Family Vacation

After two days, Su Huanyi’s temperature finally went down from 38 degrees. Su Jitong immediately booked a first class flight to Nangang at noon the next day.

The weather was still chilly when they boarded the plane at noon, but there was fortunately no thunderstorm to affect the flight.

The seats in first class were a row of double seats on the left side, with single seats located across the corridor on the right.

Su Jitong and his wife sat in the double seats in the front row. Su Huanyi wanted to consciously go to a single seat, but he was dragged by Su Jitong to the back row of double seats by the window.

“Su Chi, take care of him since you will be sitting together.”

Su Huanyi cupped the small blanket and peeked at Su Chi. The latter’s face was indifferent as he slid into the seat next to him.

The plane lifted up steeply with a roar, its fuselage vibrating slightly from the air currents.

Su Huanyi felt dizzy and heard a buzz in his ears, and he subconsciously grabbed a warm, broad hand.

The fingers were slightly calloused and the palm was rough, and he felt very secure. The moment their palms pressed against each other, the other side seemed shocked for a moment, but Su Huanyi could care less about Su Chi’s reaction. He frowned uncomfortably and grabbed the person tighter.

After about half a minute, the plane levelled off. The voice of the flight attendant rang out in the cabin, and Su Huanyi slowly released Su Chi’s hand.

Su Jitong turned around just in time, “Little Yi, is everything alright?” His gaze suddenly fell on their newly separated hands and he froze. “Do you hurt?”

Su Huanyi said, “It’s fine, it’s just discomfort from the takeoff.”

“If you don’t feel well, tell the boss.” Su Jitong admonished, “Boss, take care of your brother.”

Su Chi hadn’t spoken since his hand was held. At this moment, his voice was a little hoarse. “OK.”

Su Jitong then turned back.

Su Huanyi quietly leaned towards Su Chi after a two-second interval, “Big brother, I didn’t mean to do that just now.”

Su Chi glanced at him, “It’s okay, you don’t have you don’t have the energy for that.”

“Then I might catch big brother’s hand unintentionally again.”

Su Chi saw through him, “So you decided to inform me?”

Su Huanyi hung his head shyly.

The flight was more than two hours. At the last landing, there was another turbulence of airflow. Su Huanyi grabbed Su Chi’s hand again and interlocked their fingers, clasping them tightly!

Su Chi even saw several nail marks on the back of his hand.

A minute later, Su Huanyi slowly opened his eyes after the turbulence. He was about to apologise to Su Chi when his eyes swept across the aisle and met Su Jianchen.

Su Jianchen’s gaze fell on their intertwined fingers in a very subtle way.

Su Huanyi silently drew his hand back.

Airport staff came to meet them when they got off the plane. For the first time in his two lives, Su Huanyi went through the VIP lane and had his luggage pushed by someone.

He leaned over to Su Chi and whispered, “Brother, we are really bullying people.”

Su Chi walked forward, “I suggest you enrol in a class.”

“Self-awareness class for rich kids?”

“A language usage tutorial class.”

“…”

The climate in Nangang was indeed pleasant. The white clouds in the blue sky were soft and the breeze gentle. Along the road was tall tropical vegetation. The golden sunlight was spread on the ground and the temperature was neither too cold nor too hot.

At first, Su Huanyi thought Su Jitong had booked a high-class sea view hotel, but he realised it was a sanatorium when he arrived.

However, this sanatorium was much better than a hotel. It was built on a private beach and the whole building was only three storeys high. It had floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea. One could see the sunrise over the sea in the morning when the curtains are drawn.

The sanatorium was equipped with all kinds of recreational facilities, including places for patients to recuperate and places for young people to have fun. The two areas are separated so that they do not interfere with each other. ”

This sanatorium was recommended to me by a friend. The owner behind it is a new tycoon, and I heard he is very young. ” Su Jitong sighed as he surveyed the surroundings, “Young people nowadays are really something.”

Su Huanyi felt so excited that he said, “He is not as good as big brother!”

Su Jitong laughed out loud. Su Chi turned his head to look at Su Huanyi’s excited snot bubbles, and drew a piece of paper from his pocket.

Su Jianchen did not have the heart to witness this, “Can you pay attention to hygiene?”

Su Huanyi remembered that there was another brother present. He hurriedly made up for it. “He can’t compare with the second brother!”

Su Jianchen; “…..”

Su Jitong saw that Su Huanyi had recovered his spirit, so he teased, “Don’t you like your third brother the most? Now that he is not present, you won’t praise him?”

Su Huanyi was blowing his nose and almost inhaled the napkin into his nostrils at his words!

Su Chi cast a meaningful glance at him.

Su Huanyi’s chaotic brain exploded at this moment, “Dad misheard me. I meant I like my three brothers the most, not my third brother.”

“……”

The group reached the main desk, and Yu Xinyan took the room cards and turned around, “Three suites have been booked. Two a room, how will you brothers sleep? ”

Su Huanyi silently wiped his nose with the tissue paper. The seat placement on the plane was Su Jitong’s arrangement, and the flight was only two hours. So Su Chi and Su Jianchen did not have any problem with it.

But choosing a room was different. He didn’t dare to choose without permission and simply didn’t make a sound.

Su Jitong said, “The third won’t arrive until tomorrow, otherwise I’d let little Yi share a room with him.”

Su Huanyi, who was blowing his nose: “….”

I already said I don’t like the third brother the most!

Su Jitong: “Little Yi needs someone to take care of him. So, Su Chi and Su Jianchen should see which of you will sleep with Little Yi. ”

Su Jianchen looked at Su Huanyi and frowned slightly, “I don’t like to sleep with …..people.”

Su Chi was indifferent, “I’ll do it then.”

After dividing the rooms, Su Huanyi followed Su Chi. He pressed close to Su Chi and whispered, “Is second brother saying that third brother is not a person?”

Su Chi, “……”

Su Huanyi saw him pulling out his phone and said, “What are you doing, big brother?”

Su Chi tapped the phone without looking up, “I’m enrolling you in a class right now.”

When Su Jitong said “sleep together” earlier, Su Huanyi thought he meant sharing a room. Only when he arrived did he discover that the suite had one living room, one bathroom, and two bedrooms, plus a kitchen area.

The suite was brightly lit. The sunlight sipped through the floor-to-ceiling window frames and was cast onto the wooden floor.

There was a grey-blue blanket and a few cushions in front of the huge window. Outside, there was a wide view of the coast.

Su Chi shoved their luggage into their bedrooms separately and turned to the person who had already collapsed like jelly on the fleece blanket, “When do you take your baths?”

The little jelly stirred, “Before bed.”

“Okay, I can wash up in the mornings.”

Su Huanyi turned over and crawled up to watch Su Chi unpack and hang clothes. Every time he bent over, the thin shirt revealed his slender waist. After Su Chi had finished putting away his clothes, he mercifully helped Su Huanyi do his.

Su Huanyi said with emotion, “Big brother, you must have a very strong waist.”

Su Chi had just unpacked Su Huanyi’s pants. He frowned and threw them into the cabinet. “It’s very good. I can throw you like a ball from here and directly into the sea. ”

“……” Su Huanyi kept silent.

The flight was at noon, and the group had only eaten a simple aeroplane meal. They put away the luggage and went to the restaurant for lunch.

Su Huanyi sat at the table, holding the menu with his eyes shining, “I want to eat scallops with garlic and braised prawns. I also want to eat cassoulet! ”

Su Chi pulled the menu out of his hand and said, “You have a lot of ideas.”

Su Huanyi, “……”

Su Jitong calmed him down, “You have a cold and a fever, so don’t eat seafood. I see fresh noodles with tomatoes here. Oh, there’s seafood in them. You have tomato and beef brisket noodles. ”

How can you eat tomato and beef brisket noodles when you’re in Nangang!

Su Huanyi argued, “I want to do as the Romans too…..”

Su Chi added lightly, “You want to bury your bones in another country?”

Su Huanyi; “….”

A soulless formal meal ended. Su Huanyi could not enjoy the sea breeze, so they moved around the sanatorium.

The recreation area had a lot of fitness equipment. Su Huanyi caught a glimpse of a spacewalker and excitedly stepped up to it.

Su Jitong was terrified, “Be careful!”

Su Huanyi was stunned and he almost lost his footing two seconds before he got on it. A hand suddenly supported his waist from behind, and then, with a little force, Su Huanyi stood firmly again.

Su Jianchen withdrew his hand and said, “Grab the support bar and sink your weight. How come you can’t even do this properly? ”

Su Huanyi wasn’t angry. He swayed on it twice and said, “Second brother, teach me more. I’ll be able to do it.”

Yu Xinyan picked up on this, “That’s right, don’t you like to work out Jianchen? You can work out with Little Yi in the next few days. ”

Su Jianchen didn’t make a sound, but Su Huanyi hung his head sadly, “It’s okay. Second brother has his own arrangements and there’s no need to specially accompany me… I can be…. alone…”

Su Jianchen violently interrupted, “I will!”

Su Huanyi pursed his lips and smiled, “Then I’ll trouble second brother.”

Considering that Su Huanyi still needed to rest, Su Jitong urged the person back when the sun was slightly setting, “Go back and remember to take your medicine.” Then take your temperature, and go to bed early. ”

Su Chi had the room card, so he had to go back with Su Huanyi. Su Jianchen felt like a light bulb when he stayed between his parents, so he also followed them.

Su Jitong looked at the backs of the three brothers leaving together, and he turned to Yu Xinyan, “Look, they have a good relationship, no different from the real brothers.”

Yu Xinyan said, “Their relationship is indeed getting better. They weren’t this close before.”

Su Jitong put his arm around her shoulders and said, “Okay, okay, we have the two brothers taking care of little Yi, so we can go to our own world without worry!”

……..

After his medicine, Su Huanyi took his temperature and found that the fever had gone down to 37.2 degrees.

Su Chi brought his computer with him even though he was on vacation. He was now in the living room, tapping away on the keyboard.

The sea and sky outside were dark blue, and the floor-to-ceiling windows reflected the warm orange glow from the sun in the room, like a moon rising on the sea.

Su Huanyi turned to the window and called out to Su Chi, “Brother, look, there is a moon here!”

Su’ Chi’s work was abruptly interrupted, and he frowned, turning his head at the sound of the voice.

Outside the window was a vast indigo blue. It was deep and light, and orange lights were reflected in the glass window. When the person in front of the window turned around, the red mole on his porcelain white skin was revealed, and his eyes curved up like a crescent moon.

Su Huanyi’s standing strands of hair wavered twice, “Is the moon pretty?”

Su Chi lowered his eyes before getting up and walking over to pick the man up. The skin in the palm of his hands was cold, and he said, “Go take a shower.”

Su Huanyi interrupted, “Do you think I have shit in my head?”

Su Chi, “…”

After carrying the person into the bathroom, Su Chi released his hand. Su Huanyi realised afterwards, “Big brother, the palm of your hand is hot.”

“When it’s cold, you can just bury it.”

The bathroom facilities were all imported. Su Huanyi was done undressing when he realized there were embedded buttons in the shower.

After ten minutes or so of tinkering, it finally dawned on him: he was unworthy.

The bathroom door clanged open, and Su Huanyi came out, wrapped in a towel. He said, in a shaky voice, “Brother… I don’t know how to use the bathroom buttons.”

“……”

A moment later, Su Chi appeared in the bathroom, fully clothed. He looked at the tub full of cold water and was silent for half a minute, then said, “Are you going to raise fish?”

Su Huanyi intently tried to get closer to the moving heat source, “You save this little merman first!”

Su Chi sighed at his claim and just rolled up his sleeves before bending down to drain the cold water. His upper body was now in the bathtub. “Which button did you just press?”

Su Huanyi skillfully pointed out a slender finger, “This one.”

Before the two of them could react, the shower overhead was pouring water down on them! The water was swift and cold, hitting Su Chi’s waist and back.

Su Huanyi was instantly scared and confused: ahhh, this spicy chicken shower!

Su Chi slowly straightened up. He was soaked to the skin, his transparent shirt clinging to his tall frame. The water slid down his cheeks to his jaw, dripped and fell.

He looked at the other man through dropping eyes. “Su Huanyi!”
