Chapter 12: Chapter Twelve: Lala’s Attempt

In front of the future king of Deviluke was a large plate of…food…maybe? Gruel? Slop? Radioactive waste? The plate held a infinite number of possibilites as to what is could be.

"Go ahead and eat! I made it for all of you!" Lala yelled out in a joyful manner. She was happy to try her hand a cooking. After tasting the hot food of Mikan Yuki, the first princess of Deviluke became inspired.

In front of her were three people. Rian, Zastin, and Mikan…they each wore different expressions on their faces as they looked at the…creation Lala made.

The food seemed to be hot, cold, and warm at the same time. The food had about five different colors. Blood red, burned black, sunny yellow, earth brown, and radioactive waste green. It was full of chumps and released bubbles into the air.

Mikan's face twitched.

'Did it move' Mikan's eyes may or may not have been playing tricks on her. Mikan was all dressed up for today. Rian had decided to show Lala around the city after she had created her room in their house with the help of her inventions. Mikan decided to go as well…she would rather not be locked in the house all day by herself. Lala accepted her plea's and decided to invite Haruna and her new friends, Risa Momioka and Sawada Mio

Risa Momioka was a perverted girl that enjoyed to tease anyone with a weak mind. She would watch her prey before striking. She would watch their interactions and test the waters before jumping into the deep end and pulling out before she could drown. She had light brown hair and brown eyes. She was considered a great pick by the boys, but that was only if the choson boy could tame the mischievous girl.

Sawada Mio was the best friend of Risa Momioka and was with her most of the day. Like Risa, Mio was perverted as well. She seemed more like a semi boss before the final boss of a arena. She wore glasses that covered her light brown eyes and had bands that tied two sides of her har dark brown hair.

'I need to escape!' Zastin yelled in his mind before standing up and speaking

"I am very sorry Lala-Sama, I have already eaten…well then I will be o-"

[Glurr]

"Ehehehehe! Did looking at my food make you hungry again? Go ahead and sit back down…I'm going to get to you another serving." Lala smiled as she walked back to the kitchen to make more, truthfully…Lala thought she had mixed the wrong things together, but after seeing Zastin expression she became more confident in cooking.

Lala looked at her ingredients on the table before scratching her head…

"What did I put in the food again?" She had forgotten

The faces of two people paled…while the other one ate in a calm manner.

"Rian Yuki-Dono…how…how are you eating such things." Zastin was shocked…maybe love truly made his taste buds null.

"Just swirl your tongue…I used to do it when Mikan gave me burned food." Rian talked about the past Mikan who couldn't cook.

"Hey." Mikan glared at her brother…he shouldn't be telling anyone about her burned past in cooking.

"Tongue swirls?" Zastin was confused on the concept.

"Yes. just as the food is about to touch the tongue, use your tongue work to get away from it and bite it with your teeth."  Rian was not great at explaining, he was more better at showing.

"???" Both Zastin and Mikan were confused.

"Thank you/Thank you" They both said while slideing over their plates.

Minutes had passed before Lala had finally arrived…she came back with purple broth for everyone.

She gave on to Mikan, Zastin, and Ria-

"You don't need to worry about me…Zastin said he wanted to finish me and Mikan's food." Rian was using his favor right now…the broth could not be avoided by tongue swirls. It also didn't look safe for humans to consume.

"Really! Zastin you like it that much! Ehehehehehe!" She picked up the large bowels of broth and placed them in front of Zastin.

Shaking armor could be heard.

"Mikan…lets go ahead and go." Rian said while getting up from the seat, he was full from the food he had somehow consumed.

The broth was far more dangerous than the chomps.

"See you there Lala." Mikan waved off Lala.

"See you!!!" Lala waved back before the two left and sat down.

Zastin sighed, but his shakly hands picked up the spoon and slurped. His eyes opened in shock

"It isn't that b-" Zastin felt a pain attack his stomach.

[Glurrrrrr]

"Forgive me…Lala-Sama."

Zastin quickly got up from his seat and dashed off to who knows where.

Thoughts filled the brain of the first princess

"My food makes people happy?" That was the only conclusion she could reach after seeing Zastin dash off in a hurry.
