathed his sword, dashed to Binh An's side, supported his back, and said a few things that Binh An couldn't comprehend, what left was only the buzzing sounds in his ears.
The master, against all the chaos and panic happening, stood still and just stared at him in silence. The two flashes of light in his eyes were sharp, cold and uncompromising. Just like before, those expressionless eyes were like a knife sliced through his skin and flesh, leaving behind a deep scar in his soul.
Everything seemed to fall apart the day he came across this staring. His life went downhill and became a tragedy. Anger, resentment, hatred, humiliation flooded through him like water overflowing the embankment, spilling back to memory. The memory of an annoying past.
