Chapter 16: Chapter 14: Information

  Vincent, who was still in his mother's arms, closed his eyes and concentrated on the star mark on his right hand. 

  He felt various information popping out in his mind: star system; world essence; the so-called body cultivators; elemental mages; planet population; various races.

  Star System:  

Located on the edge of the Milky Way galaxy. 

It Contains a giant star and two big planets with the size close to Jupiters on each side and at the same distance from the mother star.

They don't see each other's existence since another planet will always be hidden behind the mother star and they will spin around her at the same speed.

Planet: SkyWorld

Population: 1-2 quadrillion intelligent lifeforms. Most of them are living on the surface or in the ocean. 

SkyWorld has only one huge continent. 

It covers half of the planet's surface.

This continent has a few massive regions with their climate: Great West Desert; Great North Swamp; South Ice Plane; Great East Forest.

There are also smaller regions between the 4 main ones. They have their own climate too. 

In the middle of the continent is the huge sleeping volcano. 

 World Essence:

Created in the planet core when it meets certain size requirements. 

The further you from the planet core the less dense world essence would be. 

Almost non-existed in outer space.

  Cultivation:

There are ten ranks:

1st - most cultivators population is in this rank. [150-200 years of lifespan]

2nd - a bit more average cultivators but not too much. [200-250 years of lifespan]

3rd - from here on, the person can be truly named as a proper cultivator. Elites. [250-300 y.l.]

4th - sect elder level characters. [300-350 y.l.]

5th - sect leader level characters. [350-400 y.l.]

6th - from here on, cultivators go through big body transformations. Those cultivators usually spend their lives underground to be closer to the planet core the try to advance further. Titled as "Immortals". [1000-2000 y.l.]

7th - [2000-5000 y.l.]

8th - [5000-10000 y.l.]

9th - [10000-20000 y.l.]

10th - Titled as "God". 

Theoretically, they have the power of an entire giant star.

They can travel in outer space as long as the world essence within them is not depleted. 

There are few records of achieving this stage in the Milky Way galaxy.

Only at this rank is there a possibility of nearly eternal life if conditions are right, such as a constant supply of dense world essence from the planet core. 

After the planet core dieth, people at 10th rank need to enter outer space in search of the next big planet that will supply them with a new world essence. [20000-????? y.l.]

Cultivators of 4 Great Regions mostly are elemental mages as they use elemental essence as their main strength. They are mostly between 1st and 3rd ranks in body cultivation. Only those from large organizations have the opportunity to increase their cultivation to 4th and higher as well as their lifespan. 

The 'mages' train in 1-3 elements with high affinity towards them from birth. Those who have a high affinity with 3 elements are basically unmatched on the surface. Those who try to spend the time and learn all elements are titled "Universal Mages" and despised by people. Instead of getting good in 1-3 elements, they waste time at every element and later on they become mediocre magicians, so fewer and fewer people go this way, instead they concentrate on their main affinity element and ignore other ones since mages have a low lifespan and need to schedule their training time.

  Vincent became speechless.

  He began to plan his future movements.

  'With 'God's' gift, I basically don't need to think about body cultivation for the time being. Only after 5th rank will I need to go underground to reach 6th rank. I can focus on my elemental base. Those "universal mages" are despised, huh.' Vincent inwardly brightly smiled. 'It's decided, I will be a… "Universal Master". This should be fun.' Vincent smiled lightly and that made Anna a bit relieved as she saw it.

  'I can already somewhat feel the seal's nourishment. In around 3 years I should already reach 1st rank in body cultivation… If people knew that, they might choke in their own blood.' Vincent shook his head inwardly. 

  'I can already start to feel some faint elements around me. Learning fire, earth, water, and wind elements in their basic forms should not take too long. When that happens… I can start to combine them in various ways to create something like ice, wood, lava, lightning in their base forms. Based on my knowledge, they're are created somewhat like this:

Ice magic - a combination of water and wind. Have strong defence in a short time. Can also be used to create …hard and sharp weapons to use in short-time fights. [Hard to learn]

Wood magic - a combination of earth and water. The main function is healing and to restrict opponent movements. [Hard to learn]

 Lava magic - a combination of earth and fire. Can be used as continuous damage-dealing magic, as well as to cover areas around to restrict others movements. [Hard to learn]

Lightning magic - a combination of fire and wind.  Can be used to fast travel for short distances. Has the highest pointed penetrating damage. [Hard to learn] 

Wind magic - the main use is to fly, but it's quite slow. Used to increase manoeuvrability. Also can be used as a hidden attack if mastery allows too.

Fire magic - has the highest power of all elements. 

Earth magic - can give high defence and can be used as area restricted magic.

Water magic - usually used for healing. Those with high mastery can use it for attacks or even defence. 

Light magic - healing. Can be used as a sudden attack to blind the opponent. [Hard to train]

Darkness magic - used as sight restriction as well as to hide own presence in shadows for assassinations. Most effective at night time.[Hard to train]'

  Vincent was planning to learn everything. With his new affinity towards all elements that were highly raised by 'God's' gift just now, he can become a "Universal Master" by being master in everything from elemental magic to body cultivation. 'With this… I would probably be the only person on the planet who can train in such a way.' 

  Vincent looked at his mother and smiled, but then remembered Mark and his last words…

  'Oh Mark, Mark... When you come for me in 5 years I might be already strong enough to take you down, but my mother can't wait so long. In that case… I will make you so busy that you will not have time to visit her or just hide her in the "compact world" that I will receive after I reach 1st rank. I know its function but I have no idea what it looks like. Or I can just do this… hehe.' Vincent grinned slightly when he planned Mark's future as if his life was already decided. 

  Anna kissed Vincent's head.

  "Everything will be fine, I promise. He will not touch you, he will not take you away from me." hate-filled her heart as she looked at the place where Mark was before he left the room with a worn hood. 

  'This woman reminds me of Alina somewhat.' his heart warmed when he remembered Alina.

  'There is even a possibility that Alina is here too… somewhere. In that case, I will need a second identity as "David Strom '' and spread my name to every corner of the continent, so Alina will know that I'm here and searching for her. And whoever will try to stop me from it will die.' Vincent killed before already, this world will have much, much more of that garbage that needs to be cleaned. After all, if garbage near you is not cleaned, it will stink and will affect your health, right?
