Two people sat on chairs in a somewhat dark room. The room itself was not that big. It was decorated with Wooden, antique furniture and there were two chairs and a table arranged in the corner right in front of a window.

This would be the place Abraham would have his final moments.

“Here’s another cup. The wine is quite good isn’t it?” Spoke a man roughly in his late 20s. His hair was blond and had several white mixed in.

“Indeed. This is quite some high quality poison.” Abraham spoke softly. He had a smile on his face as he looked at the man with worn down eyes.

His black hair fluttered from each passing gust of wind that entered through the window in the corner. And his gem-like blue eyes shined everytime the moon peeked through the clouds.

“So you knew. Well I would've been disappointed if you didn’t” The man spoke in melancholy. He poured Abraham another cup of the poison.

“Of course. I wouldn’t have come this far if I didn’t” Abraham spoke as he looked at the man with a smile. He chugged down the second glass and stared the man in his face with a sorrowful smile.

The man was taken aback. He looked at Abraham for a few seconds before continuing “Then why did you come? You knew you would die.”

Abraham giggled slightly.

“Well, not like I have much left. Most of my comrades are dead already. Our ideals have died down. And besides…”

Abraham paused for a bit and looked at the empty cup of wine. He refilled his cup and chugged it down again.

“I’m tired”

There was complete silence in the room for quite some time.

“So, any last words? I’ll hear them. Afterall you’re the only person I respect in the entire Alliance.” The man spoke with sorrow in his voice. He looked down, unable to face the person sitting in front of him.

Abraham thought for a while and spoke with a smile. “What caused you to betray us, if i may ask?”

“I wasn’t with you all from the very beginning. It feels kind of bad though, killing my only friend, but i suppose i now reached my goal that i wanted to achieve when i entered” The man replied.

Abraham let out a sigh and spoke with a hint of anger “So your oh so secretive goal was to kill me?”

“Indeed. Afterall you murdered the entire town i grew up in.” Silence once again swallowed the room.

Abraham closed his eyes and gave out a sigh.

“I see. So in the end I was the reason for our failure.”

Abraham poured himself another cup of the poisonous wine and began chugging it down. At this point, his head had become extremely numb and his vision had begun to darken.

“I have a request”

“Leave the others alive please.” Abraham spoke sincerely. There was a hint of  sadness in his voice. “Well…I was going to leave them be either way.” The man replied quite awkwardly.

Abrahams eyes had become teary. But this wasn’t visible to the man as he couldn’t dare look straight in his eyes.

“Thank you.”

“I wish you success. The civilians support your cause. Live a regret free life.” Abraham threw away the cup of wine and fell down from his chair.

‘Unlike me.’ His vision was growing dark. And even the things he could see were extremely blurry. He had difficulty breathing and he was panting heavily.

“Which town was it though? Which i destroyed?” He spoke in a feeble voice. It was quite clear he was dying.

“Iyesgarth.” the man replied coldly.

‘Wait… Iyesgarth? Wasn’t that town destroyed by the church? It seems…’

Abraham’s vision completely darkened and he was about to lose his consciousness.

“Stay strong my friend.”

“Oh, hello there! This is the first time we’ve met Isn’t It?” A voice, that was strangely familiar to Abraham, spoke. How the voice sounded wasn’t clear to Abraham. But… he just felt a strange sense of familiarity. “W-”

“You don’t need to speak.” As soon as the voice said that, Abraham shut his mouth. He looked up to see who was talking. And yet again, even though this face was strangely familiar to him. And even though he was looking at it at this exact moment. He could not make out a thing. Except for the fact that he had long black hair.

“You’ve done well. Phase one is now over.” The voice continued speaking. But Abraham ignored it. He wasn’t himself at this moment. He was In a sort of dream-like state. He took a look around him. They seemed to be In an empty white room. No matter how far he tried to see, there was nothing other than white. Not even shadows. Because of this, Abraham didn’t know how big the room itself was.

“I will send you into a good body. Let’s see… something that makes things easy for you. Hmm… Too easy would be no fun, would it? I guess the upper blessed lands and heaven are a no go. I can’t send you to the cursed lands either.  That will block off all the paths for phase 2. And the under… no. Let’s leave that place. Hades will never agree.  I guess the lower blessed lands it is then.”

“As for the body itself… Hmm I think I’ve found a perfect one. ”

“This will require some intervention but. I suppose it's worth it. Either way. Don’t fuck this up alright? Well not like you’re gonna remember any of this. Either way. Time for you to go now. My dear pawn.”

After the voice finished speaking. Abraham disappeared from the spot.

“After all you are…”

A blue entity suddenly appeared behind the ‘voice’ “Are you ready? They’ve found out about it.”

“I already knew this would happen. Let’s go.”

Abraham’s vision slowly came back. He seemed to be breathing normally and his head was no longer numb. ‘I’m alive?’

Amidst his confusion, he tried moving around, but he quickly found out he couldn’t control his body. Infact, it was moving on its own.

He seemed to be in a prison. Filled with hay and quite dirty.

Some time passed, Abraham had realised that this was no longer his body. He did not know who he was. He did not know where he was. Infact, he wasn’t even sure if he was alive. He felt like he was more like a ‘spectator’.

His thoughts had also stopped coming gradually. He could think but he couldn't say anything in his mind. It was quite a confusing experience.

Suddenly, the sounds of footsteps could be heard and someone entered the prison. The Person looked to be a boy in his early teens.

“Tch. This is all I get? I am royalty! I am supposed to have the best of the best as my food!” The young boy let out a grunt. "Damn those bastards I will protest to father as soon as I get back."

The boy kicked the body Abraham was ‘Spectating’ and…

“Now then, time to finish my meal.”

Turned into a monster with wings coming from its back, Red skin, and extremely sharp claws.
