Chapter 25: Chapter 23: 2nd bunch

  'I didn't even clean up or dress up… and here we are. I really should just kill this girl later.' Vincent turned to look at the newcomers.

  There were 3 bandits. One of them is without a left arm. That guard managed to kill one and injure the 2nd one.

  "Since you come… stay here to accompany the rest," Vincent mumble quietly as he picked the 2nd dagger and looked at them in a somewhat strange manner.

   Those 3 bandits looked at each other confusingly after Vincent began to walk towards them.

  "Kid, who are you?" said with narrowed the bandit that previously ordered them to separate. 

   Vincent continue to walk to the closest one as he lightly mumbled and sized up each of them.

  "This kid is some psycho, just kill him." said the same bandit and took out his dagger.

  When Vincent slowly come closer to the first one and was only around 5 meters away, he sped up and attacked.

  Vincent suddenly threw a dagger at the man's face.

  The dagger attack was avoided, but the incoming kick to the knee was not. The distance was too short to avoid it.

  *Crack!*

  *Stab!*

  "Stupid animal," Vincent mumbled as he pulled out his dagger in his right hand from the man's under mouth while looking in the man's dead eyes.

  He kicked the corpse to the side and turned to the other two. 

  "You two retards still standing there and just staring... if you three attacked me, I might be heavily injured, but… what I could expect from the trash." Vincent picked a nearby dagger from the just killed corpse and walked towards the other two.

  "Attack him together from different sides." The last two bandits moved to opposite sides.

  "At least some brain cells you still have, but what a pity." Vincent sped up towards the closest one. He didn't give the other one a chance to arrive at his blind spot, so he attacked right away.

  Vincent was at 3 meters away from the man and make a false attack of throwing dagger from his left hand that forced the man into a cautious state, but Vincent didn't throw it, he suddenly turned his body and threw the dagger towards another man on the left side, making them in 'surprise motherfucker' state. Vincent immediately ran towards the one-handed man before he could properly react.

  The one-handed man that was at 5 meters to the left from Vincent can't avoid the flying dagger, he tried to block it but failed to do it properly and the dagger pierced his palm. 

  Vincent arrived in front of him right at that moment and sent a leg kick towards the man's knee.

  Suddenly, Vincent felt a sharp pain in his back, but he ignored it and continued his attack.

  *Crack!*

  *Stab!*

  Vincent broke the one-handed man's knee and before he began to scream like a pig, his heart was pierced.

  Vincent hastily picked the dagger from the ground and sped up the side while pulling out another dagger from his back that pierced slightly his lungs. 

  Each breath began to be quite painful, so he immediately used light and water elements to speed up his already fast recovery. The hit spot began to light up slightly from inside, healing it up slowly.

  "You need to aim at the heart, neck or the head when you throw a dagger, you animal." Vincent cursed the last standing man and looked at him with a cold gaze.

  Vincent attacked. His red eyes began to light up with blinding light while he threw his two daggers towards the man's heart and head. 

  Being suddenly blinded, the man closed his eyes and protected his head with his right hand while slightly turning his body. 

  The dagger that aimed at his head, pierced his hand while that which aimed at the heart, pierced his chest, just slightly away from the heart.

  "Argh!" the man screamed from the pain.

  "Nice try, scum." Vincent arrived in front of the man and sent a hand-blade attack towards his Adam's apple. 

  Penetrating his neck and ripening his Adam's apple, Vincent pulled out two daggers from the corpse and turned towards the river after kicking the corpse to the side.

  "Sigh. At least you injured me in the end, so… you would have what to tell your comrades in hell." As Vincent walked, he glanced towards Bella, who was hiding behind the tree and then towards still unconscious Ron.

  'I will kill you after I clean up and heal up. I highly doubt that more will arrive.' he said to himself and entered the river slowly. The clear water immediately turned slightly red. With daggers in his hands, he swam towards the waterfall.

  Nearby, Bella looked at him as her heart was basically screaming to take Ron and run from here, but she didn't. Bella just continues to look at Vincent.

  "Thank you for saving our lives, I will remember it for the rest of my life." She said loudly so that Vincent would manage to hear her. 

  'Useless trash, if you are still here after I heal myself, you're both dead.' Vincent calmly said to himself as he crossed the waterfall and climbed inside the little cave behind.

  The wound on his back was deep, but with healing from light and water, and his already fastened regeneration, it should be healed in half an hour. 

  *Noise*

  Bella suddenly jerked and turned to look behind. She thought that another bunch of bandits arrived, but she was wrong.

  "Uncle Greg!" excitedly said, Bella.

  "Little Bella… What happened? Where is everyone?" Uncle Greg was only with one arm and half of his face was burned. Looks like he killed the bandits' leader, but he paid a heavy price for that. 

  Bella began to tell him the full story.

  After she finished, Uncle Greg looked at the corpses around and then towards the waterfall.

  'This.. done by a kid around 9 years old!?' He was shocked and even a hint of fear arose in him when he thought about the kid's future.

  "We can't continue our travels anymore. We are going back to the Capital. About that kid… leave him alone since he was here before you all arrived." Uncle Greg said and lifted up Ron.

  "Don't touch the corpses. Everything they had now belongs to that kid. I'm not that poor to steal others' battle trophies. Let's go." Uncle Greg said and led Bella away from the waterfall. 

  'I don't even know his name…' Bella said with regret as they left the river area.

  …

  'They left…' Vincent released a sigh while concentrating on the seal mark

  "Anna, I need your help." Vincent's avatar emerged in the pocket world in front of Anna and Annie who were talking to each other.

  "Something happened?" Anna asked with worry.

  "Ahh, just a small fight, nothing much. I'm injured a bit, so I need to heal up and sleep for a few hours maybe, so I need you to look for me at that time." Vincent's tired voice sounded in the room.

  "What!? Pull us out, now." Anna exclaimed.

  *Smoosh*

  Anna and Annie arrived nearby naked Vincent in the little cave behind the waterfall.

  "Vincent! What happened?" Anna looked at a deep and bloody wound that was still bleeding slightly, and screamed.

  "Calm down, Anna. Just a few useless bandits, nothing more. Okay, I will take a nap, while you two do your stuff. If something happens, wake me up immediately. Also, go gather loot from those bandits, sorry for troubling you, Anna." Vincent took out some soft stuff and placed them on the ground before lying on it. He almost instantly fainted the moment he closed his eyes.

  "Aunty, will brother be okay?" Annie also looked at Vincent with worry.

  "Of course, he will. Annie, be here, I will go outside to look around." Anna said and jumped down. 

  *Splash!*

  Anna began to swim in cold water towards the river bank. The clothes stick tight to her body, making any men who would see her unable to move their gaze from her.

  Anna emerged from the water. Her long blond hair sticks to her face and chest.

  She looked around and her heart shook.

  There were 6 corpses around. Some were even without a head, arm, or leg. Bloodstained the ground around them.

  'Is this really Vincent's work? One versus seven…and he still killed them all with such cruelty." shock filled her heart before it was replaced with worry for her lover. For some reason, her lower body began to heat up.
