Chapter 6: Chapter 6

my father was going a bit to ruff on me yesterday. if my mother didn't know healing magic i'm sure i wouldn't be able to even get out of bed today. i am currently eating the last peace of loaf that i had for breakfast when i heard a soft nock on the door. it seems that my mother heard it as well because she went up to open it. "hello is Ash here!" said a cheerful voice that sounded very familiar. "you're Sara's kid aren't you" my mother replied back to the litle boy who turned out to be Sack. "yes, my mother told me that Ash lives here. so i came here to tell Ash if he wants to play with us again" the boy, Sack said while looking around in what i would assume would be an attempt to find me. 

it didn't take him long to find me since i wasn't trying to hide in the first place. he than came running up to me in a cheerful manner totally ignoring my mother who was in the way. my mother simply smiled lovingly than left us to our own devices "Ash wanna play with us again?" he tells me with a questionable but expecting tone. damn and here i was planning on training all day too. if i tell him that, either two things will happen. one he will ask me if he can join wich isn't really that bad, but i don't really want to get in trouble with teaching some other parent's kid. two he will cry like a three year old he is wich is also bad. i guess there really isn't a good possible course of action than to play with them. 

"sure I'll play with you all again" i tell him while getting up and walking next to him. "mom! I'll be going with Sack to play!" i screamed to my mom who was in the other room. "sure sweety!, make sure you're here before dinner! I'll be making ur favorites!" my mother screams back at me. Sack and i than left my house heading towards the plane looking area near the center of the village, the same place we played last time. "Jack will be playing with us as well, i know that you two aren't the best of friends so please try to get along at least for today" Sack tells me with a worried tone while walking next to me. "i'm not the problem here, Jack is all to blame, he just can't seem to leave me alone" i tell him with clear anger radiating out of me. is not that i am unable to get along with him is that i am incapable of getting along with him. 

that impudent brat did everything in his power to prevent me from playing with them last time. i had to remind myself several times that he is nothing more than a child and i am a grown man (mentally). i guess I'll have to endure him once again i tell my self that, but even after preparing myself over the inevitable outcome that's about to head my way i somehow have this inkling feeling like something will go wrong. Sack and i kept having small conversations until we made it to the playing area were i could see many other kids, Jack being one of them. we than went up to them when Jack decided to intervene with a face filled with rage. he was wearing a blue long sleeve button-up-shirt with black colored pants. his hair color is deep scarlet wich is neatly packed together in a man bun. he came up to me pointing his finger directly at my face while saying "why is HE!! here!!?" 

i suppress the boiling rage that's increasing inside me than answer back to him in a taunting tone "well I'm here because Sack invited me." Jack clinches his fist while sending a glare filled with rage towards me "I didn't ask you! i was talking to Sack!" Jack says getting close in front of me in what i would assume would be an attempt at scaring me. i move back a bit, but not because i'm scared no far from it. it's just that having a boy and of that age close to me makes me feel like I've crossed some sort of boundary. Sack intervenes until it can get anymore worse "Jack relax ok, i was the one who invited him to come over" sack says while patting both of Jack's shoulders in a calm, but reassuring manner. Jack takes his eye's of off me than glares them at Sack while pushing both of Sack's hands away from his shoulders. "i know you and Ash don't get along, but the others really want to play with him. do you really want to be hated by them?" Sack says while pointing his index finger at the others who were watching with curiosity.

one might not notice it at first glance, but Jack is the type to seek attention. he's the type that would do anything for it and in all likelihood that's probably why he goes after me so much. since I'm popular with all the other kids he feels like hi's loosing he's popularity. "tch fine he can play with us again" Jack says with a troubled and concerning look. "thank you Jack, i knew you would understand" said Sack "come on lets play everyone!" Sack finishes screaming at all the other children. what a sly fox sack is, he hit Jack were it would hurt to gain the upper hand wich in the end ended up winning. i went up to them while Jack kept sending glares my way wich i simply ignored. 

THIRD PERSON POV

we can see a dozen pair of children playing what bears the resemblance to a game of tag. some are running away while others are running twords those who are running away. a simple, but entertaining game one without any sort of danger. at this very moment we can see a boy with black short hair running away from another boy with a red hair. the boy with the red hair kept running with all his might in an attempt to catch up to him, but the other boy simply sped up even faster leaving the other one behind who was completely exhausted with sweat pouring all over his body.

"thats not fair! we can never catch him!!" yells the boy with scarlet hair. "how is it not fair? i haven't broken any rules unless there are any that i am not aware of" said the other boy with black hair while tilting his head. "Jack, Ash's right he hasn't broken any rules" another boy said this time with brown hair. at this time all the other kids who were playing as well got curious and surrounded the three year olds who were in the middle of an argument. 

the boy named Jack gets up than marches up to the other boy named Ash. he than grabs the front of his shirt while pulling it closer twords his him. "you are ruining the fun by not letting yourself get caught" said Jack with a glare filled with rage. Ash simply smacks Jack hand away from his shirt. he than turns around without saying anything in what i assume would be the direction of his home. 

seeing Ash leave without any complaint fills Jack with the resolution of winning wich gives him the courage to taunt his departing figure. "coward! don't ever come back here again!" he screams with all his might. "Jack stop! cant you see he's leaving!" screams the brown colored hair boy. Jack either didn't hear him or chose to ignore him because he kept sneering at Ash. "if he's like that than one can only imagine what his parents are like, they must be cowards just like him!" he scream at the figure who halts his movements 

subsequently after the boy named Jack finished saying those words every one in a one hundred mile radius felt a mountain dropped on their heads. everyone without exception fell on their knees with a horrified look on their faces. the bloodlust that the boy named Ash was emitting was of such a high magnitude that the earth beneath both his feet cracked in a spiderweb pattern. the mana particles around the air whirled around at such rapid speeds that a massive cloud started to form overhead. 

the children that were near the boy fell unconscious for the exception of one boy. was it his will to live that grant him the displeasure of being in the presence of such a being or was it something else, who knows, but what i do know is the that same boy is currently on his a** not daring to look up. "i can tolerate you speaking to me on such a manner, but if anyone i mean anyone! dares to speak ill will of my parents" says the boy name Ash while looking at him like he is nothing more than a mosquito. "i simply wont tolerate it" Ash says while turning around, he than turns only his head to look at him while saying "KNOW. YOUR. PLACE"
