Chapter 6: Chapter 6

While having breakfast Jane pretended that nothing has happened between the two of them earlier as she ate the food while thanking Skyleane.

Skyleane took a sigh of relief when she saw that Jane was not mentioning what had happened earlier. "Skyleane so when are we going to the adventure guild today?" Jane asked after finishing her food.

"Hmmm...after doing my chores it would be eleven in the morning. So we'll go by twelve." Skyleane said after a thought.

"Alright." Jane said. Seeing that Skyleane was about to get busy in doing the house chores she said "I'll go and freshen up." and got up from her seat.

"Oh, Alright. The towels are in the cupboard. Take whatever clothes you want to wear." Skyleane said while while doing the dishes.

Jane headed towards the cupboard and then went towards the washroom to lighten and freshen herself up. Her private areas still hurted a bit but it has recovered a lot compared to yesterday. Her body's healing ability somehow amazed her. 'Or is it the same for everyone else in this world?' Jane thought to herself.

She wore a light pink t-shirt which neither too tight nor too loose showing just enough of what needed to be shown. Below it she wore black tights. Jane was quite pleased with how she looked in the mirror.

When she was out Skyleane was making the bed. She turned back to look at Jane and said "Oh! Did you like that t-pink shirt aswell? That's one of my favourites. It's so smooth on the skin that I can't help but wear it more and more." 

"Well I chose this shirt for some other reason. It was the only one." Jane said and paused.

"The only one?" Skyleane asked confused.

"Yeah, the only one that smelt most like you." Jane replied while smiling.

Hearing this Skyleane suddenly blushed and avoided meeting eyes with Jane.

"I'm sorry Skyleane. It's just you look so cute while being teased." Jane said as she knew that she shouldn't have too much fun with her. Atleast not at this point.

"Hmph, I'll get you back soon. So be prepared" Skyleane said as she soon calmed down seeing Jane apologies to her. 

Jane relaxed in the bed that was just made by Skyleane as Skyleane freshened up and before they realise it was already close to twelve.

"Let's go Jane." Skyleane said. Jane followed her out as she took in all the view of her surrounding. The place looked similar to a mediaeval town. Skyleane met a few familiar faces who greeted her to which she reciprocated.  Seeing this Jane also greeted them along with her.

After a while they soon reached a building that looked distinct. From far away one could point out that this place held some authority over this town.

After entering the place Skyleane took Jane towards the receptionist and said "Rose this here is my friend Jane. She wants to open up her status." After saying that Skyleane passed one silver coin to her.

Jane nodded at Rose when their eyes met to which she smiled and said "I'll  go and grab the equipment for you in a jiffy. Wait for me sweetheart."

"Don't mind her words. She's like that everyone. She's not used to controlling her tongue and as a result ends up saying whatever comes to her mind." Skyleane said.

"I see." Jane said as she gazed at the direction in which Rose disappeared. Rose seemed to someone in her thirties. With her mature and experienced charm making her a receptionist was really a great idea.

Soon Rose came back from inside with a blue crystal the size of a bowling ball on her hand. "Place your hand over it and rest will be taken care by the crystal." Rose said.

Jane as told placed her hand on the crystal and the moment she did a current passed a through her body making her shiver a bit before a blue light flashed in her pupils indicating the end of the process.

Jane blankly stared at the transparent window that was in front of her eyes.

Boost - Sex. All stats will increase by fifty percent after having sex. Works only five time for a single person.

Jane looked at her pitiful stat points before finally laying her eyes over her boost ability....'sex? So having sex will increase my power huh?' Jane thought to herself.

"Congratulations on awakening your status. You now have three months to train and then you can come back here and apply for the adventurers position." Rose said as she saw Jane slowly coming back to normal.
