Chapter 20: Chapter Twenty: Mikan and Thunder

Boom!!!]

"Ahhhhh!!" Mikan Yuki  screamed as she curled under the covers from the strong strikes of thunder. They sounded extremely close to hitting her house…that thought scared her.

Mikan Yuki was quite afraid of loud booms of thunder. She would normally run in the room with her brother, but it seemed her spot was taken. She remembered waking up early in the morning to cook and clean before she woke the two up, but to her shock…the two where already asleep in the same bed when she checked Rian's room to awake him.

[Boom!!!!]

Mikan shook and got out from under the covers.

'That's its!' Mikan thought while grabbing her pillow and heading out of her room. She truly could not take it anymore, she quickly arrived in the room of her brother.

'Sigh! What am I even doing here? I should probably g-"

Mikan jumped before she quickly opened her brother's door and closed it behind her, so what if she was afraid of thunder? The door wasn't locked for some reason.

Mikan stood on her toes to check if he was the only one there. She could see he was the only one in the bed.

"Rian? Are you awake?" Mikan asked as she slowly tip over to the bed of her brother. She would rather not show her brother he current self

[Snore] [Snore]

Mikan sighed before getting into the bed. Rian was in the center, so Mikan laid near the edge that was away from the window. She closed her eyes, but she suddenly felt a hand pull her closer to the chest of her brother.

Mikan frowned and turned completely to face her brother. She pulled his face roughly…

"Why are you pretending to be asleep? I know you don't snore in your sleep. You even left the door unlocked for me." Mikan knew he wasn't asleep, she knew her big brother to well.

[Snore] [Snore] [Snore]

"Snoring more won't hel-"

[Boom]

"Ahhh!!" She grabbed her brother tightly.

Her brother's eyes slowly opened, her looked around before looking down at her.

"Hmmmm?…Mikan? You woke me up." Rian said in a clearly faked low sleepy voice.

Mikan pulled his face again

"You really like bothering your sister don't you?" Mikan was used to the way he acted around her.

"Yep, I really do." Rian dropped the act.

"…I knew it." Mikan muttered before she turned around, she didn't move from her brother.

"Mikan are you ok? Didn't you used to kiss me goodnight?" Rian wondered, one day it just stopped happening.

"I did that a long time ago!" Mikan faced turned red when she remembered such bold events.

"Why did you stop?" Rian placed his chin on top of his little sister.

"Are you really going to do it?" Rian was expecting a flick to the head when she got closer..

"…I am, but could you at least close your eyes." Mikan would rather not kiss him while he stared her in the eyes.

"Sure." Rian who had his eyes shut was a little shocked, he thought his sister would pass out…she seemed a little…different.

In the past…Rian Yuki had received goodnight kisses from his sister, she said they would ward off any girl for a moment. However…unlike those pure kisses. Rian could feel love and lust from this one.

Mikan looked up with transparent hearts that only Rian could see.

She wasted no time and kissed the face of her broth-…Rian.
