~4 days before Nishio woke up~

The girl goes on her daily visit to Nishio's room.

She enters the room.

She hears the sound of Nishio's vitals, and the sound of the wind going inside the room.

Nishio is still unconscious.

~15 minutes later~

The girl got bored so she tries to poke Nishio's face to see if he'll wake up.

Then the girl comes closer to Nishio's face and whispered, "If you don't wake up, I'll kiss you."

And suddenly, Nishio's mother enters the room.

Nishio's mother saw what happened for only a short time.

But her intuition knows what's up.

Because of embarrassment, the girl dashes out of room saying, "IT'S A MISUNDERSTANDING!!".
