The gates come in three types, Green, Blue, and Red. Green and Red gates mean it is a one-way gate to the other planet to which it connects into. The difference was that Green gates allow only those on one side and in this case the Earth, while the other planet sees it as a Red gate. Which they couldn't enter and if an invader will come out of that gate, they couldn't do anything other than defending. However, it will soon become a Blue gate that allows travel to either side. 

Meaning that if they could overcome the initial invasion, they could retaliate later.

These Green and Red gates both last as long as one week until it evolves into a blue gate, which at this point only lasts for three weeks unlike when if it starts as a blue gate, it will last for a whole month.

Dungeon on the other hand is a unique existence. As of now, and among the other planets they've come in contact with. Only Earth displayed such bizarre occurrences. Dungeons don't seem to exist outside Earth, also with the Systems. It was as if they were chosen by a higher power. No matter which planet they came in contact with. Whether strong or very weak in comparison to them. They didn't have these two things.

Dungeons functions as an EXP farm. Where only players can enter in this case and have to complete various missions or objectives to complete it. The contents of Dungeons are fixed. Each of them is about various events from unknown civilizations light-years away from them. 

However. Unlike the Gates which connects to various civilizations. These Dungeons simply simulate events and so there is an [Escape] function, letting them go out of it if they are in danger and try again later. 

He entered it and the whole world changed in an instant. He is driving a large carriage in the middle of the night and he heard the 'Ding!' Of the interface.

[Dungeon: The Vampires Strike!]

[Dungeon details:

Level:1-10

Party cap: 5

Objective: Survive until dawn or kill every vampire.]

[Summary: After disregarding the locals' advice regarding vampires, you set out in the middle of the night as you're rushing towards your intended destination. However, you soon found out that you've been foolish to do so. There were vampires out there to kill you and drink your blood!]

He immediately jumped out of the carriage and pulled out his sword. Immediately activating the Sword Aura which burns 40 mana every 3 seconds.

[Skill Activated! Area Detection] — Searches the area up to 100 meters around the user for any target the user wishes. Individuals, objects or anything within this range. 

Target: Vampires. 

Since it was a single-use skill, It doesn't occupy a slot in [Skill Reserve] and he activated a movement skill right when he identified his opponents hiding in the shadows.

[Skill Activated! Swift Movement] — Increases your movement speed by 40% in 20 seconds per activation for 100 Resources(Mana) each activation.

Seeing his speed skyrocket he activated another one. 

[Skill Activated! Heavenly Flash (Sword)] — It gives the user the ability to wield the Heavenly Flash technique. Granting the user 20% movement speed and knowledge regarding it.

Remarks: A venerable technique in the martial world. This is its sword variation. This technique heavily emphasizes speed over power, with the purpose of ending a fight even before it started using blindingly fast strikes.

Notes: This is a D-Rank version of the skill. Its effectiveness will be very limited.

Suddenly having a strange feeling of something invading his mind. He clenched his teeth as a large amount of knowledge was inserted into his mind instantaneously, however, he didn't stop and ran towards the closest vampire in his range.

Upon entering his field of vision. He saw that it looked like a grotesque and skinny humanoid with red glowing eyes of hunger fixed on him that walks on all fours. It leapt towards him with its mouth open. He rushes towards it with his superior speed, not even letting its blood spill on him. He slashed it into two. Killing it instantly. 

As more and more vampires arrived near him. He act fast and began slaughtering them. With the knowledge of martial arts. He is able to use the sword to its maximum potential, along with the sword aura. His damage was absurd. 

As a large group of vampires arrived behind him. He used the StarSlasher's Active Effect. It is an AOE that deals a large amount of magical damage. As he swung his sword. An energy slash, glittering with various colors of the night sky rushes towards the crowd and obliterated them in an instant.

"So powerful..." He mumbled. As his mana was depleting. He deactivated the sword aura first before activating another [Swift Movement].

This time. He didn't rely on the overpowered damage of the sword aura and used only the power of skills he'd activated. He familiarized himself with his current power and began using single-use skills. Since they don't use a slot, they could be used even when these two skills are still activated.

[Skill Activated! Fireball] — send a fireball towards a direction with damage and size that scales with the user's SPN.

"Since they've been decreasing. I'll use this next." He pulled the bow from his back and put the StarSlasher back on his sheath. He deactivated [Heavenly Flash(Sword)] and activated another skill…

[Skill Activated! Rapid Fire] — Bestows the user the skills of an accomplished hunter. Enabling them to Rapid Fire with pinpoint accuracy. 

Note: Any ranged weapons works with the skill. Having no range weapon will invalidate the skill and will be wasted.

"All right. Let's see this one in action."

His mind once again felt like it was being invaded but now he was getting used to it by a little bit.

He pulled the blue magical string and aimed it at the vampires who now lack in numbers.

He began pulling the string viciously over and over again. Downing vampires here and there. They don't seem to have intelligence and repeatedly try to attack despite losing many of their kind.

Adrian began to mow them down once again one by one. He repeated this routine until the system announced.
