Chapter 32: Ch32: Perfected Martial Warrior Ghost

Ryan had no idea what Elina was planning behind his back and using his name to the fullest possibility. Ryan had hoped for a lot of good luck after meeting Elina and went to see his new semi-furnished house. Ryan couldn't help but be excited about his first house in this world which he brought from emperor Darien's money.

Ryan searched for his villa on 29th street. But there was not even one villa over there. He checked every bit of the road, but he didn't find one. Ryan wished to destroy the brokerage agency which made the deal with him. The whole street only had sky-scrapers beside the road. He checked the address once again.

The address sent by the agency led him to a building. It was a big and beautiful skyscraper. but that's all, it was written on the address, there was no flat number given on it. Ryan remembered the brokerage agency had sold the villa saying it was the best in the city. Ryan didn't ask anything more as he wanted to completely spend emperor Darien's money.

Ryan called the Brokerage agency if they didn't have a proper answer. He would directly wipe out their office and every property they had in Cape city. "Sir, the skyscraper is yours, we never told what kind of building we are selling"

Ryan was stunned hearing it. The skyscraper belonged to him. Ryan made himself a fool in the minds of the brokerage agency. He was standing in front of the skyscraper. He looked at his building, it was tall and touching the skies. If he was in his previous world, he would have surely put it in rent and lived like a king for the rest of his life. But it was different over here.

Ryan could easily hide an army in this skyscraper. He tried to enter the skyscraper but it was locked and he didn't want to destroy the lock. It was a big hassle for him to replace the lock and did want to go to the brokerage agency to get the key.

Ryan jumped into the buildings and went up, after becoming a pseudo-martial warrior, he was able to climb the skyscraper by the sides and by the timely support of the other buildings. It was also getting dark. Not many people in the streets could see him. He saw all the other skyscrapers had been lit up but his skyscraper had no light. It was a good thing no one can see him even if they try.

Ryan tried his best to go as high as possible. But his stamina was not even to climb the full tower. It was lucky that he found a window open. Ryan thought it was a little weird for a window and the only window in the whole building to be open. He went closer to the window and peeped into the window.

He saw a fire flame in the dark. After staring at the flame for a while, he understood it was a gas flame and it was on a gas stove. There was indeed something fishy about it. As if someone was living on his property. Ryan was interested in what was going on in his skyscraper. He didn't go inside, rather he was peeping from a window on the 30th floor. Even martial masters won't survive if they fall from this height. Ryan was calm and watching the live cooking show. Ryan waited for a while, but no one came to make food on the gas stove.

Ryan got chilled when he could see anyone cooking. He thought about the probability of the culprit running away.  Martial masters would be able to see someone in the dark. But he still didn't want to jump inside.  He turned his eyes for a second and saw a pan was placed on the gas stove. Ryan watched the pan twice rubbing his eyes. He is more focused on the pan now. Ryan could not believe what he saw in the next few seconds. It was a complete awestruck to his mind. An egg just bounced off and broke itself on the pan. The egg also threw itself into a corner.

"Ghost"

"There was a ghost!"

"A real ghost"

Ryan was stunned standing on a thin layer of design of the building. He couldn't believe he had such bad luck today. He wondered why Elina's luck didn't work today. Maybe because there was less skinship between them. He wanted to run away and gather information about the ghost's strengths and weaknesses before attacking. He wanted to be sure of winning before starting a fight. He focused his power to check the status of the ghost as he focused his power on the direction of the pan. He saw a transparent figure appear in front of his eyes. He was only able to see the outline of the ghost in white color. The ghost was cooking his food. 'Wait!' It was a ghost, so how can he eat food? It does not make any sense. Soon, a status appeared in front of his eyes.

A perfected martial warrior. He had no chance against the ghost. Ryan looked through the status, and he could guess that Ariv was killed by someone, and all because of his desire to take revenge Ariv turned into a ghost. Ryan looked at the white transparent ghost for a while and stepped down the skyscraper. He could not defeat the ghost; there was no need to start a fight and damage the property.

He was gonna be the one repairing the damage to the skyscraper irrespective of whoever won the battle.

Ryan climbed the wall of the sunshine institute and stepped back inside the campus. Now, He had to deal with a perfected martial warrior ghost with the constitution, a new headache. He goes to the combat building to practice and release his tension on the manikin. He had a new big problem now. That is to defeat a perfected martial warrior and look at him, he is just a pseudo-martial warrior. He had even lost the attitude to rob someone after seeing the ghost and was on his way back.

Someone called him pulling his shoulder. Ryan turned around to see who it was.
