The next morning, Tildo remembers about how he felt last night, but couldn't remember the feeling so he proceeded with his schedule.

Tildo shall smile today as well.

Tildo smiles as he begins his work.
Tildo smiles as the clock hits 6:00 PM.
Tildo smiles as his coworkers invite him to a drinking party.

Tildo smiles as he rejects them.
Tildo is a responsible adult.
"I am a responsible adult," he thinks.

Tildo cannot afford to relax now. He is very close to getting promoted.
When he gets promoted, he will get a company car.
When he gets promoted, he can apply for a home loan and buy a bigger house.
When he gets promoted, he will register himself for a matrimonial site.

Tildo shall live happily when he gets promoted.
And because of that, Tildo must work.
And Tildo must smile.

Bosses love smiles.

Tildo cannot take leaves, the Boss will think he gets sick frequently.
Tildo can't talk to his coworkers. They will snitch him to the Boss.

Hence Tildo must smile.
Like all adults do.

Tildo isn't happy, but no one is.
Everyone pretends to be happy.

Tildo gets back home, smiling at the cab driver.
It is 10:00 PM tonight, and as usual, his parents are asleep.

Tildo lies on his bed.
He doesn't want to think.
Thinking is childish after all.

But he thinks nevertheless,
"If Tildo smiles when he isn't feeling happy, then what is Tildo feeling?"
