Ling Tian smiled faintly, waiting for this moment.
If he was mistaken for that Young Master of that such a family, then he would be taken back to that family and thus have a place to rest and recover!
The most important thing for Ling Tian at this moment was for Xuanyuan Ling and Shin Wei to recover in a better environment; Ling Tian would also be able to gather information to find out what world they were currently in and plan what they would do next.
"Wait a moment." Ling Tian spoke with a slightly domineering tone, startling some of the guards as they listened to him. He turned around and walked back to the cave behind the waterfall.
"Hmph! It seems that once he found out that he is the Young Master of the Feng family, he became arrogant." A guard who had a snake emblem resembling almost a dragon sneered.
The two guards of the Feng family despite hearing this did not say anything; they understood that even though this person was once the Young Master of their family, now his status had changed and he was no longer so. They simply respected him because of the respect and admiration they once had for him in the past.
The leader scanned the place again, looking for any trace of anything else when he finally sent his spirit sense towards the cave where Ling Tian was headed.
Ling Tian walked quietly without the need to use space mobility, entering the cave.
"I'll read it later." Ling Tian looked at the book and decided to read it later; this was a personal diary of that Young Master who died, so it would contain valuable information for sure.
Without keeping it in his storage ring, Ling Tian put it between his robes so as not to arouse suspicion. Then, he lifted Shin Wei and carried him on his back, making his arms cross over his shoulders and accommodating him so that he would not fall and he finally took Xuanyuan Ling. His hands carried her gently, carrying her like a princess.
Ling Tian did not have any evil thoughts when he touched Xuanyuan Ling's soft and silky body; she is his grand disciple after all and instead reminded him of his own female disciples, so he looked at her more fondly despite barely knowing her.
Xuanyuan Ling slightly opened her eyes and quickly understanding what was happening when she had felt her being moved, her cheeks blushed imperceptibly without Ling Tian noticing.
"Mhn?" Ling Tian frowned as he felt a slight, almost imperceptible disturbance of energy inside the cave.
Extending his spirit sense deep into the cave, Ling Tian found a small lake and inside it were some fish apparently.
"I'll come later." Ling Tian was attracted by that strange little lake, as if it looked like a spring exuding a mysterious energy that seemed to transmit different kinds of Chi.
But when he sensed the guard's spirit sense, Ling Tian blocked the place and threw some small formation flags in the middle of the cave, blocking the view and passage to anyone who happened to enter this place.
Walking out of the cave carrying the two of them without a problem, Ling Tian approached towards the group of guards.
"Are there injured people as well?"
"Who are they?"
The guards were surprised to see two more young people who were apparently unconscious as they were being carried by Ling Tian.
"No need, I'll carry them. Just lead the way."
Ling Tian said indifferently to the two Feng family guards who intended to carry Xuanyuan Ling and Shin Wei. Ling Tian was not going to leave his two disciples in charge with other people.

However, the other guards shook their heads inwardly with disappointment. Despite seeing that this young man could easily carry these two people without any difficulty simply by using his physical strength, the guards still sighed in regret when they saw his current situation and what would await him in the future.
"Let's go." The leader simply paid Ling Tian's behavior no mind and led the way back after giving the entire place an inspection and not finding any abnormalities other than the death of the Celestial Tiger.
The leader then searched through his storage ring and at once pulled out a large object that clearly looked like a small fishing boat that could carry up to 15 people.
"Flying Artifact." Ling Tian raised an eyebrow slightly when he saw that they brought out this type of transport. There were all kinds of transports to be able to move between long distances and they varied from designs to space in their interiors. These used various types of resources to be able to travel, from Spirit Crystals to the very energies of the users who used it.
This small ship was clearly of a lower quality, a flying artifact that could be obtained anywhere, especially in large cities or places where the cultivation base was high.
Ling Tian had had many flying artifacts, and currently had a few with him that were unfortunately located in his Little World, which he did not have access to for now.
The guards peeked at Ling Tian's reaction when he saw that they brought out this amazing flying artifact in front of his eyes. But they were surprised when they saw that Ling Tian wasn't even surprised; all he did was slightly raise his eyebrow, as if ironically he was slightly surprised that they were able to take this out.
"Come on up." The leader took the lead and the guards went up as well, Ling Tian followed behind them without saying anything.
Ling Tian looked at the surroundings quietly without saying anything, as if he was not interested in helping. This made the guards still shook their heads in disappointment.
Ling Tian still did not leave Xuanyuan Ling and Shin Wei, always taking them with him.
"Activate the array." The leader said and just over 5 guards nodded, expelling their cultivation essences and directing it towards the formation center of the flying artifact, which, lit up and created an aura around the entire flying artifact, and soon after began to rise a few meters off the ground and gradually advance.
The flying ship rose almost 10 meters off the ground and moved at a somewhat rapid speed, proving that even though it is a lower grade object, it could still surprise whoever saw it.
"How did you get to this place fast? Were you close?"
Ling Tian asked once as he quickly visualized in the distance what appeared to be a city, properly Ronchen City where they were headed. It would take at least a minimum of about 30 minutes to get there at the speed they were going. It was most likely that this group was nearby and they felt the disturbance from the spacial crack and so forth.
Indeed, the two Feng family guards nearby nodded and one of them said, "Replying to Young Master, we were doing some exploration near the Celestial Tiger's territory and when we were about to return we felt the havoc and explosions nearby, so we thought it might have been someone fighting one of the beasts in the place."
In fact, the group of guards were in the middle of some missions that had been given to them, but this they did not tell Ling Tian.
"I see." Ling Tian simply nodded with that usual indifferent expression, annoying some of the guards, as if giving the impression that he was no longer interested in listening anymore and did not care about what they were doing.
The feeling Ling Tian radiated now had subtly changed, as if he did not care about the situation he was in while radiating a sense of superiority and arrogance, truly believing that he was the Young Master of the Feng family.
Ling Tian was in his full youth, at the peak of his life to come out of the sea and turn from a fish into a dragon, but by becoming a complete cripple his future was already determined: he would only be a waste, a trash in this kind of environment and life...
This young man certainly should have been a genius because of his appearance. Too bad he had become completely crippled. He would only be a little white face for the rest of his life...
