Chapter 1: Prologue

There once was a powerful mage that was known as a master of magic. His name was Talius Cobelle.

Talius was guided by two things, memories of a former life as a girl named Thalia on a planet named Earth. His second guide was Lorentius Cobelle, an ancient Dragon who merged souls with him in the afterlife.

The dragon gave him a layer of pride, greed, and above all wisdom. His memories of his past life fascinated and taught him concepts such as 'science'. He was also influenced by her world's version of heroes that showed up in stories.

In the world of Eldea heroes existed, they were given supernatural powers by any Deity that deemed them worthy. However due to the merging of souls, Talius was unable to be blessed. Most gods saw his mixed soul as an abomination.

Day after day he trained his magic and body, he learned new spells. Combining his knowledge of 'chemistry' and 'water magic' fused with 'air magic' he was able to unleash a devestating spell. The 'Hydrogen Bomb' as he called it.

He would travel from place to place rooting out evil. He was determined to be better than any Hero blessed by a god, he was determined to be a 'Super Hero'.

Alongisde Talius there was Verin Cobelle. She was his elder sister formed through a soul contract when she renounced her former name. Verin was the hero of the Mother Goddess Ter. What she came to value most was true 'family' and not just the ties of blood but of bond. This was due to her past and then meeting Talius awakened her blessing.

Verin's mother ran away to richer prospects, leaving her father a drunkard. In his misery he gambled and lost everything as collateral. Even his daughter. Talius met her in prison and together they broke out during a goblin attack. Alongside them was a woman named Mary and a Gnome named Regina. She vowed to protect these people with her life. Alongside one more person.

Her lover, the priestess Alicia Cobelle after their union. The soul contract was forged using Talius magic and blessed by the Goddess Ter. These brave five traveled through dungeons to release the curse of miasma on the land. However the Evil Gods were not complacent. They allied together and through a mass sacrifice descended to the mortal realm in their true form.

Using their very souls as fuel they burned everything to completely rewrite the existence of the Evil Gods. They could not be 'killed' and a 'seal' was only temporary. So they managed to 'erase' their existence. Together the five entered the afterlife and Ter decided to bless them with the best she could.

As thanks for saving her world she had created with her husband she reincarnated them together in the same area. She searched through the multiverse and smiled as she saw a world similar to something Talius saw in a past life.
