It was the Dragon-snaring Lasso.
A whip hit that wolf and left a long bloody gash on it. Everything looked incredibly ferocious.
Roar!
That mountain-like blood wolf leaped again and roared at Lu Xuan. Its eyes were filled with harrowing murderous intent.
After absorbing the blood of countless other people, it could allow its powers to grow even more. Naturally, such an ability came at a price.
The formidable power came with a strong murderous intent that surged into its brain, pushing it to the verge of becoming a creature that knew nothing but slaughter.
“No use becoming an animal. You shall finally see the difference in power between us.”
Lu Xuan took one look at that blood wolf while casting a glance at where the Great Ancestors of the families were that night.
While the Great Ancestors of the families were all well-hidden, they might have as well stood in plain sight without hiding at all, given how they were clearly revealed by Lu Xuan’s Delusion-breaker Eyes.
Swoop!
Lu Xuan disappeared from where he stood before instantly reappearing right in front of that blood wolf.
Boom!
That blood wolf, which seemed to be conjured out of nothing but blood-colored energy, was hit by a flying knee strike strong enough to send it flying in the air.
Within the blink of an eye, Lu Xuan then disappeared from where he stood again.
It looked as if he had just teleported.
He was then found flying in the air but moving like he was on flat ground.
Boom!
Before the wolf could fall from the sky, it was hit yet again and was sent flying even further.
When the wolf was higher in the air, Lu Xuan appeared above it and stomped on the blood wolf with immense force.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Everyone saw how one-sided the fight was, with the wolf being nearly completely unable to fend for itself. It was beaten several times in midair like a punching bag, bobbing up and down as it was hit by a barrage of attacks.
One of the Great Ancestors could not help but say with a gasp, “That’s some frightening speed indeed!”
Lu Xuan was moving at extremely fast speeds. He zipped about like bolts of lightning, tearing the sky apart as he moved several times faster than the speed of sound, beating that blood wolf so badly that it was unable to fight back.
Not even the Great Ancestors at the Divine Transformation Realm were able to make out his movements clearly. They still knew full well that if Lu Xuan were to actually fight any one of them, they would have all been defeated right away before they could even begin to counterattack.
Since they couldn’t move as fast as him, it was simply impossible for them to even stand a chance against Lu Xuan.
A Great Ancestor of one of the families pursed his lips and commented, “He’s not only doing this to teach the wolf a lesson. He’s also doing this to show us just how wide the gap between us and him is.”
The way he saw it, Lu Xuan was simply giving them all a warning about what he was doing.
That warning worked very well, so much so that it had almost frightened them all to death.
Despite also being at the Divine Transformation Realm as well, the gap between them and Lu Xuan was even wider than the gap between the Divine Treasure Realm and the Divine Transformation Realm in comparison.
Deep down, everyone was left in awe. They wondered where that old monster Lu came from, as well as how he became so terrifyingly strong.
What he demonstrated was completely far from the kind of strength that they were able to comprehend.
Another Great Ancestor commented, “His physical body was even more terrifying; it can even withstand moving at such high speeds for such a long time. That body of his sure is frighteningly powerful.”
Everyone could tell that one needed frighteningly levels of physical resilience to move at such terrifying speeds. Such a level of physical resilience far exceeded the expectations of average cultivators.

None of the Great Ancestors could have moved at such speeds even at their very limit. Even if they were to somehow achieve such speeds, their bodies would have probably ended up being torn apart by sheer air resistance.
When coupled with Lu Xuan’s terrifying level of powers, to begin with, that enabled him to have an unparalleled level of combat prowess. He did not even have any weaknesses perceptible with the naked eye.
He was extremely powerful in every possible way.
Lu Xuan had various other ways to go about it. Apparently, he chose to do it this way because such a way of doing things was simple yet violent. The effect was nothing short of astonishing.
It demonstrated his abhorrent physique, which was as frightening as one could imagine.
While the Great Ancestors were still reeling from the shock, the battle had essentially ended a long time ago.
Everyone saw how that primordial spirit that the old man in blood-red attire encased himself in, was being beaten from all directions. Once the form of that blood wolf could no longer be maintained, the old man’s original form was soon revealed.
Pfft!
That old man immediately spat out blood, his eyes filled with disbelief. After absorbing the blood of countless people, the strength of his powers spiked exponentially. By then, he was as powerful as even a cultivator at the third tier of the Divine Transformation Realm.
Even so, he still wondered why he still was unable to defeat Lu Xuan.
The situation had gotten so bad that he was unable to even defend himself from Lu Xuan’s attacks.
He was actually pummeled so badly that he dropped from the third tier of the Divine Transformation Realm all the way back to the second tier.
Through sheer brute force alone, he was forced out of the state that he achieved by using a secret art.
On the other hand, Lu Xuan hardly looked as if he hadn’t broken a sweat. It became apparent to him that such a level of clashes was hardly a problem for Lu Xuan.
That old man used a secret art to make a breakthrough into the third tier of the Divine Transformation Realm, a pinnacle state which he could maintain temporarily.
Lu Xuan’s case was different; at his current level of power, he had combat prowess above the third tier of the Divine Transformation Realm. If he were to conjure the Auric Flower, he could have even fought those at the fourth tier of the Divine Transformation Realm.
Both parties were not even on the same level, to begin with.
Swoop!
As the old man’s vision blurred for a bit, Lu Xuan’s kick landed squarely at his chest. Nobody could tell just how many ribs had been broken by that one kick alone. The impact was so fearsome that his internal organs had shifted.
His Shield of Great Aether was utterly useless in protecting him, as one kick from Lu Xuan was enough to penetrate all of his defenses.
Lu Xuan did not bother holding back, as he did not see that old man as worthy of his mercy. That old man was the leader of a band of pirates who had taken countless innocent lives throughout his life. One could’ve even said that his existence was nothing but malicious.
Having lost the protection of his blood wolf primordial spirit, the kick had instantly sent that old man flying. He had no way of stopping it.
That old man was unable to even react in time before he was kicked yet again.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Three consecutive kicks landed on that old man’s chest, instantly throwing him to the ground. Afterward, the old man remained completely still.
Gasps from below could’ve been heard above the air, as they all saw that a cultivator at the second tier of The Divine Transformation Realm was kicked to death without being given the chance to put up a fight.
That was a harrowing scene witnessed by everyone present, including the members of the Xu family and the remaining tens of thousands of the Blood Wolf Pirates.
What happened right there had cemented Lu Xuan’s status as the invincible one.
A Great Ancestor’s passing was in itself something of great importance. It was even more significant when one had been kicked to death.
Almost nothing else could’ve been considered to be even more shocking than that.
What happened there made everyone realize that the Great Ancestors at the Divine Transformation Realm were not gods. They were not immune to death, and someone could actually kick them to death with ease.
Many people’s perception of the world had crumbled immediately upon realizing this fact.
Although Lu Xuan still appeared to be a dashing young man under the moon, many people saw him as more of a creature that climbed its way out of Hell.
He was utterly terrifying.
Countless Blood Wolf Pirates suffered psychological breakdowns right away.
